Wish there was an option to rate this as a big fat zero! Terrible, terrible, terrible! I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone ever! They do not send you your products! This website is just a big huge scam!

My order never came

My order never came. I went through their dispute site -- emails would have been a lot handier. They wanted me to pay the shipping (which was almost equal to the cost of the blouse) again. I refused and just asked for the blouse to come. Still didn't and no refund. The English on their dispute site was awful, so it was difficult to even understand what their instructions were.

I ordered six items from Rosewholesale's website on 23 Nov 2014 and have so far (more than two months later!) received only one (the so-called 'Stylish Round Neck Long Sleeve Spliced Hollow Out Blouse For Women'). It arrived in a small bundled package - the blouse was definitely not made of the same material as in the pictures and it was FAR too small, despite the fact that I ordered the biggest size! I have heard nothing about the rest of my order and not received any of the outstanding five tops or dresses!
I paid with my credit card through Paypal and will definitely try to get my money back. When I placed my order it said about two-three weeks to receive my order, but it is now more than 60 days since and I have received only the one item - and it fits no-one in my family!

I can't speak as to the quality of their products as I never received them. I can say that their shipping costs are very high. The shipping costs for the order I never received were nearly 50% of the item costs. Given this, I did not opt to pay extra for their "highly recommended" insurance. It seemed like a bit of a shakedown. Needless to say I never received a thing, and it is company policy to only refund 50% to people who don't pay their bribe, er, I mean insurance. In the end I got a partial refund, but I still paid for nothing.

EDIT: I have been contacted letting me know that I can receive the rest of MY MONEY back after I edit my review. So here I am, editing it. I might consider editing the RATING on my review AFTER I get my own money back. I'd consider editing the review of the merchandise if I ever got it. I'd also like a pony, but I'm not gonna hold my breath. Bottom line, I shouldn't have to hold someone's feet to the fire to get good customer service. Your move, Rose Wholesale.

EDIT #2: They now say they will refund me regardless of whether I change my review. Please note that you have not seen half of what I have written to them, and it is very likely that I've just confused it out of them. However, I am upping my rating for the service portion only. Caveat emptor remains my recommendation, but it *is* possible to get a refund out of them, if only by being excessively wordy.

EDIT #3: I had forgotten about this until SiteJabber emailed me to reply to someone else's tale of woe. I would like to note that I NEVER received the second half of the refund I was promised.

I ordered 3 items, and couldn't recognize them at all when they arrived balled up in a small bag.
All the fabrics used are cheap synthetics that I wouldn't put against my skin, nor would I use as rags.
The sewing looks like a 5 year old did it, and the sweater had stiches pulled out in several places. I am so disgusted.

I ordered a cute black top, I have a problem with that telephone number for customer service *******925 is a joke... ring ring ring then fast busy signal i I have yet to speak with anyone And I was told by DHL my order has a untrackable tracking number set up by rosewhosale. I never shop online & I will never do it again.

Ordered a dress online and it never came. When I contacted customer service they would only give me a partial refund even though I had paid extra for package insurance. I would never order again, seeing as how I just spent money for nothing.

I posted a review in january and i have to repost it again with fresh updates. But unfortunately there is no fresh update as they decided to ignore me. I posted faulty items back in december as they asked me to do so but after numorous emails and messages, i have not recieved anything from them yet. I was told it will take 6 weeks but not it has been 14 weeks but nothing.on this site they will reply and ask you to check your emails but there is no solution. Dont fall for it

I ordered 3 dresses

I ordered 3 dresses. I only received 2. They are asian sizes so curvy girls, don't waste your time. The pictures look great but my dresses look nothing like the picture. Cheap, knock offs are what they look like. My black dress looks like a shirt it's so small and the fabric is so thin you can see strait through it. I guess that's why they sent a pair of knock off things to o with it. I ordered a cute red dress with cut outs on the side. It may be able to fit a toddler.

There is no contact info on the website to get in touch with anyone. All the "responses" from Rose Wholesale seem to be computer generated and basically say the same thing to every person.

While there are very few good reviews on here, I suggest that you do not waste your time and money, read the reviews first! I wish I would have. Like they don't get enough of our money as it is. This site is a total rip off and scam.

I ordered 2 sweaters in early Nov. 6,2014 for Christmas gifts for my daughter. Well it is now Feb. 2,2015 and NOTHING has came I emailed customer service and they say my order was shipped Nov. 10,2014. I still have not received anything. Will not order from Rosewholesale ever again. Very disappointed!

Don't waste your money, they post really nice pictures but 2 dresses that I ordered were way too short, ugly and the fabric was very ordinary, please don't waste your money, I tossed the dresses in the garbage because I am embrarrased to give that away to anybody!
Also It took about 2 months from the day I ordered to the day I received.

I order for a total of 400$ and received a pair of boots.
After endless struggle I received a partial refund.
I am still missing about 120$ and was offered 38$ refund.
I payed for tracking and insurance, but they don't seem to care or understand.
Just save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away.

WORST COMPANY EVER!

WORST COMPANY EVER! Do not buy anything from them. Clothes are terrible, they smell, fabric too thin, sizes not as on website - and they wont give you any refund what so ever. No phone number to talk with anyone - just an email that is automated and says the same thing over an over. They are cheap for a reason - its CRAP!

OK! I finally received the package from Rosewholesale/globalgrow. Despite my long wait I gotta say that the top I ordered is Cute :). I waited for over a month (35 days to be exact) but I'm glad to say that I liked it. I'll order more from them and If they can arrange a faster shipping that would be great.

I ordered several items in October received partial order in December all but 1 item. Things delivered were of poor quality. A pair of the gloves I had ordered had holes in them. Still have not received final item that was ordered item # *******. Phone # given does not get an answer complaints sent does not get a reply. Company is nothing but a rip off.

I placed an order on 11/11/14 for two blouses and paid by PayPal. I finally received the one blouse in December. It was cute. I had ordered clothing from China before, so I knew to order at least one size bigger than I normally would. They said they shipped my other blouse on 12/19/14. The tracking number shows it left China on 12/26, but never arrived in the United States. Rose Wholesale will not return my emails. It is too late to file a dispute on PayPal, so I guess I am out the money. I guess it is just tuition at the school of life!

Like most, I never received my order. I placed an order on 11/5/2014 with the intention of Christmas gifts. Today is 1/30/2015 and I neither received my order nor received a response from its 'Service Center'. Thankfully, I used a VISA card for payment and when I filed for a credit I was amazed to learn that both VISA and MasterCard are very familiar with Rosewholesale and its subsidiaries Sammy Dress, etc., Within 2 business days the $60 charge to my credit card was reversed. Because this company operates out of China, you have little to no recourse if your order does not arrive or it does arrive but it's dirty or damaged. If they do entertain a refund, it is pennies on the dollars you spent. Why is this OK? I'm furious with Facebook for advertising for Rose and Sammy Dress. Please... don't go down this rabbit hole.
