I have the same experience as many here. You do not know how they are until you have a problem. I ordered 4 items since November, got only three. Paid for the most expensive and fastest shipping method. Have informed them and open the ticket and they reply is we have shipped it, just wait and closed the ticket as resolved. Never will purchase from them again, the quality is bad, shipping charges high, customer service the worst I have faced in my life. It is not worth the time you spend to deal with them and frustration.

I ordered four items on Nov. 7,2014 and have only received one of them so far (Jan. 19 2015). One item apparently wasn't in stock, which I wasn't notified of for a month or so -- however, the site was very good about letting me know what was going on with the item after that point and answered my questions politely and quickly. The one item I've received was also good quality. I'm waiting for my other purchases to arrive before I make any other transactions on this site.
EDITED FEB. 27 -- I only ever received the ponytail holder. Doesn't look like any of my other items will ever be delivered. Also RoseWholesale messaged me on their site to ask if I would write a more positive review. Don't badger me if you can't back up your business claims.

Do NOT waste your time! 2 months after having been told that my order was on its way from China, it has not turned up. I seriously doubt that I will get my money back even if I continue to contact them.
Not worth the annoyance. Thank god I made a small purchase.

Horrible rip off!

Horrible rip off! I ordered 2 items in October 2014, then finally in December I wrote and asked where in the world was my order. They replied that they ran out of one item and would refund that price and send the other item right away. Never came and no refunds, then I wrote again and they said my order had been cancelled. And NO I never received a refund. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered back in October. I canceled my order after it had not arrived a month later. Another month passed and I exchanged several emails with customer service. They said the order was ready to be shipped, they just had to find it? Anyway, three months later I have still not gotten either the item or my money back.

45 days and still no stuff. I would give them a minus 4 star rating if they'd let me. If you send them a message they just tell you to keep waiting or check with the post office. Like if the PO had my package they would have delivered it by now. I am reporting them to several sources. Everyone should so they get closed down. I expect to never see a refund.

I received an email that my order has shipped (early Nov 2014). Nothing has arrived. Customer Service tells me "keep waiting" - or they will give me less than 50% of cost as refund. Of course, I haven't received any refund either. Very disappointed with this company. I have told all my friends and family - DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. I'm still going to try and fight it.

What a load of rubbish, what they advertise is not what they send you. The quality of their garments are rubbish. They sent me a shoddily made nylon zip up top and it should have been a fleece lined jacket, then they said they had re sent 1, which i never got probably because they dont make them, in the end i opted for a refund. Dont waste your money, you get what you pay for, if its cheap its crap

Do not order form Rose Wholesale! Clothing quality although very inexpensive is very very cheap. Will not last through one washing. I cannot return any of my unused/unworn items because they have a 7 day return policy but no way to contact them for an RMA number. They are a complete sham!

For those who have been following my purchase journey I ordered three items on 1/15 and THEY ARRIVED YESTERDAY!
The good news, all three items arrived and were if relatively good quality.
The bad news, the lace fitted top I ordered in XL is SO small it might fit a petite woman ( I am 5'5" and 125 lbs) and this top is tiny!
The one size fits all long sweaters I ordered both fit, are ok quality and look very much as pictured.
After all the bad reviews I am happy to report thst this site does deliver but has some kinks to work out especially in the sizing department!

HORRIBLE!

HORRIBLE! Let me preface by saying that I order products from various companies in China all the time as I am a retailer here in the states, but I have NEVER had this kind of $#@! Experience - EVER!

I ordered ONE jacket from RoseWholesale.com on 10/15/14. On 10/24/14 they withdrew the money from my Paypal account and gave me what appears to be a bogus tracking number.
It's now January 14,2015 and STILL no package. They told me to wait 45 days from the point of purchase. Funny, but that's the exact amount of time in which Paypal will no longer issue refunds on disputed items. Coincidence? I think not!
I have been trying to get a refund from them, but they keep telling me to be patient. The last message I got from them was on 12/25/14, and I quote, "Please wait two weeks, if still no news we will fix this for you. Please trust us and do not worry." Yeah. Right.
It's now been 81 days. I'm going to file an official mail fraud complaint with the Post Master General about this company, as they just don't seem to be responding to this issue.

As the Overall ratings says - Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!
Do yourself a favor and just go to TJ Maxx.

RIPOFF!

RIPOFF! I ordered a Jacket in early November, then got a bogus tracking number. It's January and I still haven't gotten my item. I tried contacting them, forget it! They don't return correspondence. They were quick to take my payment though! If I could give then ZERO STARS I would.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY! They take stock photos from other websites and they ship you something that is SO subpar it is incomprehensible. What they sent me was defective and unwearable and they are refusing to refund me. Out of the 5 items I ordered on 11/25/2014, 1 still is missing, they claimed they shipped it, but I have no tracking numbers. I'm sure if I ever get it it will also be crap.

I'm keeping two of the items, they are NOT well made, but at least were not defective and I took a chance using a low-cost company, so I chalked that up to my stupidity and will eat the cost.

However, the 2 DEFECTIVE items are the ones I'm request refund on, and this Kaitlyn offered me $7 on a $28 purchase as refund, this is not even including the EXORBITANT shipping fees I paid.

I am being MORE THAN fair and will dispute it with my credit card company if I get one more BS response from this Kaitlyn. I will also file complaints with the attorney general's office, the FTC and the BBB.

They are FRAUDS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

It is the worst experience I've had buying something online, items that are on the page are not in stock and more to choose another is never the end play request a refund of my money, and items that if I sent no know where they are, by paying tracking but give me some information, I made my purchase on November 28, today is January 13th and I have not received my order and do not tell me when he arrived. Placed an order for one item on a Wednesday, read online reviews about how crappy their merchandise is and how their shipping sucks, tried to cancel order on Thursday but was told item already shipped. Yeah, right! According to all their reviews, NEVER have they shipped something so fast. I paid an extra $2 when I placed my order for a tracking number (who charges for tracking numbers?!) and they gave me a bogus number that doesn't even work. NEVER buy anything from these swindlers!
