The customer service is TERRIBLE! Ive been trying to get my money back for 4 months for clothing I never received and items I received, were all incorrect. Rosegal doesnt have a working number. All the clothing is overseas so if you have to return you have to pay to ship to China. Its very expensive to ship back and not worth the money. Rosegal makes money either way even if they ship you the wrong clothing because they know you will not ship back.

I bought a perfect storage for a small price. Small, neat and well made. The sd card is for sure original, extremely fast and work fantastic. Very high efficiency is undoubtedly an advantage of this product.
Delighted by the general impressions, I bought three more for family and friends. They also liked it.
As for the store, Rosegal fulfilled its duties flawlessly. Fast and easy delivery is a big plus. I recommend shopping in this store!

I gave an order for heart eyeglasses and some accesories. They came in Turkey in two weeks and I fall in love my eyeglasses. Now it is so popular and I bought so cheap. My earring is too so good and not heavy. So chic. I always have a good experience in Rosegal. Their support service is so good and fast. When I had a problem they solve in 24 h.

I discovered RoseGal online Store for plus size fashions last year through Facebook. So far I have been very satisified with their marchandise and service. Delivery of items is fairly quick, from order To delivery approximately 2 weeks to Canada unless there is a delay in stock then it can take up to 4 weeks which is still reasonable. However when there will be a delay, RoseGal customer service has been very good at advising of and delay and giving me other options if I wish To wait for the item or replace with something else suitable. I Feel valued as a Customer at RoseGal. I also like that there are body measurements for each specific clothing item and a corresponding size chart, it allows me To make better choices for garnments to fit properly. Overall their service is great. I haven't tried or needed To return items yet, hoping I never need To, I don't know how their return policy would work, but so far I haven't had any issues.

When I first saw your site I was pretty excited how low the prices were on clothes that looked really nice. So I ordered few items to see if it was worth it. I just received my order and was very disapointed that I had to pay $38.08 duty on an order that was only worth around $73.00. I have oredred many times from other companies before and never had such a high custom charge. That is a big cost for such a small order. Almost half the value of the order. I ended up not saving much. Plus some pieces don't fit me even if I ordered my size and mesured according to the sites mesures. I received a legging that is very thin and transparent and has no strech at the legs. Only the shirt fit me and the bottom of the swimsuit. The top is too big. To resume it cost me over $113.00 for 2 pieces of clothes that are not worth that much in reality. Not much saving. Returning the merchandise would cost to much at the end. I wrote a message to the company and as I thaught there is nothing they can do. They will not compensate in any ways and offer to return merchandise which they know I will not do because it costs enough money already and I don't want to put any more into it. That was my first and last order with Rosegal and I would not recommend it to anyone. I will call it a learning experience. When it is too good to be true, it just is. I will continue ordering from Amazon, where you can return pieces that don't fit at no cost and you never pay custom charges that come as a surprise because you don't know the amount before. When it says free delivery, it should be free delivery. Just wanted to share my experience with you.

Rosegal solved my problem after I wrote them about the situation. They could not reimburse custom charges but they gave me a full refund for invoice. I am very happy with that solution. I did not have to return the items. I will change my review to be fair and add some stars for service and returns.

I ordered once and got my order, and was happy with it and ordered again BUT this time around one item is way to big and also wrong colour and the other item has no elastic under as it should.

I sent them text never heard from them.
Contacted message, got connected to their FB, the person said, 'I do not deal with this' (Jesus, right?)
Sent email, nobody got back to me.
Sent another email, got a ticket number.
Tried phone chat today and the person started to lie.

I call the Paypal and reported, as well as reported to VISA and Mastercard, and finally when the cops arrived the person on the chat refused to give them the name or address. The cop traced them to China and will be making international arrest to 'Rocky' and the entire team. They will also be contacting the financial institutions to 'follow the money.

I also have a second order pending that I wanted to cancel and that was refused to me.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES. THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN SOON BUT IN THE MEANTIME YOUR MONEY WILL BE STOLEN AND YOU WILL GET LOTS OF GRIEF FROM THESE LIARS.
