I wouldn't even give it one star! Ordered a dress in November 2014 and have not received to date (Jan 2015). Attempted several times to contact by phone... always busy and thru email no response.

I will keep saying this until I receive my order DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I placed my first online order ever from rosewholesale on november 14th. I did receive one top it was good quality and was same as picture. However i also ordered 2 other tops and have not received them, i contacted the company many times with the ticket and number and i am still being told to wait a little longer. I figure after 2 months it should have arrived. I guess at this point i can consider myself scammed as well. Which is unfortunate as i have many friends that wanted to order after they saw the one top. At this point i will have to advise them not to order as it does seem as i have been scammed. W taylor

Received my purchases today from Rose Wholesale and I am more than a bit disappointed. I liked the styles fine as they seemed close to what was portrayed on the website. Workmanship is "meh". I've seen better, but I could have made it work. But the red color in reality is a lot brighter than depicted on the website. (The pictures give the impression of a deeper, bold red.) But again, I could have made it work.

However, FEW THINGS FIT. Sizing was probably 2 sizes smaller than they needed to be. A LARGE was nowhere near what a large should be. Can't even button my vest closed. Only one of my items fit well enough to be useful and I will have to see if I can have work done to let out other items.

Also, I saw no information in the packaging regarding returns. I expect if they have to go all the way back to Singapore at my expense, it may not be worth it.

I wish I had read some of the reviews here so that I might have made a more informed decision and ordered all of my items XL... or just not shopped here in the first place.

Lesson learned. Steer away. And steer your friends away as well.

The sizes are all over the place. Took over a month to arrive. Terrible quality. You can get better quality fabric from a rag bought at the dollar store. Lost over $140 on this garbage.

------UPDATE-----The company replied here by saying they are issuing a credit and to check my email, but they never sent any email let alone a "credit".
Based on all I keep reading about this company, I doubt they'll give me a refund. I would be glad to report it if that were true, but that's wishful thinking.

------UPDATE 2/4/15--- I filed a complaint with PayPal. I suggest you do the same with your credit card company. In addition, I'm filing a complaint in IC3.gov for internet fraud. If we all do this, it will prevent them from taking advantage of more people.

I purchased 4 items last week, the website made the product look awesome, I just got my package today and I must say the items, all to be coats, were horrible! None of them fit at all. I am a medium but ordered it all in XL due to the the advisement of the sizing charts provided. Let me not get started on the material for which the items were made, POOR POOR AND POOR, crappy fabrics used. Poor overall designs. OMG I am so upset. Not to mention I paid almost 50.00 in shipping! I want a refund and I want a return shipment receipt WHERE I AM NOT LIABLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS. As a company as the ones in the US the CONSUMER IS NEVER RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES. Absurd! I am livid. You create this website and portray that your products are made with great quality and so forth but your scamming tons of customers! I WISH I READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I MADE A PURCHASE... I better get my refund back, I will make complaints all over and even send all of this information to all news anchors that will give this company bad reviews and expose you for what your doing to ppl. Stealing their monies basically with false advertisements... I'm trying to call the support Center and it rings busy! Communication is done via email? Only. Horrible...

This is just a terrible shop. Half the clothes did arive after 1 month and the aóther half hasnt arrived after 2. The Items were all too small, like they were an S size but they were marked M. All the other M sized clothes I have fit well and I never had a problem wearing M sized clothes. I have told them that they dont need to send the clothes that they didnt already but after a few days they sent them anyway. Also the shipping cost is way overprized and you dont get that back if you refund and they dont take over the shipping cost on your end if you refund.

Seriously, you can get cheap clothes anywhere. Dont buy there, this is a ripoff!

Liar liar, pants on fire. And that is exactly what happened to the items I got from these rip off artists. They promised total satisfaction. They lied. They promised quality clothing. They lied. They promised 50% refund because my XL size clothing wouldn't fit a skinny 5 year old. They lied. We got nothing. Liars and cheats. NEVER AGAIN!

I placed an order on 11/7/14 and still waiting for the item - one item. It shipped from Nederlands on 11/8/14 and came all the way to Denver, where I live, and went all the way back to the Nederlands. I have emailed this company several times and all I get is that I will have to track the shipment. Their customer service is terrible. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. You might as well just give them the money, because you will not receive you item or get your $ back. Total waste of time. I wish I would have read the reviews before I place my order.

Well I am very sorry that I did not read these before I placed my thankfully small order. I placed an order on 12/31/14 and from what I have read I should not expect anything soon. I wish I had did my homework before ordering from this site. I simply figured that if it was on my Facebook page. It would be OK. NOPE. I ordered 2 shirts on 11-20-14. Money taken immediately. It is 1-10-15 no merchandise. Did send a message only way to contact them. Reply. Was, sorry. No tracking number, may take (every one knows) up to 45 days etc.
It is BULL****! I'm now working on getting money back. Letting people know. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people. Notice i did not say COMPANY... and making sure FACEBOOK is aware and doing something about it. Its principle Kim

I ordered 4 items. The first one was the wrong dress which I never ordered. The second one had red color instead of black and it looks tacky ( lace) in red color, my daughter would nerve wear it. The last 2 orders were at least what I ordered. 2 out of 4. And of course I do not even try to exchange the wrong orders to the right ones I doubt it would ever happen

I placed an order on 11/9/2014. I paid using paypal and received a payment received confirmation and order number. I received a shipping tracking number on 11/11/2014 saying my 2 shirts were coming on China post and to allow 12-25 days. I never could track the item and finally sent customer service an email. They responded with please wait, its coming. Around day 40, I rec'd one of the shirts, size Medium that could fit a child. I have filed a claim with paypal and had correspondence with Rose Wholesale and all I keep getting is wait. So I would not advise anyone use this company. The product received was quite inferior and not worth half of what I paid. I ordered from Rose Wholesale because the shirt looked cute and kept showing up on the side of my facebook page. I did not realize they were a Chinese company or I would not have ordered from them. Be careful. The photos may be tempting but its not worth it. I would give them less then one star in every category since today I am writing this review on day 56 from date they said item was shipped.

I made an order December 30th paid for expedite shipping and that said 3-5 business date. To date i have not received my order. I check my account and see " processing" when I did a query i was was addressed in the query as a different person. They said they could not find a providence number. I had already done an order as a trial with a small amount of monrey and received the item. This time I spent much more money using the same address and used DHL as the shiper and now they are having problems with my order which they never had before. They provided a number as a contact number from outside USA I called the number so many times and the phone picked up you can hearing talking in the background and no one answering you.
Service is disguisting, I am frastrated and dissatified. I need My money back or the items.
I am not going to stop informing persons of my dissatisfied service until you either refund me my money or send me my order!

I wish I would have read the bad reviews before I placed my order. They are all true. This is a horrible company to deal with. My first topped arrived 6 weeks late with 2 black ink stains on the front and 2 sizes to small. I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. Thank God I only spent $30.00. DO NOT do business with RoseWholesale. You will be sorry! I am reporting them to the California Better Business Bureau.

Worst company to deal with! I ordered back in November- was never notified until the end of November that it was on backorder and would not be available until the end of December. They still sharged my credit card and now I am trying to to get a refund which is impossible! They insist on obtaining your e mail address but never use it to respond to any questions or complaints!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 items, one in November and one early in December. I told them on numerous occasions that I wanted th items for Christmas but they still haven't arrived. I complained numerous times but get no proper reply just to say that they have been dispatched. I have now asked for a full refund but they are ignoring these emails too. Customer service woeful and still dont know why I haven't got my things. Rosewholsale if you read this. Give me my full refund now!

Update 1/16/2015: After getting the runaround from "Pearl"("Because you didn't pay the registered fee, so this package cannot be tracked."); I came here, did my review, and miraculously "Vanessa" found that "The package has been lost by the post office." I got my refund on 1/15(2 months after placing the order). In all the years I have been ordering online, regardless of the country, I have never had any issues until this. What a complete waste of time! I will not recommend Rosewholesale to anyone!

Placed an order on 11/17/2014 and still have not received it as of 1/9/2015. I tried calling the phone number and it hangs up after 4-5 rings. Submitted a ticket on 1/5/2015 and have yet to be acknowledged. Looks like they respond well on this site so let's see what happens.
