My shirt was shipped out march 22nd. Last tracking info said arrived in usa march 25th. Messaged customer service and they said 30 business days for arrival. Today is 30 business days and no shirt. Very disappointed. Have received every item i ever ordered. Where is this one?

I ordered a blouse and swimsuite 11/14/14 prior to leaving for a Vacation to Hawaii. Needless to say, they took my money and it was logged as being shipped out. I have returned from my vacation and still no blouse or swimsuite as of 1/28/15. I have left 2 messages and they keep telling me that they are checking into the problem, the problem is I never received my order.

3 months after full payment for order, still had not received. 3rd contact to RoseWholesaler and they said they'd re-send the order, but I'd have to pay for shipping again. I asked for refund, and they only agreed to refund me for 2/3 of my order. Poor way of doing business. Let's even see if I get the 2/3 back.

I ordered two sweaters, a pair of mittens and three make up brushes on 11/23/2014. I received the mittens after two months and they are cute. None of the other items arrived. The company has told me they do not track, do not guarantee or insure delivery, and will refund me $7 to be used toward a future order. Rosewholesale did offer to have the shipment resent to me however I was to pay the shipping. Why would I pay to have the same items lost in the mail or maybe they were never shipped from China? What am I going to do with sweaters in July when they finally arrive? I'm out $38. Lesson learned.

I emailed and chatted live with a rep from this company at least a dozen times before posting this review. While they were always cordial, they never actually solved the issue or refunded me money. They strung out the process to the point where it was past the time where my credit card company could do anything about it.

BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

My first order with RoseWholesale is a disaster. It's been more than a month now and I'm still waiting for the merchandise. Filed a complaint online and I only get a suggestion that I should go to the local post office file a missing package there!. Rose Wholesale is scam and I'm very angry.

Dreadful... AVOID at all costs. See the reports below.
Sizes are not as stated. XXL is at best an 8 uk size.
They make it too difficult to return. Shipping costs are to China.
They offer a ridiculously low refund for you to keep the items. They have you over a barrel. Do you take the risk that the package gets back to them and that they refund in full?
You are still out of pocket even if you do for P&P.
STAY CLEAR... they also operate under other names... Modily... beware if you see the same designs elsewhere... it is likely to be them.

I spent $127.00 worth of stuff, very disappointed a pair of shoes I bought had a big peeled part on the heel and the shoe was white and on the side it had ink all over. I also bought 2 coats witch came in very poor conditions and the LARGE is really a SMAlLL size one had one arm bigger than the other, the other one came in a different color than shown on website.
I was offered a 20% refund witch I did not agree and they gave me the option to send back at my own shipping expense. REALLY there in Hong Kong. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered a blouse from them because their prices were very reasonable and very cute clothing. I ordered my items in October of 2014. I never heard from them until I started contacting them about my order I have yet to receive on December 2,2014. They informed my the item was out of stock and to wait a couple more weeks, so I did and now I know why. Because with Paypal they will only investigate purchases made inside of 45 days. So I had no recourse to get me money back. I continued to contact them and always heard beck but it was just more delays... Fast forward another month to January 6,2015. I contacted them one more time. This time they told me the item was sent December 15th and since I didn't pay for tracking, it could take up to a month to receive my item. I threatened them with legal recourse if I didn't get my item. So I waited. Then almost 6 weeks later, I received the item. On the post mark it had shown it was mailed in China on JANUARY 15,2015. So they lied about their shipping date as well. Plus the items run so so so small in size even an extra large wouldn't fit me and I am 5"7 and 155 pounds! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered the Solid Color Zippered Loose-Fitting Long Sleeve Casual Style Women's Hoodie Size: M Color: BLACK on December 21,2014. I expected the shipping to take a while knowing it came from China and they said 15-25 days, I have tried to use the tracking number they provided which did not work on the China Post website. I should have read the reviews first, bad bad mistake. Still no hoodie, hopefully I receive it before it gets warm outside again. And if I don't receive it in the next 10 days, I will have to report this to my credit card company which would be a HUGE hassle. Just wish people wouldn't do bad business...

I have ordered several items from Rosewholesale... for the most part what i received was what i expected except for one item which was a slouch sweater with extra long sleeves, what i got was not at all what i expected it looked like it was made on a home knitting machine and had no manufactuers label... now i realize this is Asian sizing and those are Petite Asian models but i did expect the sweater to resemble the picture. I submitted a review which i believe was truthful. It was not rude but it was taken down. That was not cool. However i will still order from this site and im waiting on my next order... a watch... a necklace and a purse... hopefully all is okay with that order.

Do NOT order from rosewholesale! I ordered a pink coat on November 15,2014 and still have not received it. I emailed them and they told me to wait until 45 business days have passed. When I still did not receive it, I emailed again very annoyed. They just kept telling me I had to pay for the shipping again and they'd resend it or I could get a refund of $20 (I paid $42 for the coat.) This website is total garbage and is run by $#*!s who don't know what they're doing.

Do not order clothing form these clowns! I placed two orders. The first a jacket in size small, it just barely fit, I'm a US size 6. I thought the medium would fit just right, so I placed my second order of 3 jackets and a tunic. They shipped 2 jackets and said the other was back ordered. All items were smaller than the first jacket I ordered. You have to be a size zero to fit into the mediums they sent. I requested the third jacket be sent in a larger size and the sent a medium anyway. It's a size zero also. They refused to give me any help, they insisted I return them at my expense which would have cost over $60, I paid $80 for the order! Then they offered me $20 to keep the order. I told them I would never order from them ever again and would go out of my way to spread the word on the internet to never buy anything from them because they have inconsistent sizing, and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The quality of the goods was mediocre at best, but the prices screamed that anyway. I even sent pictures of the items fitting smaller than the small from my first order. Stay away, listen to the other people with the same experience, you will be taken advantage of as well.
So to update my review, they offered me a 22 dollar refund to change my review. I cannot change what I wrote because it is fact based, not opinion. There are no untruths in what I have written. I would never order anything from this site ever again, I lost more than $100 and they gave me $22.So, as I did promise to change my review, this update is just that, my change.

It thought I might find a few cute things on this site, which I have, but pictures are better. I have yet to receive my ONE order from them. I've been very nice, even giving it an extra week to arrive since I thought that maybe something was wrong on my end of the post office. Nothing so far and I even allowed a few extra days after talking to customer service since she said that it had shipped out from them.

I will never trust this site, which is really disappointing because I was ready to go crazy buying things until this happened, which was very sad because again I have all the things I wanted in a wishlist and now I can't trust them.

I'm expecting a full refund from them. If not, well I'm sure my bank will help me.

I will never use this company again. I ordered 3 things for my daughter. Only 1 has came and it has been 7 weeks since I have ordered. I was charged for everything of course. The shirt that did come was ordered as XL but is the size of a small possibly a medium. I have had to sell it to a friend at a lower price than what was paid because I cannot reach the company.

I just ordered a blouse, ball gown, bathing suit with cover up, and 2 hair barrettes. I ordered the blouse 2 sizes larger then I wear and it fits great. The others look great and are great quality but are too small. Over all I will definately order again! Here are some suggestions:

Use express shipping and you will have your items in 5 - 8 business days.
Order 2 sizes larger then you normally wear.

Overall, great quality and beautiful stuff.

I ordered 3 "leather" jackets from Rose Wholesale. First I ordered a size "MEDIUM" and they're not even a small, they're petite at best. So the sizes are completely wrong. Secondly, all the labels on all three jackets were ripped out. Lastly, they came all together bunched up in a plastic bag and they were dirty and looked like they were used jackets and not brand new. I called their customer service number multiple times and every time I called the phone would ring 2 or 3 times and go right into a steady busy signal. So I emailed them FOUR TIMES and NEVER received any email back from them. And yes I did check my spam folder and there wasn't anything in there from Rose Wholesale. I also wanted to add that Rose Wholesale regardless of what they claim, really is a SCAM! They DO NOT provide any customer service at all! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They refuse to respond to my many emails. To date, I still have not received ANY response from them at all. TERRIBLE company.
