ericdress.com and rosewholesale.com basically had identical-looking online ordering form, but prices and color availability between each website were different, so after making two payments and two separate shipping payments, an item from ericdress came in my package from rosewholesale, and the item that WAS supposed to come from rosewholesale plus another item in the order were missing, men's large is really a ladies' small, hairpiece and clothing all stinks so bad of petroleum it's all unusable, quality is embarrassing and no response from either

Has anyone reported this company? If so who are you reporting them to?
I got a refund on one of my items, with a lot of emails, and got 0.99GBP refund for an item with a hole in. The damaged garment took up to 3 months. Not once did they offer me any attempt to return. I will not be returning. Also there is a lot of sites out there connected to this company!

This company is located in Asia and it's sizes are Asian sizes. Which is to say they are the sizes of children in the US. They don't state this on their site, and they have a no refund policy, which they also don't state.

The coat I ordered had an unattached collar, the front fastener was coming off, and was not a size I could wear (or anyone I know can wear). The material is cheap also. They have sent me about 10 emails so far explaining why they can't receive the product back and why they can't refund me. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, it has an Asian idea of business, which is GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING YOU CAN. I live in China, and this is the way things are here. By the way, I like living and working in China, this is not a personal vendetta, this is just the truth about this company.

I received my product and as warned they were cheaply made. Knowing I chose to order them I then chose to keep all except one dress which came torn in 2 places IN THE FRONT OF THE DRESS! I asked for a refund, sent the pictures as proof like they said to and after 2 weeks of getting the run around this is the message I was left with... Rosewholesale Customer Support Dear Lawanda,

According to our company's Warranty and Return policy we provide available solutions for you.

1. You send it back for a refund. (A 15% restocking and handling fee will be charged Former shipping cost and Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.

2. You can send it back for exchange, but you will be responsible for return shipping fees incurred and we will pay the reshipping fee
(Please note that all returned items must be in brand new condition, unused and with all original tags, contents and packaging intact)

3. You can keep these items, sell in local place or send them to others as gifts, in that situation, we would be happy to refund you 30% of the total price for the compensation. We trust that you will find this reasonable and fair.

This is absolutely honest review. I ordered 5 items, total 52.34 plus 24.62 of shipping fee. When I received it, 2 items were missing. So I asked to the customer service, and they said those 2 items were out of stock. I was not noticed about it before, so I requested the return because I was eligible according to their return policy. But they said it would be shipped soon. And I said 3 times that I wanted to return, but they totally ignored me. Okay so I'm just waiting for it, but it takes 2 weeks what the hell(I chose the expedited shipping which takes 3-7 days) Also, the items I already received were really terrible. I ordered a super cute oversized sweater dress and a v-neck black sweater dress. But what I got is like a small size of sweater shirt. It's not a dress and totally different from the photo on the website. Oh it has a tear around the neck part. I can't even wear it. I already threw it away. And the black dress is made of cotton, not a sweater dress. And it looks like really cheapie. Thus, the images they are using on their website are totally fake. I actually tried to leave a review on the website, but it was not posted ( I think they deleted my review because it was a negative review) One star is even too much for RoseWholesale.

I purchased 5 items from Rose Wholesale on 11/25/2014. The prices are awesome so I didn't expect items to be over the top. However, the jacket I ordered was really lousy and just didn't even sit right. I am not sure if the homeless shelter will take it. The blouse I ordered was a size 3x and I am a size L. The top half was good but the waste was huge. The sweater only makes it 3/4 of the way around my body. I did all the measurements according to the website. I have 2 more pieces yet to receive and not sure when they will arrive as they said just be patient.

I ordered a dress for a specific occasion, and want to know if it will arrive on time. (reading all these reviews, I doubt it. Or if it does, what the quality will be like.)

When I attempt to do live chat, I'm told that they are not open and to try back during regular business hours (which I already am)

When I attempt to send a note I keep being told to sign in, which I've already done, so I am not able to communicate with the company.

SCAM ALERT! I ordered in November 2014, but before I ordered from Rosewholesale, I already saw that there were many that did not receive their order. But since I am using paypal, I ordered anyway. After a month of waiting, I have contacted them about my order since I still haven't received it. Expectedly, NO RESPONSE from them. So I just escalated a dispute with paypal. We'll see, I hope I can win the case.

If I hadn't paid with Pay Pal I'm pretty sure I would never have received the jacket I ordered. After four weeks I received a mis-shaped jacket. I discovered that the accent buttons sewn at the wrists were sewn at the top of one wrist and at the bottom of the opposite one. You definitely get what you pay for and I chose not to return due to the hassle and misinformation of its original shipping information.

We state very clearly that all returns are subject to inspection and when we looked at this, we found multiple problems. (We have kept photos of this damage for our records). The manufacturer would never accept this back from us as it was clearly abused.
In the meantime, a credit is being issued now, and future consideration will be offered to this customer for this unacceptably long delay.

One star ONLY because I can't do NO stars! DO NOT buy from this scam company. They have had $400.00 of my money since August. It is almost January and I have only received approx. 25% of the merchandise ordered. They Blah Blah Blah you on e-mail responses to complaints. They claim that they don't have a tracking number. Sizes are SOOOOO small that onlly a child can fit in them. One bag was completely molded. One bag usless because of broken zipper. Jewelery arrives broken, missing stones, etc. Byer BEWARE! Cheap S&#T!

Do not waste your money or time dealing with this company. I purchased a dress, which caught my attention in a Facebook Ad (which I had never done and will never do again) and it took a few weeks to arrive. Fine. When I open the package I was astonished by how small it looked. I'm a 6-8 and 5'8" and the website was listing the dress as a medium, so I assumed it would fit. The tag on the dress said it was a 6, which seemed surprising since it was sold as a medium. Why not just list it as a 6? I went ahead and tried to put the dress on and couldn't believe how small it was. I asked my normal size 8 year old daughter to try it on and it fit her in the waist... of course the top part was a little big and didn't fit appropriately. Anyway, I opened a ticket to return the dress and was essentially told the dress was correct and I was out of luck. I replied and their second response to me was I could keep the dress and get 10% back or could pay to ship the dress back to China (because it is used and now "refurbished") and has to go back to China at my expense and then they would reimburse me 85% of the purchase price. I am just astonished by this companies business practices. I guess I usually deal with reputable businesses so I was just taken aback by this company. I'm most concerned that they have my credit card number and it's probably on it's way back to China, if not already in their hands.

I ordered three blouses

I ordered three blouses. After a long wait, I received two of them in the same package. I checked the transaction online and it shows they were all shipped together. The missing blouse is still being offered for sale so I assume it is in stock. I've sent two emails through their Support Center and still haven't gotten a reply. The quality is definitely "You get what you pay for" but with one blouse missing and all the added on shipping, I paid a ridiculous amount for two blouse that probably won't survive the first washing. Oddly enough, the blouse that did not arrive looks in photos as if it is better made. I won't use this company again. I do a lot of online shopping and have never had service this awful!

SCAM ALERT! I ordered $47.53 worth of merchandise from RoseWholesale. They charged me $68.19 IN SHIPPING. The second problem, The items are NOT IN AMERICA SIZES. A 2X Plus is equal to a Misses 10. The third problem, When I returned the items, they lied about receiving the items and refused to answer my e-mails to their Customer Service site. THANK GOODNESS I PAID THROUGH PAYPAL. I won the case and they returned ALL my money including the $68.19 they charged me for shipping. Always check any company out on this site and get a Paypay account. Most companies will let you pay with Paypal and they will return your money if you can prove you were SCAMMED! If you order from China make sure they are a reputable seller. PayPay is dropping them as a Seller with their company.

I should have read the reviews on this site before ordering from Rose Wholesale. The items are made using cheap fabrics and the sizes are not comparable to U.S. industry standards. Even if you compare your measurements with the size charts, the dresses do not fit proportionately. The only positive aspect of this transaction is that after placing my order, I received the items within two weeks, which was better than expected since the shipment was sent from China. I am waiting for a response after initiating contact with the company on 12-08-14 They responded to my first e-mail within 24 hours but have not replied since then. I am afraid that I have wasted my money and do not recommend buying from Rose Wholesale.
