Will never make this mistake again
I ordered on 12/09/14 and I am still waiting for my delivery. I have so many messages to them and they keep giving me the same answers. First it is to wait 30-45 days then it is maybe it is held up for bad weather, next is just to answer the same way no matter what I say. I want a full refund and 3 times thy say "how about 50% refund now and the other 50% in 30 days" what the? NO Never again will I even look at the ads. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. No wonder they cannot ship properly, all they do is answer questions from all of the complaints they have. I wish I would have read these before I placed the order.
I ordered 3 items in November 2014, and received 2 of them. One of which was horrible. I have never received the 3rd item - long sleeve blouse. I have tried to call on and off since November and get no response or a busy signal. Though the blouse was only $12.09, it's the principle of this that upsets me.
I ordered some items on 2/2/2015 with expedited shipping... I am still waiting, I am very upset...!
Rosewholesale... do not go near them! They sent me clothing that would struggle to fit a child... then only offered me part refund... I continued to pursue for my money back... even taking pictures of the sizes and the differences between my items and the sizes described on the website...
They then admit that their website has the wrong sizes on it... and then only offered to pay back the item price and not the postage cost... even though they admitted to it being their fault!
I'm still waiting after over a week for the refund to go back to my paypal and still nothing... This is the worst online clothing company I have had to deal with and their customer service sucks!

"... I first wanted to write to you regarding the tracking number you sent me. According to the tracking webpage article did not exist. So, I've been trying to write to you on your website form. The form doesn't allow me to send a message unless I am signed into MY ACCOUNT. (Note: I am already signed into my account) This was going on for a week. Now, I can't even log into the website and it's telling me that my password is wrong. I requested an email sent to change my password but nothing is sent to me. I want to know if my purchase will be sent to me and if the items that I purchased will be the items that is represented in the pictures on your website. I've read many of the reviews (unfortunately AFTER it was too late) and have to agree, the only good reviews musst have been written by company insiders. The negative reviews are "spot on" and absolutely correct. The shipping takes almost 3 months, there are back orders (no refunds - and after another month, I'm still waiting for a "coupon" for a replacement item).
The sizes are totally rediculous, and inconsistent. I can't speak to the quality, since everythig was way too small (even though I ordered LARGE, when I normaly wear small) and just the fact that you cannot return or exchange makes ordering online impractical.

Nov. 18,2014 I ordered 5 items from Rosewholesale. To this day I have received NOTHING! I have written numerous times and have received numerous answers. They are a complete & total scam. They should NOT be allowed on Facebook. I also believe that the only good reviews on this site are written by the same frauds working at Rosewholesale. They speak & write the same English as the frauds I was communicating with via their support system. Do not buy from this fraudulent company. My last conversation with them is that they would return my money in 5 business days. Blah, blah, blah. It's been over 2 weeks and no return of my credit card payment. I paid $50 for nothing!

Guess those who have placed reviews and exclaimed the wonder of the beautiful clothes they have received have never really shopped for quality merchandise. I read the reviews and watched a couple of videos on YouTube so I only ordered one item.
Before YOU order, read the return policy carefully. Take photos of your merchandise as you open the package and as you inspect if you have problems with quality. The one shirt I ordered in an XL would have fit a small teenager. Looking at some of the size charts now, I see some of the items are considered XL for a size 10. I see so I can rework the snotty craftsmanship. Please note that I feel this company sells knowing you won't send items back because the postage is far more than their cheap clothing ( MY PERSONAaL OPINION). Since I used a credit card they are assisting in the refund process. It won't be easy but I will get the refund. This company is Sammydress.com using another name. Exact same shirts. Beware you are not going to get the items pictured, but someone's cheap knockoff attempt at copying it, manufacturing 50 or 75 pieces per hour with poor quality materials.
BUYER BEWARE. Ck out Youtube before you order.

I really dont understand what people are so upset about,,,, this has been my experence shopping with them(and I am a HUGE shopper) so let me start out by saying I am a size 2,5 foot 1 so if I order a med the stuff fits as for shipping about 1 month to get here(I live in Canada)however there is no extra cost when you wait as for getting wrong order I guess I have been lucky sure there was a couple things not in stock but I was told this when they sent out the stuff they did have, as for custmer service I waited only one day when I asked about my order(I do feel if you are not rude they will may try to make more of a effort to get back to you, remember these are not the people that packed and shipped your order) As for the quality... hey you get what you pay for I never thought I would buy a 10$ dress and it would last forever, for the most part fashion is fun and with the LOW prices they offer you get great, cute and funky fun stuff and you can buy a ton of it so yes I really love Rose Whole sale and look forward to ordering from them time and time again and I must add anytime you shop online does not matter with who you are always taking a risk its not gonna be prefect like when you go try it on at the store, I really hope the people that read this do not go by on just reviews or you may really be missing out on what I think is a great company. I thought my situation with this online company would be different to the many complainants on this site but I am deeply disappointed to report that customer unhappiness is warranted. I ordered 3 items including normal shipping and insurance on 5 December 2014 it is now 5 February 2015 and I still have not received anything and the only communication I have had from Rose Wholesalers is an email with tracking details they posted the same day they received my payment on the order date. I think I would be wasting my time making enquiries and guess I have to give up waiting for anything ordered. Deeply disturbed that online consumers can so easily be scammed there should be a system where payment should only be effected at the time of collection of the item at the post office!

On the pictures everything looks so nice and prices are like a dream, but reality is a nightmare.
I was waiting 2 months for my parcel and then such a disappointment! Their 'ONE SIZE, fits to XS to M', was meant probably in midget world. I felt cheated and like an idiot, believing in their services. Models on the pictures must be also midget sizes because on them items look pretty normal, but what I received was a joke. I am European size 36-38/UK size 10-12/US size 8-10, rarely one size more, really depends on mark and maker, so I was sure that clothes will fit me.
I was going to overlook terrible quality, because, being realistic, what can I expect for this price? Customer service was polite and fast, but when they suggested me to keep the small clothes and pay 85% of price for a new correct sizes, instead of shipping them costly back, I gave up and just joined other disappointed here, and trying to warn new victims.
Glad I purchased this fun retro look.
