Recently ordered a jacket from Rose Wholesale. It looked super cute, and the price was amazing! It took over one month to receive the jacket and arrived basically rolled in a ball in the packaging. It was a poor quality product, not as pictured, and a complete waste of money. Any attempts to contact them via email or telephone were useless. Stay clear of this company!

I ordered a jacket..

I ordered a jacket. A hoodie jacket. It looked really cool. And then I received something totally tooootally different

- Way shorter than what it appeared to be
- Short sleeves
- Small hoodie which if you wear, it doesn't reach the front of your head and lifts your shoulders two inches.
- Different color - sold as wine red. But it's just plain red.
- Suggests the interior is dettachable, but it's not

The pictures speak for themselves... (the nice one is what they promised, the other one is what i received!)

Then, the option I was given when I complained was, I could have a $3 return. Ridiculous. When I mentioned it was ridiculous, they thought maybe bargaining to give me $5 instead would solve the situation.

Never again

These people do not return your e-mail or call you in 24 hours like they say. Still waiting on an order that the shipper says was delivered to the post office to be delivered to us.

I ordered 9 items and paid for insurance as well, that was not helpful. 1 parcel arrived with only 3 items inside. But thank goodness I used paypal to pay for the items. So I was able to get a refund. The seller then said to paypal they had postage verification ( but not everything was in it) I did get a refund from paypal thank goodness because if I didn't have that I would have lost a lot.
I would like to buy more but it was too much hassle, alot of the items are out of stock

I placed an order October 10 and only received two of five items.
It is impossible to talk to anyone, they tell you to leave a message but never return the call.
When I emailed them they gave me a tracking number but it doesn't help much just says its been sent, to where?
I was hoping to add a few of these items to my Christmas presents but its not looking too good and my money being returned was never mentioned :(

Never told that the shipping was so high, and was just flat rate. Paid. It has been 4 weeks and still have not gotten my goods. They don't respond to emails. Bad mistake to order from them. I am not sure they deserve any stars at this point...

I placed an order with Rose Wholesale 16th October, 2014, and as yet the order has not been shipped out. When I queried this, they said that I lived in a remote area and had to pay an additional $30 freight. I live in Launceston, Tasmania which is definitely not a remote area! Whenever I send a message to them they don't answer my question and just say "thank you for your patience". My advice to anyone reading this is to stay well away from this very questionable company.

I received my order yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. After all the negative comments from others I was a wee bit apprehensive to see what my clothes would look like. Both tops fitted me fine and were just like how I imagined they would be. Obviously for the money you pay you're not expecting designer outfits but they are good value and I can honestly say I will buy from Rose Wholesale again. The only thing was the length of time for delivery but I'm in Scotland and they are in China so it's bound to take a while, and I wasn't really in a hurry for them. So if you're in a hurry - don't order! Thanks again Rose Wholesale!

The clothes did take a little time to arrive, but that was ok as I wasn't in a rush. The goods are so excellent.So I have now placed a third order and can't wait for my items to arrive! Great site! Recommend rosewholesale!

I ordered 3 tops, all "one size", from this site and was very pleasantly surprised. All were as pictured. Although they weren't expensively made, they also didn't scream "cheap" either. I didn't expect haute couture quality due to their price. However, they weren't cheap as the shipping from China to Canada was a bit pricey and I had to pay $25 duty on top bringing the cost of each item to around $30.
The items arrived together within a week.
On one of the items, the collar was not quite centred and I took a picture and sent it to Rose Wholesale. There followed a lengthy email correspondence and I was refunded US$4 which I think is fair as the item can be worn.
They were very polite and responded in a timely manner.
I'm not sure whether I am very lucky (having read about some very bad experiences) or whether they have pulled up their socks, metaphorically speaking.

Absolutely horrendous site. I ordered a watch over three months ago and never came, i complained and they told me to check with the post office and they said it ad never come. It is a scam, they will charge your credit card and not post the order! AVOID THIS WEBSITE

It has been over 3 weeks, and I have yet to receive my order. After reading all of the reviews (which I should have done before ordering... duh), I'm thinking I'm not going to be real happy with the two shirts I ordered... if I ever receive them. I've attempted to e-mail them and contact their so-called "support centre" with no reply. Will never order from them again. Live and learn I guess.

Appalling quality and very poor customer service. Having (finally - after several weeks' wait) received my order from China, the jacket and coat I ordered - both of which looked beautiful in the pictures - turned out to be rags made from worn out recycled clothes. The sizings were inaccurate and the quality appalling - wouldn't be seen dead in this stuff. Rose Wholesale are offering me 10% refund if I send the items back! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They totally misrepresent themselves and are showing beautiful items that bear no resemblance to what they actually send you.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! I wished I looked into the reviews before placing an order. The clothing from RoseWholesale are cheap and from China. But what's worse is that I thought I could buy some coats (qty 5) for coat drives and because they are so in expensive I could buy more, I did not mind paying the $30 for shipping of 5 coats. After they charged my card in full they informed me that 3 of the 5 items were not in stock. I told them to cancel the order as I wasn't willing to pay $30 for 2 items. They sent me 2 of the 5 items anyway (oh, it took a month to receive from China), charged me $30 for shipping. Refunded the 3 items that were not shipped and refused to give me a refund for the rest even though I canceled the order. Very deceitful way of doing business. I will never order from them again.

Dress I ordered (see left picture) was totally different than what I received (see right picture) and customer service was horrible about trying to make WRONG... RIGHT!

Since I first raised the issue they have updated the photos on their website to match the item # and they have deleted my email trail that has my initial complaint. One person in C/S (Fred) said he would send out another dress like the one I ordered (left picture). When I went to follow up a couple weeks later with C/S (Owen) he said "We have checked for your and this is the item you ordered. And the difference is there is a necklace in the picture (right picture). We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to you. "

You can clearly see they are two different styles!

Items received not the same as described...

I made 3 orders and every orders shipped with missing items.
And i was informed I need to wait for like a month for the items!

I made a complaint. But the ticket was closed with a simple apology email but WITHOUT any further action on it.

HORRIFIC QUALITY you get what you pay for, lesson learned. I"m surprised these clothes I received a month later aren't flammable/illegal. Thin, cheap materials, not as pictured. Not even close. All five items - crap.

Pile of $#*!. Ordered a jacket that was out of stock. Waited a month! NOTHING. I contacted them and they told me it was out of stock. I am still waiting for my refund. Bunch of wankers! If I catch up with them personally I will kick my refund out of them!

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
1) The refund of 30% is a joke. It = $5.70
2) The refund of the whole price is $18.99 but I would have to pay $19.05 to ship and insure it.
3) Resending garbage is still garbage.

I provided a picture to prove that the item is too wide, too short, arms too small and only buttons on the same side as the buttonholes. If they were a reputable company, they would send a postage-paid shipping label but they are not.
I am going to keep the item to show EVERYONE I KNOW SO THAT NO ONE BUYS FROM ROSEWHOLESALE EVER AGAIN. We will all laugh about this company.
