Do not pick this company for your pets insurance. I have had them for 5 years and my premiums have doubled in that time. The excuse they give is breed of pet, age of pet, and your geographic location. These are not things I can change. My premium jumped from $56 to $70 in one year. Last year's increase from $45 to $56 - made me already have to drop to a higher deductible from $100 to $250 per incident just to be able to afford this insurance. I also switched my second dog off of Pets Best to VPI pet insurance because they were so much more affordable.
Because of the "pre-existing" clause - it makes it hard for me to switch to another company and this is the only reason I have put up with this poor business practice this long.
But I am through --- and I don't want anyone else to be manipulated like I have been

I just found all the reviews and I wish I would have found them before. I placed my order on November 1st and still have received my order. They send me an email stating that it had been shipped. I contacted them on December 1st - allowing 1 month for delivery from China and they told me it was being shipped then...
It is now December 22nd and all of my orders were for Christmas presents. They will all be returned and I will not be paying for ANY shipping or RESTOCKING fees based on the poor customer service. All I have gotten from them is apologies but nothing has been resolved

Orders are occasionally split for the simple reason that some items are out of stock and waiting to be resolved. Rather than simply waiting until every item in the order arrives before despatch, we despatch the items that we currently have stock on. This is to ensure that customers do not wait an excessively long period of time before before receiving their goods. We apologize if the customer was not perfectly clear on this. Our communication fell short of the usual standard and, for that, we sincerely apologize.
We did not live up to our own expectations and want to say how very sorry we are.
