Requested twice to find out where my order is. It's been more than 2 months and I still haven't received my order. They said I need to pay $5 more to resend or refund only half of the price. This is crazy. Don't trust this company. Scam.
Everything is dirty and the sizes are all small in comparison with a petite person. The size chart is a blatant false advertising sting. Please don't order. Tried to get back in touch since they did say they accept returns, no return mails even though they promised to answer your inquiry in 24 hours. Please the USA should not allow this merchant to ship to the USA

My bag came in perfect condition, although it has a slightly oily texture, it came in great! It didtake quite a while for it to arrive at my house (32 days), but other than that it's great! And it is really worth to wait.
THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER
Never received an invoice or order ID, big problems to clear customs without invoice, communication with the supplier didn't work at all, they just don't answer what you ask.
Only half of the ordered items arrived, shipment fees dramatically high, plus additional fees and import taxes at German customs (which is normal, but have to be considered as well, when deciding, where to buy).
The quality of the clothes is low end, all delivered parts where too small, nothing fits, Sending them back to China doesn't make sense.
The clothes look much better on the photos as they are.
I would never ever order again. Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away.
If I could give no stars I would. Can you spell RIP OFF! I wish I'd seen the Rossen Report on the Today Show BEFORE I ordered and not when I was looking at clothing no one can wear. Ordered 4 items I. Sizes I normally wear excited when they came. 3 of the items were so far off in size I'm not sure my 4 year old grand daughter could fit into them. The 4th item was "one size fits all", put it on and ended up not being able to wear it- one sleeve had no elastic and he other one did. Sent a message saying I needed to return everything and stated why. Was told I needed to "measure" everything and send photos! Really? Customer service? Been trading emails and don't hold any hope of a resolution. I am going to protest the charge to my bank, have communicated my problem to The Rossen Report, and anything else I can think of. DO NOT GET SUCKERED.

MY ADVICE IS DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSE WHOLESALE I placed an order with Rose Wholesale November 5,2014. I received 2 items out of 13 items. I received the 2 items over a month after I placed the order. I am still awaiting the other 11 items as of today January 20,2015. The purchase was made through Pay Pal and I also did purchase insurance so I am in process of trying to receive a refund on the 11 items that I did not receive. I have contacted Rose Wholesale via their website, but do not see a phone number so that I can contact them by phone. I left my phone number with them via their website several times and they have not contacted me as of yet by phone. I have no idea if they shipped the other 11 items out or where the items are at this time. They gave me a tracking number, but I'm still not able to locate where my other 11 items are at this time. Again, my advice is do not order from Rose Wholesale.

I ordered a pretty grey top about ten days before Christmas. On the 24th of Dec. I sent a request as to where it was. I too was told they had run out and were back ordered. They said it was on a china shipment. Which said it would be 12 - 30 days in arriving. It is now 40 days since I ordered the top. Still no top. Wrote a note to service center but it claims the number I cut and pasted is incorrect. Tried calling the number listed above, constant busy signal, Operators says it may be a cell phone. Reading the review below I may be disappointed when & if it does arrives. I would give it no stars but it won't let me.

This site is pretty trustworthy, and their items are pretty cool. They don't lie, and give you store bought quality clothes. They are cute as well.
I ordered a jacket on SEPTEMBER 11,2014. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. I figured over 3 months was enough time to receive it. It's now January 20,2015. I have yet to receive the jacket. It states it was shipped out some time in November. I called. I was told to check with my Post Office (?) and wait another week. That was weeks ago. I'll never place another order from this site again. I wish there was an option to give no stars. One is too generous.

I ordered a pretty grey top from their website in Nov 14, the money was taken from my bank, after 3 weeks i asked why is there no tracker, they said the item was out of stock but would be sent out soon, it eventually arrived in Jan 15. Its awful, the material is awful polyester, looks like some cheap rubbish from a market stall, nothing like the picture at all. Will never order from them again, its so tight i struggled to get it off.

Rosewholesale is Awful Awful Awful... Stay away...
Although I paid extra for tracking of the shipment, it was impossible to track. It was said to be shipped via Hungary post to Canada. I ordered 4 tops all in PLUS SIZE 1X. All the tops were so small that they fit my adult daughter who is a petite size 4! The workmanship was terrible, nothing like what is seen in the photos.

BEWARE of this company report on them on the Today show. Items I was sent looked as if they were made by kids. One was not even like the picture at all. Report said they get there pictures from good companies on the internet and they send you poor knock offs. Add to this you will have to pay to tack your order and wont be able to do that either. It took over 1 month to get the items and I'm still trying to get my money back. They will tell you it will cost you more then what you paid for the items to return When I tried to write them on line I was told I had the wrong order number and wouldn't let me.
There response on here is a joke. They are offering me 20% now up to 30% refund on items I would never wear due to sizes and looks and workmanship. They want you to think they did good on this complaint. Again, Beware of this company, don't be fooled by what they wrote.

I had an awful, horrible experience. I ordered 2 coats and wasn't expecting too much in quality given the price, but, boy, this was worse than ever. Defective, poorly fitting, and nothing like what it appears in the pictures. I had a button falling off a stole and the other one had stitching pulling out. I wrote to customer service to get a return authorization. They putz'd around a while wanting me to keep sending "clear pictures." Again, and again. Finally, I got fed up and told them I've sent enough pictures and I would like the return authorization. The service rep had the audacity to beg me to keep the items and he'd refund me $5 to keep the items. $5 from an order that cost me $110 including shipping fees for 2 crappy coats and a dress I never received. I could have just forked out another hundred and bought a real quality coat from North Face. I'm so done with this overseas crappy fake stuff. Don't believe what you see. Shipping isn't free (more like $20-30 to USA) and they won't accept your return and will do whatever it takes so that they can avoid taking it back. I have decided to eat the cost and be done with this entire nightmare of an experience. I can get more money back donating the coats for my tax return. They also never sent me a dress that I ordered. It wasn't included in the original shipping/tracking #, but somehow, miraculously, after 1 week of receiving only the 2 crappy coats, the dress was placed under the same tracking number when you look up the order online as if they shipped it out with the coats. They did not. It's a LIE. I still have the email stating "remaining items to be shipped" which the dress was listed under. It is currently nowhere to be found.
This is an Asian company. I am Asian. I will never buy from a cheap overseas Asian market again. This whole experience = bad taste in my mouth.

I have had the same problem as the other reviewers here have. I ordered on 11-14-14. It shipped on 11-15-14 and I still have nothing. I have repeatedly contacted them to be told to wait. Their policy was 45 days before filing a claim which, incidentally was the same amount of time allowed by Paypal to open a claim against them. (Paypal just changed theirs to a longer time) Coincidence? I think not. So, after waiting to 45 days, I requested my money back. Whatever his name is offered me 30% and berated me for not paying the extra money for insurance. So I told him no. He then offered me 50%. I was going to just cut my losses, but then the jerk had the audacity to request that I return the money if I received the item and again berated me about insurance. Now, I believe my next step is to contact my credit card company... unless something happens here,
