We purchased a range of clothes, when they turned up the postage receipt indicated that they were shipped directly from China. They were terrible quality - probably the worst quality clothes we have bought in the last 10 years. This is a low level Chinese sweatshop with a Western style website. Buy at your own peril.
I ordered 3 shirts from this company. I am a Canadian size large. 1 shirt fit me and 2 were so small they fit my very slim 14 year old daughter. When I complained they answered me but offered no solution. When I complained to my MC (Bridgewater Bank) they declined to help me with it so I'm eating the amount I spent. Ok, I have ordered 70.00 worth of stuff on the 27th of this Nov. I have not recieved my items as of yet, they are still enroute for 2 weeks now. Thanks to the reviews I think Im going to ask for a refund. This company is apparently a band of thieves and I really wish I would have done a little more digging around into customer reviews before ordering.
My order was broken down into 2 shipments, too; still haven't rec'd the last item, which seems to be coming from a different country. When using either of the tracking #s, absolutely NO info is usable. The entire thing is bogus. Nobody at Rose answered my enquiry. I ordered all L or XL, even though I wear a M. I ordered the soft, over-sized beige sweater that is described as a trench coat, with a picture showing it going down to the woman's knees... I'm 5'5" & it barely comes down to my waist. It doesn't even shut in the front. Another sweater has the sleeves sewn into the back of the garment, not the sides. When put on, it stretches the back taut, but has mounds of material in the front all bunched up. The cute pink coat with fur around hood is the ugliest shade of flamingo & the snap just came right on out of its hole, so it's broken before I even finish trying it on. Super flimsy material. The dress & other sweater in my order were also too small to wear. I already spent $34+ on shipping, & with all of the negative reviews about getting refunds, I'm not spending any more $$ on this website. There are no tags in the clothes. These are THE ABSOLUTE WORST quality clothes I've ever seen in my life EVER. Too bad, because the pictures are so cute... DO NOT BE FOOLED.

I was looking for a nice coat and was lured in via Facebook. I ordered a lovely coat on 18th November, ooh I was pleased. What a fool. 24th December a tiny thin package from China arrived. I opened it up to find the most awful, cheap, poorly made coat inside. The button holes are too small for the buttons, there are loose threads everywhere, it looks nothing like the photograph, it is a different shape... awful! Wool blend in the description - nope polyester and rayon. 1.5kg in the description - 0.5kg in the envelope and bag! Ok it was cheap but I could have done better in my 1st sewing class aged 12. Was somewhat disappointed - placed my order then read the reviews. I only received 1/2 my order so I assumed I was added to the victim scam list. WRONG - the other half of my order came today! It was delivered about 3 weeks after the first 1/2 but I did get it - and no extra charges. I think maybe people need to be a little more patient when ordering on line. Some of my order came from the Netherlands - so I understand the delay.
Order on Nov. 25,2014. Still have not received a thing. Sent a few emails and only get back that the order has been shipped and everything is in chinese. My last 2 emails went unanswered. What a scam and now they have the nerve to still send emails to my account and want me to buy more. Really!
I wear L to XL which is what I ordered, could not even get it on! It fit my 10 year old granddaughter! There is no refund if clothes do not fit only exchange which of course in this there wasn't any larger sizes. I was told they would give me a 15% discount which they did not do.
I would not recommend doing business with this company. I'm out over $100 which they do not care about it and obviously lied about giving me a discount due to loss.

I thought ordering these items in early November would ensure arrival by Christmas, but I am very frustrated by the lack of an expected delivery date and I am starting to fear that I have wasted my money on a scam. Christmas is in 3 days and I have very little hope that my package will be here.

I place an order 11/17/14 for about 160 dollars of clothing, 3 coats 2 dresses... I paid about 60 for shipping including tracking and insurance, This company only ship only 2 items with a tracking number, when I asked them about it they told me that what I paid was not enough to cover all of the items with a tracking number... they also told me that they shipped the rest without tracking and that it would take about 25 days to arrive, as of today 12/22 they have not arrived, they have now just change their lead time to 45 days and I am just suppose to wait for the items since they claim that the last of my order shipped December 2nd. I understand long lead times but I don't understand paying for tracking and insurance and receive nothing. I will never shop from this company again, I will file a claim with my back for fraud.

I placed my order on 12/5/14 for Christmas gifts. I am still waiting, and the tracking information is horrible. I understand when going a long distance it would be difficult to have an exact delivery date, but there is NO time frame. Not only do I not have the ordered items, but I no idea when they'll be arriving... or IF they will arrive. I wish I'd found this site before placing my order. I guess the old adage is true, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. It's scary to know you have given your credit information out.
