I was sold fraudulent items from one of their sellers. As a company they offer ZERO customer support and tell you to work it out with the seller, despite the fact that I was deceived and sold items that were not as listed. After countless emails between the myself and the company and myself and the seller I was able to get a refund for the fraudulent items. I had to pay over $25 in shipping out of my own pocket to return the items. I do not recommend shopping with this service, they provide no support should a transaction go wrong. Many hours and dollars wasted on my end. I would give zero starts if I could.

We are sorry for the delivery. Have you gone to your local post office to check your package? The order number you gave us is not right. Please check it and wish your reply.
We have reached out to this customer to personally apologize for what happened. From time to time with thousands of shipments there will be an occasional issue with shipping. Our procedure is designed to handle situations like this one quickly and efficiently. For this customer we were neither quick nor efficient and for that reason, we are retracing what exactly went so wrong so we can avoid such inefficiencies in the future.
