I placed an order for 2 items on 11/21 and payment was accepted. I've yet to receive my order. I've filled out several of these damn "tickets" and no one has ever responded. The phone number is always busy or it rings a few times and then I get a busy signal. I have been unable to contact them. This company is a BIG Chinese scam. Do NOT order from them! I wonder if I'll EVER get my items. And what the hell does china post unregistered mean? Their tracking process sucks! I can't get any kind of tracking info or status.
I ordered a 2xl as I normally wear a 1-2xl, the two items I received are perhaps a size small. There is no tag, no washing instructions, no size tag, just two garments that smell like machine oil and are not made very well. Lots of unclipped threads etc. It also took 2 months to receive the order.

I placed an order for two blouses on November 20,2014. The first blouse I received a month later (wrong size). I finally got a refund after going back and forth with Rose. The second blouse I received January 31. I ordered a 2X because the sizing is so different. I promise you this blouse is not even a size 0. I am not even going to return - just consider it a lesson learned.

I had been seeing their items on Pinterest and Facebook, I finally ordered some items from them, it took forever to arrive and when they did they looked nothing like the pictures! They were flimsy and badly put together, one even smelt like kerosene. I have sent 3 tickets trying to contact them and have my money refunded but I have had no answer at all!

This is a terrible company from the shipping to the products. Part of my ordered in 3 weeks, the rest arrived 2 months after I placed it. The products, including a dress, jacket, purse and belts, all failed to meet the descriptions, pictures and sizes that were advertised. The dress (a size medium) looks like a it was made to fit a child as does the medium jacket I purchased. The belt and purse are extremely cheap looking and feeling. I will never use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone!

This has to be the worst shopping experience of my life. All I wanted was to be able to exchange sizes of the dresses that were sent to me because they would not fit a toddler. But I keep getting a the run around from them. Actucally what I really wanted was a full refund because the dresses I recieved were not even close to what the pictures are online. But after reading some reviews about the website (unfortunately after I recieved the stuf)f I saw that they were difficult to deal with. So i thought if I just very kindly ask for an exchange for bigger sizes they will grant me one. But they have given me the run around I even sent pictures. Now they want me to take pictures of me measuring the clothing. I dont even want their crappy clothing but if i have to have it I want it to fit. Also along with the dresses I ordered I ordered a purse and the purse never came. I ordered expedited shipping but they shipped out my clothes first and then they apparently "shipped" out the purse two weeks later. But I have still never seen the purse. This is a terrible online store do not shop there. I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP THERE. Honestly I'm web developer and i'm so angry i'm about to start a website dedicated to how much they suck and to warn people.
UPDATE: After they replied to my review their customer service has still been terrible they have still given me the runaround. I know they are trying to get me to give up and forget about it. But I told them I will not be bullied. I will be filing a complaint with Paypal and leaving terrible reviews everywhere. As I said before DO NOT SHOP THERE.

Delivery time is atrocious & my 2 orders arrived scathered out over 7 weeks & out of nearly 17 iteams, only 2 iteams were worth keeping. Very poor quality clothing & jewellery also sizing is way off. I'm a size 8 in European size & ordered a medium in 2 jackets(just incase) & both jackets are tiny, they wont close & can barely get them on, the tops i purchased are fit for the bin. A total waste of money. I really couldnt be bothered trying to return & get a refund of my hard earned money because they dont make it easy getting a reply, very poor customer service. This is such a complete and utter scam I'm not sure how they are still in business. I guess because it is based out of the Netherlands there is no way to regulate. Anyway, this is my first direct experience with fraud. It took an exceptionally long time to receive my order--which was nothing like the picture of what I ordered. The company managed to get a picture of a dress I had liked on Pinterest pop up on my Facebook account. I clicked the ad and it took me to Rose Wholesale, which had pictures of that dress and many others. I ordered the dress and received a cheaply made rough approximation of a dress that looked nothing like what I was shown on Rose's website. It is a different color, different shape, different cut, and didn't fit properly. I'm sure all the positive reviews are just the people behind the company reviewing it themselves. Scam.

I placed an order for a coat on 12-17-14, money was taken out of my account the next day. They never even gave me a order number! When I submitted a ticket voicing my disgust, they just keep giving me the runaround. Most of the time, if you explain to our bank or whoever you use to pay with will refund your money and stop payment if you explain the situation. That's the only way to teach these people a lesson. Needless to say, I have not received any merchandise. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DO NOT DO IT!
I would give this zero stars if I could - it took months to get my order and one bag was so badly made I couldn't use it and the zipper fell off the second bag within a week. The coat was missing and I have been trying to get it redelivered or refunded literally for months and the company has been so poor with it I suspect this very close to being a scam - they are literally doing everything to not get me my coat - stay away! Also - there live chat is never open and their customer service number goes to a message with just people talking in background.

I agree with all the dissatisfied customers on these reviews. I too thought this was a legit business just to find out its reputation is far from good. I also ordered a blouse and waited 3 months to receive it. I ordered an x-large and when it came it was so small that it fit my 12 year old daughter perfectly. Obviously their interpretation of large is way off the U.S. scale of clothing. I think they may have children that they use as mannequins to make the clothing with. Just so disappointed as the blouse is very pretty. Waited so long just to get disappointed. Thats what I get for trusting a company whose prices are too good to be true. After all you get what you pay for. Ugh I hope people don't fall for this company's ads anymore. Losing out on your money hits the wallet hard. I ordered 4 items from these guys. Received a shipping notification - shipped via some weird 'International Bridge'. Shipment tracking tracked it to warehouse in Southern California. I live in Northern California. I 'tracked' the shipment... it 'left' the warehouse... and two weeks later STILL had not arrived. I contacted International Bridge and they basically said the package was 'lost'. I then contacted RoseWholeSale... and they basically acknowledged my service request and that was the last time I heard from them.
My advise... DO NOT ORDER from these guys. IF you get your order... you're probably LUCKY. And from what I've read on the other reviews... the product is now where NEAR what is pictured on their website.

I would like to express my strong disappointment toward this company.
I placed an order on AUGUST 2014 and I am still waiting for it.
After telling me that 2 of my 5 articles weren't sent I asked for a refund (never got it) then I never received the 3 other articles that were sent.
They said they send it back, but still, I got nothing.
On December 26 they debited my account while I was still waiting.
Two days ago I asked for a FULL refund because they told me they lost my package.
And this morning I woke up with an answer so grotesque that I jumped off my bed.
They proposed me a "compensation" of 15 dollars! I paid my order 58.34 DOLLARS!
I am just so upset! I ordered to be sure to receive IN TIME for Christmas and now it has been 5 months and I have NONE of the articles and NOT my money anymore.

I have ordered 20 items from this company at 2 different times and the service and the quality of the products have been great. My first oder was only a small one as I wanted to make sure the sizes fit me and the company was legit.
Once I received my first order in under 3 weeks, I realised that this was a legit business with great service. I also realised that the sizes that I needed to order for future purchases had to be up 2 sizes to fit perfectly. Usually I am a medium here in Australia but the XL were a great fit for me.
I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to order anything from them and receive great products for a really great price.
Same as many others I ordered 3 items and received only 2. I paid as much as I did for 1 of the clothing pieces to DHL delivery service before they would give me the package. When I tried the jacket and the coat on they were 3 sizes smaller than a normal North American size body. After reading other reviews on this company I realize the clothing is made for tiny slender Chinese women and not in any way reflects the size charts they show on this website. When I emailed several times to mention the missing item and the poor clothing sizing the company would not say anything about the sizing issue but said the other piece was held back so shipping all 3 pieces wouldn't 'influence the shipping rate'. Huh, really! Is DHL going to want another hefty delivery price to deliver the 1 remaining item? And what's the process for getting my money back for these wrongly sized pieces of clothing. I expect it's painful so steer clear of this company!
