I placed an order from this site in hope that it would be here for Christmas on 12/10... it is now 12/22 and I haven't recieved a tracking number, an email saying that it was shipped... and I paid extra for expedited shipping... WTF?!?!?!?!? I got an email earlier saying that the items would be in on 12/19... well. It's the 22nd... where is my tracking number... this is NOT a good impression for a first time buyer!

It's been about a week since I have ordered about 165 US dollars worth. All i received was an e-mail saying that they received my payment and i got nothing. No tracking number or anything. I wanted to know what was going on and clicked customer support center to find out that they needed picture of my card and photo ID to insure a credit card fraud? So i tried to send them the pictures but every time i tried the site would turn out to be error and would not let me send anything. So now i am lost... i can't contact them. I tried calling and the phone line is always busy... wouldn't even let me send them e-mail... i will most likely call my bank and get my money back since they don't reply nor get in contact with the customer service. DO NOT buy stuff from this site. This site is not ready to sell products to customers.

Ordered a dress and top in XL suppose to fit 14-16 English size neither would fit the daughter of a friend who is a size 8. I am a 14 and wouldn't attempt to try them on. The dress was badly made and poor quality. The top not bad but neither looked like the pictures.

If I could I would give it lower than a one star. I like the rest of you got ripped off. The clothes look NOTHING like what I ordered and are so tiny I can't believe it. I was careful to follow the sizing chart they provide and ordered XL things. Most would maybe fit an 8 year old. One shirt that I ordered XL I could barely get on. And was 10 inches apart from one side to the other. So I looked at the size and there was literally no tag on it anywhere. So certainly no matter what you order they pull it from a heap of all of the same and chuck it in a bag. I wasted $80 on 8 tops. Only 1 of them is wearable.

I got a hold of someone one month ago and told them that If I wasn't going to receive my sweater before summer, then to refund my money... oh no, they tell me. You should have it soon... one month later... still waiting and I am freezing... never order from this crapfest.
I tried Rose Wholesale only based on their website. It took almost 2 full months to finally receive the three items I purchased. I didn't realize it came from China by way of the Netherlands... what? This was a good learning experience for me. It reminded me that indeed one gets what one pays for. I bought two garments and a novelty watch. Both of the garments are of poor quality and fit, just awful, not even close to the very chic look they had online. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this company's products to anyone. I will give the two garments away to the local Goodwill, they might be OK for a kid's costume. The novelty watch is fun, but the quality is terrible.

I SO wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I did receive the dress but it came from China and it was microscopic. A medium was more like an extra small. My daughter, who wears a medium, couldn't even zip it. I have requested to return it three times so far. NO RESPONSE. I can't even FIND a customer service number to call. OMG! The customer service number is busy and you can not get through. The order tracking is a joke and does not provide date of delivery. I wish I had seen all of these BAD reviews before ordering through Rosewholesale. I order items to be for Christmas Presents on 12/4, have not received the order as of today 12/19 and will be having charges credited back to my credit card if they are not received in time for Christmas. Lesson learned!

I orderd over $100 worth of items and they were shipped out 11/26/14 and still have not received anything, can not track the items with the number they gave me, and have not received an email on shipping the rest of my items! On top of that the Email for support they gave me does not work! This site is a scam!

Items take 4+ weeks, not 3-7 days. They refuse refund, only exchange on out of stock items. They still have not processed my refund on an item I ordered in October. It's December. All items come in an XS, including the Plus Size
