The "excellent" views are people paid to say these. Check wording at other sites and see the same. Very monotone and last grasp of the English language. There are scammed everywhere, but was sick to the extend the greed motivating this company to leave buyers paying extreme shipping, tariffs and boarder crossing for a bag of dirty rags. Poor sewing, off sizes... not just small but uneven hems and button holes. If you buy from here and ignore my warning you will regret it. You will be out money and stuck with merchandise you can't even give away. Use them to wash your car. In the bigger picture, how many young people and kids are forced to work in implode unhealthy and under paid conditions to make this $#*!. They are dipped in fluoridation solution to stop growth of bacteria and excrete men's. Enjoy!

Best thing to do is Email them and cancel you order, tell them that as of this date you will nolonger except any merchandise it will be rejected if sent. Then contact your bank (if PayPal file a dispute). Make sure you keep all corospondence from them, they will try to negate what they think is a fair refund like 25% of your money. But dont let them win, it took me a year to get my money but it was worth every penny. Thats how this company makes its money. Plus the stuff is total crap! You will throw it out anyway. And they are not in China they are in Sinapore. They are just frauds trying to get our money. If you really want to know I will show you the emails from them. I only selected 1 star because you have to in order to post they really get a -5.
I sure wish that I would have read these reviews before purchase! My order was place on 12/23/14 a late Christmas gift to myself. Late is an understatement. Non-existant is more like it. I contacted the Support Center. What a joke! The deals look great, but you pay out the yam in shipping! I'm out $90. I should have taken my fathers' advice. Completely dissapointed! Waited a month for a dress that turned out to be different than the one ordered.the fabric and d finishings are simply horrible. Thank God it wasnt expensive but it seems that u get cheap for paying cheap! Never again!

Don't buy anything from this company or any of the ones that ship from China! Look nothing like the pictures and sizes fit very small children or dolls! They prey on the fact that it costs more to send back the items than they cost and you will give up! No customer service and I'll bet all these positive comments are from them not real customers! We received an email from rosewholesale stating the package shipped the very next day from when the order was placed. That was two weeks ago. On the website, it shows a picture of a package on the hipping scale and it shows a tracking number for DHL which when tracked, gives no information on either DHL or USPS sites. I sent a customer service ticket to rosewholesale to update us on the shipment. Also, I have contacted DHL via phone to track the package and they state that they have not received the package as of yet. I then Googled to find a phone number for them and when I called, it rang and was picked up. I could hear voices in the background and after a couple of minutes, it disconnected. When I tried to call again, it was a busy signal. I've now been calling over and over and it rings three or four times and goes to a busy signal. I don't think I'll be using this site to do anymore purchases. It is an unreliable company.
If I hear back from my service ticket and/or get a tracking update on it via DHL or USPS, I will come back to this site and update my negative review.

The price was excellent and quality has been very good and I have been satisfied with both the products and customer service. They have been quick to respond to my queries and even though it takes a while for the product to get to Australia from China, if you are aware of this, you can order in plenty of time to receive your item."
I was actually very satisfied with three of the eight items I purchased. For the price, you can't beat it and the shipping time was not so terrible.
But the sizes on the items that didn't fit? Wow. I'm a size 12-14 and the XL swimsuit was approximately a U.S. size 6. An XL cardigan was also about a size 6. Another top had so many threads hanging, I was afraid that it might fall apart if I cut them all. I answered questions on line four times and still didn't get the return auth - I'm sending back anyway and hoping to get some money back since I cannot do anything this stuff anyway... I wouldn't even donate it.
Never again, they keep saying "dont worry". I have a shipping, order, and tracking number and it only goes for the first three days. Have decided to ask for a refund! The people who get stuff from here are just writing good reviews for pay or fun or they are lucky!

I purchased a coat back in Nov. 2014 and have never received it! I have contacted Rose Wholesale numerous times and now three months later still have not gotten a refund. This is a criminally dishonest Chinese company ripping people off! DO NOT buy anything from these criminals! Only buy in the USA where you can get help if you have a problem.
I ordered 2 items at the end of December 2014 and have still not received these items. Not really sure what to do. I have been in contact with Rose Wholesale. They always get back to me very quickly, but they have no answers as to where my clothes are. They keep just telling me to wait. I am not sure how much longer I should wait before assuming the stuff is not coming & filling a dispute with them.

I finally received my items. I am definitely satisfied with the items. My advise would be if ordering items, get the tracking number & the insurance. Be prepared to wait a LONG time for your items to arrive.
I should have known. Clothes this cheap have to be terrible and they are. The size extra large "jacket" I bought wouldn't fit a 12 year old. The quality is beyond cheap—it's utterly unwearable. It looks like it was made by slave labor in a dark cave—and it probably was. It took weeks to arrive. There was no return policy I could find, and it just wasn't worth the effort to return it anyway. I just threw it in the trash. It RoseWholsale a scam? I can't say. But I get the chills when I think about the horrible lives the people who make this stuff must have. Horrible, horrible horrible! Never ever more! Ordered some clothes in november with fast delivery around 6-7 days. Nothing arrived. In 2-3 weeks after constant communication and pushing from my end - they figured out that delivery failed their side. I didn't need the goods that late, so asked for refund. Now it's been 3 (!) months of constant messaging - AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY BACK.the ticket with support desk has been forcefully closed by their side - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

I ordered 2 dresses, and they do not look like what was pictured (very far from it, a poor badly made imitation in very cheap unwearable see-through fabric). Sending them back would cost more then what they are worth, so I will just put them to the garbage. I will never buy from that site again for sure!

I should have read these negative reviews before ordering from this company. I would advise you to save your money! The merchandise is poor quality. One item I ordered (a coat) had a cuff that was sewn incorrectly - it was twisted and sewn upside down. When I tried to return the item, they advised that it would be cheaper to keep it. After many emails back and forth, they would not refund the full price of the item or shipping. Another coat I had ordered had a hem sewn incorrectly - and they would only refund me $8 for both items. I ordered a couple of other items and my total out of pocket was $98 including shipping. The shipping is expensive since it came from China to USA. You think they would refund me for these items with a return on merchandise to keep my business. They obviously have a formula for returns - the max being $8 refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I will donate the coats and I will not order from them again.
I bought 5 items from Rosewholesale in December last year. They shipped them out in 2 parcels of 3-1. The 3 were sent via registered mail, the 1 via unregistered mail. I was just for shipment and insurance which brought the total amount to almost double the cost of the clothes I had bought. The clothes value was R477 and I paid R724. Which I still felt was worth it because the clothes were beautiful and affordable, on the website. This site had a lot more variety too I terms of the different styles available. 3 months down the line, I still have not received my parcels. I was partially refunded, i. E R477 and forfeited the shipment amount.
There are good channels for communication through their support centre. But, if you don't follow up no one bothers to. I like this site. Love their products but cannot trust their delivery process. They use South African Post Office. That's all I am going to say about this.

Unfortunately I have not been able to enjoy the 4 clothing items I purchased on 11/27/14 because I still haven't received them! Of course, like many of you, I've been in contact with them through their customer support messaging service. Although it's different people that respond, the messages are similar. "It takes a long time 30-45 business days", (clearly longer than that), "You got cheap shipping so no tracking number", and "please be patient" (in response to my refund request).
All in all, not happy with how things have gone down. Hopefully I'll actually get what I paid for. If not, then I'm out $70. :(
