Stay away from this thieving organisation. Diabolical quality, no resemblance to the online photos. I ordered large jeans they sent 28" waist... the button hole on the waistband wasn't even cut. The jumper which was described as long sleeved dropped hem had short sleeves and barely reached my waist! Absolute disgrace. Best they could offer was a 20% refund or return the items at my own cost (more than the order value) Never ever again.

They sell garbage and have poor customer service when you try to resolve any problems which you are most likely going to have.

Product came from China stained and smelling terrible. Also I paid additional shipping fees but it was shipped standard postal service anyways. I offered to pay for the return shipping if I would get refund for the product and original shipping costs. Customer service only offered to refund for the product stating they paid the shipping company and the shipping was not controlled by them. I didn't contract the shipping company and I have no way to get that money back from them. Why is it my problem? That shipping fraud should be refunded to me and that matter should be handled between you and your shipping company. I tried to resolve with your customer service first but was getting now where. Now am being offered only $8 to resolve the matter through Paypal which is just insulting as that's not even the cost of the product.

I bought some items last month and all of them arrives perfectly packed. All the things are excellent quality, and the customer service is also great. It took a month to arrive, but it worth it. Also its really cheap. I wil be buying new stuff really soon! Thank you Rosewholesale!

I placed an order on October 27th and in the web page it said that the regular shipping time was 7 to 25 working days. It's been more than 30 working days from my order and I still don't get the merchandise, my order is impossible to track and each time I try to reach RoseWholesale to see if they could help me the only response I get its that I have to be patient
It's seems to me very unprofessional that kind of response.

I received most of my order a day ago. Still waiting for a coat. I have to say that price is as expected for the grade of the clothes even when you prorate the shipping and add to the price of an item. I used size chart and re-measured my self and only 1 of 6 items fits acceptably( tunic like top). I wear L (10-12 US) and ordered XL and XXL, yet clothes were still too small; my arm could not even fit into the sleeve, so I could not even try few items because of that. I would have to get 4XL probably to fit comfortably into their clothes. But very few items available in that size. They need to re-check their chart for US if want to sell to US public and have good reviews.
One blouse came wrong color, few other were way shorter than on picture, one had size tag cut off (can see the leftover) so could not tell if that was correct size (did not fit). Shipment communication is poor, I have to say-I still don't know where I stand with a coat. As of now, I would say, if not willing to deal with these issues, don't order from them. I may give one more try and that would be it, no matter how reasonable price is. Return costumers make business succeed-they should know that!

I ordered 3 items, they sent one item and it was wrong one. The quality of the cloth is very bad and it is not the same style as listed on the website. Then I go dispute the order, they wrote me the email to wait 45 days. I waited until almost the last day of the dispute period, they still did not send the items to me. Finally I closed the dispute claim before due date. They refund partial of the money even though I told them that they send the wrong item to me. I feel they are intentionally cheating on people. If they can sent one items, why don't they sent the other two at the same times. The one I got was bad quality and it is not the same style. If clients did not pay attention and wait until the dispute is closed, then they can do whatever they want. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered four dresses marked as for Women, and one specifically described as Plus Size. I checked the size chart provided and the sizes I ordered were the equivalent of a US size 14-16. When I received them (late!), every one of them was tiny. And when I say tiny, I mean literally *child sized*, to fit someone less than 4 feet tall. Returning is cost prohibitive due to shipping costs, so they get to keep every penny I wasted, while I will have to give these away to a friend with a little girl. Do not deal with this company.
***UPDATE: Never received the promised refund. But then I didn't expect to. Offering the refund to me on here is just another scam to try and make this company seem legit.

Their prices start off cheap until you reach the payment and they increase their prices. Their one size fits all is really off. Out of the 4 items purchased totalling $93.00 only 2 fit me. The boots and a cardigan. The items have to be paid in american although I live in Canada.

I ordered $150 of merchandise and received most of my order but am missing 3 items. They indicated that I received all my items. Not true! I have tried emailing them, calling them and live chatting with them but no response. The quality of the clothes were not great with mismatched seams and poor fabric and shipping cost a lot. I am very unhappy with this company.

It has been over a year since I made an order of three items. I recieved one of my items about a month later and have yet to see the other two items., They sent me an email a month ago saying my items shipped and would be up to 25 days to receive. They included a tracking number and an order number - neither of which work at all. I can't even send them an email with a complaint because the order number they gave me does not come up on their system. So much for that money. Definately a scam! Do not use this company.
Good on the internet so they can continue to scam more people. Shame on this company. While $20 is not a big deal, it is my money that I worked for.And there are people out there that live pay day to pay day that it IS a big deal for. So everyone, save yourself some money and hassle and do not order from these people. If you want to give away money, send it to a charity because you will never get your money or everything you order from these people hiding behind a country overseas where you cannot touch them. Please everyone, post all over so we can save others from going through this.
After a year of dealing with this disrepuatable company... and update. Yes the customer service will contact you with oh, so polite and helpful emails on this site. But they never actually do anything when it comes to refunding your money or sending your items. They have someone that monitors this site and plays nicey nice. That's it folks. And the people that say how customer service responds, yea, they do. But you still don't get anything but the run around. I highly suspect anyone that says different is working for the company.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! RIP OFF! DO NOT USE THIS SITE... IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET CLOTHES... THEN ONCE I FINALLY GOT THEM I COULDN'T EVEN BELIEVE THE QUALITY... NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON SITE. I ORDERED A SCARF, IT WAS A RIPPED OFF PIECE OF MATERIAL. THE SIZES ARE MADE FOR CHINESE GIRLS. THE MATERIAL IS HORRIBLE. I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TYPE IT IS. VERY POOR QUALITY. MY SHIRTS WEREN'T EVEN FINISHED BEING MADE. MORE ORDER WAS INCOMPLETE. I SPENT $150 and I realize I will probably never get it back. They wont respond to my emails and now that I know I would have to pay for shipping to China it probably wouldn't even be worth it... this site should be shut down... they are scam artists. I dont know how there are people giving good reviews. I cant imagine anyone getting good quality after what I got. Hopefully this will save someone from losing their money and dealing with a headache.

This site is advertised on Facebook and the pictures are great. Unfortunately, the sizes are not US and the quality is very cheap. Even though they offer a sizing chart, customer service says the sizes are Asian/Oriental, so nothing fit right. Also, the sewing is terrible. The clothing is serged loosely and none of the threads are even cut. The fabric is cheap and I was unimpressed with the three items I have received so far. I am still waiting on the other one and it's been over a month. I will never buy from them again. I could have used the money to buy one or two great shirts and had them the same day. A sucker is born every minute - PT Barnum.

Buyer Beware! Don't do it! Missing items, terrible quality and misrepresented sizes.
I have emailed them and repeatedly attempted to file a ticket - the only recourse on their website. It won't go through - "file format error', WTF?
No response and I'm out my payment. Crooks. Lesson learned.

I ordered 3 items over 2 months ago and have only received 1. The item received was advertised as a winter coat. It was that small they had managed to squeeze it in a small plastic bag. It has cost me £15 to send the coat back after l had already paid £17 postage and packing in the first place. I cannot gain any contact with the company for a refund for all 3 items. I would never use the company again and would never recommend it.

WORST online shopping experience EVER. Ordered a XXL women's coat that is LITERALLY the size of a child's L. Oh they're happy to take it back and give you a refund but the shipping costs more than the item! This particular coat was $35 and the quality (Felt The material is FELT!) I would have been happy to pay $15 MAX. They offered to give me a $10 refund which is NOT acceptable so I've been battling with them for WEEKS to get ALL my money back! It's not my fault they are in China and furthermore if an item is NOT as described, the return postage should be on the company dime.

I was stupid enough to buy something else from them that supposedly shipped 3 weeks ago but their ship tracking DOES NOT WORK

ALSO (stupid 3 times I really suck) ordered a "dress" that was also child sized. Not even going to BOTHER with it0 just too much drama. LESSON LEARNED DO NOT SHOP HERE

I ordered 7 items. They did all arrive but in 3 separate deliveries. The clothes looked like they had been previously sold and then returned, screwed up in torn bags. The sizes bear no resemblance to what is advertised. I am a UK 12 and ordered some of the items as medium. I cannot even get my arms in 2 of the items! I also ordered some "one size fits all". Anyone bigger than a UK10 will not fit into these. I phoned the UK number and there was just a message saying that the mailbox was full --- of complaints perhaps? I emailed Rosewholesale and have had no response. There is a bit on their wesite saying to return the clothes - but would I dare? After reading other complaints (which I wish I had seen prior to ordering) I don't know if I would ever see my goods or cash again. I am angry! As a follow up to your reply as below; The order number on all of the emails telling me the tracking number (which could not be tracked by the way) is H**************. How you can say that you have contacted me is not true. Apart from your reply on this page I have heard NOTHING. So NO this customer is not satisfied.

Hello. I have emailed this company 2x already and no reply. I paid extra for expedited delivery; I understand that the process takes 3-5 days then after that 3-5 days for delivery. Well, 8days later I have not received a tracking #, nor a reply to my emails to this company. I have Google the company and found out there are people that have ordered and never got their order. I am honestly concerned now that I am out my $87 and this is all a scam. Please advise?!

It did take a while for my order to arrive but that was mentioned before I purchased my items. I thought the quality of the materials was very good for the price I paid and then some. Sizing was off but that was my fault for not checking the charts. I am very please with my experience and will order from them again.

IF I COULD PUT NO STAR I WOULD HAVE!
The items look nothing like the pictures! The quality is horrible, some blouses came to me sewed incorrectly, even a blouse i ordered had a hole! I ordered something in October and only half my order has come. I tried canceling the rest after a month (in November) and they quickly said that it had been dispatched "conveniently" and yet it hasn't arrived. Their costumer service is useless, they say they apologize but that's as far as it goes. $150 WASTED!
