Didn't have a good experience shopping from this site. Bought a few items impressed by the variety in style as well as the 'cheap' prices advertised. Finstall, the delivery took well over 2 months. It was incomplete, I. E they had not sent all the items ordered. The quality of the clothes was very poor and not at all what I had expected. Certainly did not compare to the catalogue on their site. I remember thinking that someone was probably trying to reproduce what you see on sites like jollychic or rosewholesa from their own backyard and that someone had a long way to go before they could reach that high standard.
The communication was bad throughout. It was like no one was following up on the order. I felt for having to nag them week after week. I returned the items back to them and soon got my refund, which is the only reason I'm giving them a 2 star rating else, they would be getting a one.

I had a wonderful experience with Jollychic. Ordered 5-7 clothing items, twice. Received them all, top quality and no hassles with delivery. I have recommended and will continue to recommend and buy from Jollychic in the future. They offer good value for money and are a trustworthy site to buy from.

Love this site. Been shopping on it for years. Recommended friends and family to it. Had mamy first time experiences with it eg. Spa treatments, horse riding, sad diving etc because of it. Cheap deals, reliable services even when you have to return goods. Excellent service. Keep it up!

I bought 5 items from Rosewholesale in December last year. They shipped them out in 2 parcels of 3-1. The 3 were sent via registered mail, the 1 via unregistered mail. I was just for shipment and insurance which brought the total amount to almost double the cost of the clothes I had bought. The clothes value was R477 and I paid R724. Which I still felt was worth it because the clothes were beautiful and affordable, on the website. This site had a lot more variety too I terms of the different styles available. 3 months down the line, I still have not received my parcels. I was partially refunded, i. E R477 and forfeited the shipment amount.
There are good channels for communication through their support centre. But, if you don't follow up no one bothers to. I like this site. Love their products but cannot trust their delivery process. They use South African Post Office. That's all I am going to say about this.
