I have had the same experience as more than 95% of other unsuspecting buyers. Horrible! I ordered the XL of one shirt and it arrives as an Xsmall would be in Canada. I have to give it away. The other shirt I ordered they claim not to have in stock anymore so I don't receive it, although I see it is still on their website? No refund, No exchange. This company is a hoax, do not give your money to them - they are sham artists from China trying to break into the internet market in North America. Please don't give them your credit card details!
I WANT FULL REFUND. Ordered 4 dresses from Rosewholesale.com on 28th November 2014. Paid for the extra charges for expedite shipment. Today received just 2 dresses. Much to my horror, the color, quality and materials r so lousy. Totally different from the ones I saw online.
Posted them on Facebook abt it. Only to be kicked ard by the admin. Keep prompting me to email their suppprt group. Now then they informed me about the missing 2 items - 1 ready to be shipped out and the other one out of stock. So why am I paying extra for shipment?

I was so excited to see a site with cute, inexpensive clothing. Boy, do you get what you pay for! The clothing is deplorable! The sizing is no where near US standards. I normally wear a Med- Lg and ordered XL on everything, just in case. NOTHING FITS. These clothes are made for the tiniest of women. It has taken a month to get the clothing, but they tapped my PayPal acct as soon as the order was placed. STAY CLEAR!

I have experienced the worst service with this company. I ordered large amounts of these jackets for a dance team in October. I was charged in full and still have not received all of my jackets that I ordered. However, they have collected their payment for the entire order! They will not accept returns unless you pay for the shipping and then they will only refund for 85% of the cost of what you paid. I have two defective items that they want me to pay return shipping on and that was the response I was given after 2 months of online communication. One jacket has no button holes and the other jacket has the sleeves sewn on backwards. There is no telephone number for customer service. They do respond to messages but they dont ever solve the problems.

I made an order and paid for the goods a month ago. When I placed the order I got a confirmatory e-mail which stated that they will notify me when the package is shipped. It's been a month now and I haven't received any e-mails yet, though I wrote them twice.

I placed an order for a few items and the money was taken from my account that night. In the morning I received an email asking for a copy of my licence and a picture of my credit card. I sent them an email straight away and asked that my order be cancelled. It was only for $158 and I have never been asked for a copy of my licence or credit card when I have bought on line. Rosewood said not a problem and said they old cancel my order and refund me my money. They refunded me $215.67 and then took $230.67 from my account! Excuse me but who the hell do they think they are!

Absolutely horrible! I bought 5 items and could not wear either of them. These were NOT extra large shirts/blouses... unless it was for a child. Quality is poor, one was even picked when I got it and the others were not as they looked in the pictures because in the picture they looked nice. Took 5-6 weeks to get them in the first place. Spent $65 for nothing! Not going to take my time and try and return. Hope Good Will or Salvation Army can give them to some child to wear.

THEY ARE A BIG JOKE. I ORDERED $136 worth of merchandise. When I received it, the merchandise looked nothing like the items on their page. The merchandise looked like doll baby clothes. When I called to see how I can return the merchandise, I was told they would email me their return label, I never received it. To make a long story short! I would have to pay $157.00 to ship the merchandise back to them before Paypal could reimburse me. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSE-WHOLESALE! They are a big joke!

WHAT THE HECK? I go online to track my package and it says my package originated in Afghanistan and wound up in UKRAINE? I go to file a complaint and the order number they gave ME in my email is incorrect? There is no way of getting in touch with anyone either. Now, what am I supposed to do?
