I placed on order with Rose Wholesale on Oct. 30 and 31st. I only received part of one order and none of the other order. I contacted them on numerous occasions to inform then of this and to this date have not gotten a response or reply from them. I aPm so upset and frustrated with them, I cannot even begin to tell you. Have gone through the steps of submitting a ticket? To let them know that I am tired of waiting for the products and want a full refund for the items not received. The products and prices are too good to be true, and if you are thinking of placing an order with them, do not do it!

I ordered 2 items in mid November ( lots of time before Xmas) - one came Dec 22- I have not received the other one yet. So much for the Xmas party I was going to ware it at. I have paid for both items in full. I will never order from them again!

Totally avoid shopping from here! I am betting it's kids or sweatshops, but even if not the old saying of if it looks too good to be true...

I was able to get responses from customer service that stated it hasn't been long enough and for some reason tracking wasn't applied. I ordered a pair of shoes from rose wholesale in on November 4th.
I send a message November 23rd, asking why the shoes did not ship, and they said they were out of stock, but would be back in stock soon. I was very understanding about it, even though it's crappy to sell products you don't even have.
On December 13th, they FINALLY shipped.
On January 3rd, I finally got them, and I was ENRAGED at what I saw! The shoes they sent were not even remotely the same shoe I ordered! They were the wrong material, the wrong color, the wrong size, and had these super ugly gold metal things on them. They were trying to pass off this AWFUL product as what I ordered. It's unwearable!
Still haven't gotten a refund, and they never informed me that this is what I would be getting.
The shoes smelled like toxic plastic chemicals too!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I'm just a one-time buyer, and I was VERY disappointed. They LIE to you repeatedly and scam you!

I am very dissatisfied with this company. The sizing was totally off the mark. As far quality you get what you pay for. I placed my order on Nov. 14th and received it on Dec. 23rd. It seems that you get what you pay for! I thought it was very cheap and the items received today really look it! Very poorly finished with threads hanging down, the size label sewn on upside down and mostly importantly the sizing completely wrong. I am slim and usually wear a UK size 10 but the top I ordered was only available in a medium which I thought might be ok as the photo on the site showed that it should be loose fitting. The top that arrived is so small that ithardlypulled over my head. I will bedonatingit to a charity shop and hopefully it will fit some small child! I won't be buying from this site again.
This Christmas ordered selection of items from this site, 2 dresses for my daughter, 2 shirts for my son, a tote bag for myself and 3 women's wallets as gifts. Items came in two separate parcels which was not a problem at all. I was very pleased with the service provided. N one shirt was unavailable and the communication over this was prompt and more than satisfactory. The items were as pictured and described on the website. Will happily buy from this site again! I have been back and forth for almost 2 weeks now with your Customer Service because I clearly didn't get the right size coat I ordered. They asked me to send a picture of the tag, and I did and then he tells me I'm not doing what he asked me to do! Oh yes I did. I ordered the size I always wear and it's too small! I cannot wear it. Your return policy clearly states that I can send it back for a refund within 7 days of receiving it if I pay the shipping. Well, when I got the coat, it came from China or Korea or somewhere like that. I don't speak that language so not sure what Country it is. Then I get told that "I" ordered the wrong size. Oh no I did not! And I get told that shipping would be too expensive and if I send more money, they will send me right size. Oh really! You didn't send the right size the first time so clearly you won't this time. All I want is my money back. I cannot wear the coat, it is no good to me. I am posting this so people can see what a ridiculous company you are. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE anything from you again. I bought something a few months ago and was not happy with the quality and it certainly didn't look like it did in the picture. I really should have known better than to order anything from you again. I want my money back. That's all I want. You clearly need new people in your customer service. I sent a picture of the label inside the coat like he asked but it would not let me send the picture of the item number on the outside of the bag. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! This has been the worst experience I have ever had.

I ordered a few sale items, expected delivery was 2-3 weeks! After placing the order I found that it comes from overseas. The sizes were not at all true. I contacted the company for return information. She suggested keeping the items and they would refund 20 % or a 50% credit since shipping is so expensive. The issue with the size I was told is due to their idea of what is small, medium, large according to oriental standards.

I ordered 2 dresses on Nov. 9th. It is now Jan. 1st and I still haven't received them! I have been emailing back and forth since early December and have gotten NO satisfaction at all. I just called the customer service number and was told that they had arrived in the U.S. a few days ago and I should call back in 6 hours because it was night time in China. The dresses were for the holidays, which I explained several times! I have never in my life had such an unpleasant experience with customer service! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
