This company is fraudulent. They operate both SammyDress and RoseWholesale. They may partially ship in order to coax you into waiting, which then invalidates consumer protection times of 45 days. They send false tracking numbers, generated by fake sites. You can file a complaint with IC3, which partners with the FBI. http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

I ordered gifts for Christmas... of course what came in was cheap and falling apart. They never even sent the remaining items. I'm still now in a paypal dispute with them trying to get my money back. They refuse to refund my shipping which is ridiculously expensive since everything is coming from China. Awful customer service and not worth the hassle!

WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!
I payed in total 410.96 dollars for this stupid order and it was more than disappointing. The items are ALL BAD REPLICAS which is something they don't tell you. The sizes were way smaller than they said, the material is cheap and looks tacky, some items came un-sewed, and half of my order which i placed on OCTOBER hasn't arrived, i even payed for an UPS service and they sent it through airchina! They say they never refund the shipping BUT IN THIS CASE THEY SCAMMED ME! I PAYED FOR A SHIPPING SERVICE WHICH THEY IGNORED, STOLE THE MONEY, AND KEPT IT!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY! IF I COULD PUT NEGATIVE STARS FOR THIS SITE I WOULD GIVE IT -*******

I placed a order early November I still haven't gotten it
Finally got a hold of them about 10 days ago and they said it had been sent out few days ago, I said it was shipped a month after I ordered it. Well I still haven't gotten it. When I placed the order they said it had been shipped out 3 days after I placed the order, they sent me email saying that. I am trying to file complaint to new York district attorney. We all need to that has gotten ripped off by them. This is the phone number that is on Rosewholesale.com as they call themselves. I know I won't stop till I get hold of district attorney. I am going to call HLN, CNN AND FOX Stations to. We all need to do this there is strength in numbers

WARNING!
Ordered a shirt and as other reviews have stated, of the cheapest quality, smelling like fuel, no where near the size it was supposed to be, holes where the fabric hasn't been sewn together and no labels inside the clothing! Contacted CS and they want me to ship back to China, when the item's return address on the packaging is from Staten Island, NY! They figure you won't return anything because shipping charges are too high and they've gotten to rip you off, just like they intended! They will get their item back and the NY Attorney General will be notified of their practices. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

The worst company ever to work with... Do not waste your money ordering anything from Rosewholesale! I might as well as flushed my money down a toliet... it would have been more satisfactory and easier than to try and work with this worthless company... I ordered two items, a jean jacket and a raincoat 3 MONTHS ago... finally received the jean jacket, that I ordered in a XXL... looked like it could have fit a 4 year old... the other one, has yet to turn up... writing customer service is as equally laughable... they thank me for my "patience" and offered to compensate me for $5.00... I told them to just keep it, they probably needed it... terrible, scam of a company... they should be shut down!

I did not wait long. The delivery was fast for the first 3 items. I am still waiting for one item.
The quality is what you pay for, but the size is for a small people. Definetely not for North Americans.

This website is a complete scam! My fiancee bought me a coat from here for Christmas. First place it arrived 2 days after Christmas. It arrived wadded up in a tiny plastic bag. It was pretty but it had a layer of lace all around the bottom of the coat. About 8 or 10 inches of it were ripped. Ripped! Also we ordered a size large. It was so small - it was truly a size small although it said "large" on it. Do not ever buy anything from this store!

After 4 months, I have received one thin, cheaply made dress. The other item, a jacket that costed more, NEVER arrived. After FOUR months, they keep telling me to check back with my postal carrier. DO not get tempted by the pictures and the cheap prices. You can find the same cheap, china made clothes at any cheap retail store in U.S., without shipping fees. And you would actually be able to wear it regardless of its poor quality, at least you will have it in your hand. 4 Months, still no refund form missing item. SAVE your money.

I ordered three blouses on Nov. 17,2014. The total with shipping was under $40.00. Like my Mom used to say' "If it's too good to be true, it is." I thought the prices were outstanding and the pictures of the clothing was beautiful. But I still have not received my order. After reading the fine print of the confirmation order, it seems that the shipment could take up to 25 business days to receive. Talk about a SLOW BOAT from China! I started doing a little research and found this web site... I've been taken. I will call my credit card company to see if they can refund my money. It is a shame that there are companies out there that can operate this way. Let the buyers beware!

Okay, I was contacted by RoseWholesale.com to change my review if they refunded my purchase. I will give them credit for contacting me via SiteJabber and my RoseWholeSale Account. They did refund my purchase amount and shipping (make sure to ask), yet I would be very careful about sizing. Even when I purchased the largest size (and I'm petite, size 5 US pants, about 118 lbs and athletic build), the clothes still did not fit. The quality can be low average to fair, but the sizing is for very small women, assuming Asian.

My suggestions: don't buy from this company.

Should have read the reviews before ordering from here. Ordered a bunch of stuff from them, 3 shirts, earrings, a jacket, and wig. They were ordered together with the extra 30$ for fast shipping.

I get my 3 shirts and earrings at a normal date, but the jacket and wig? No where to be found. Order was placed November 12,2014. As of today, December 26,2014, I still haven't received these two items.

That's 50$, and an extra 30$ wasted on fast shipping. Contacted RoseWholesale, and they told me that the two items were sold out. If they were sold out, why were they available to purchase, and why did they take my money? Don't touch this website. Horrible.

Yikes. I wish I had read these reviews before I lost my $65.00. Ordered a few shirts 36 days ago. They did send an e-mail telling me they were sent (3 days after I ordered)... said they would arrive in 10 - 25 days. Now that I have read reviews and realize what will be coming in the box will probably be horrible anyway, I have given up waiting. Tried to contact their office and track the shipping-- All e-mail links are defunct. IF anyone from Rose's is reading these reviews, my order numbers were

The clothes are of the most cheapest fabrication you can imagine. The fabric is so artificial it feels like sandpaper. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They clothes are probably toxic. Loose threads everywhere. The zippers all ripped out or broke within one day of trying on any of the clothes. The button holes are too small for the buttons. The sizing is so off it's pathetic. I ordred 3xl and I normally wear a Large in US. The 3LX were TOO SMALL. I couldn't even get an arm thru the jackets. BIGGEST RIP=OFF SITE THERE IS. BEWARE. BUYER BEWARE. If you are a fool and want to easily depart of your money, then this is the site for you. Otherweise STAY AWAY.

If the prices seem too good to be true then buyer beware. I ordered a sweater a month ago and still haven't received it - no tracking available or email confirmation - nothing. The website is so professional looking that it's easy to be fooled. I think after reading all the customer comments that this website should be closed down.
