Service is unpredictable waste of future purchasing I heard from other reviews they have a lot of inconvenience of the simple phrase "out of stock" it should had said it before us customers purchasing any Rosegal clothes. I ordered a chiffon 'dress'. I know this top/dress was not expensive but when it arrived I was shocked at how cheap and nasty it looked. The lining is awful both in terms of colour and material and the whole thing looks dreadful as far as the quality of sewing and material overall. This garment is truly awful! Wish I hadn't bothered!

I'm not even giving this company the satisfaction of a star.
Too bad you have to give even a star becaue this company doesn't deserve it at all. I ordered 3 dresses (sizes S and two mediums). The small dress turn out bigger than the medium size dresses, and they all looked like chidren clothes. I followed the size chart to order but the clothes look like they were made for a 5 years old little girl, and they get me started on the quality: really cheap fabric, no lining, you can still see threats hanging from the poor sewing, and the proportions are all wrong. What a rip off. Save yourself the trouble and the disappointment...

Terrible company.
I ordered two tops. One was a different shape than the photo online and the other wasn't even finished and it had overlocking tails hanging out of five of the seams.
After many many many emails back and forward with their complaint system I gave up. They would not refund unless I posted the items back to China. The tops were so cheap it wasn't worth it and I should have known something was wrong when I noted the tops were so cheap.
Don't assume the clothes will be of any kind of quality and will arrive in any kind of normal timing (one was missing and I had to contact them about that too) and customer service is annoyingly patronising.
Edit: After I'm guessing over 20 emails and after posting my issue on sites like this and on facebook with negative (but honest) reviews they finally agreed to return my money. It took months and threats and I gave up a few times. It was only about $20 but it was the annoying principle plus the patronising responses that made me want to keep going.

The dress I received was nothing like the picture. The inner part was a different color instead of the dress being solid as advertised, and it actually clashed with itself! They admitted it was their mistake and wanted me to pay $2 so they could attempt to send another dress. Not wanting two ugly dresses, I declined. As I did their 40% and 60% refund offers. They offered 85% if I shipped it to China. I finally caved and said I would accept the 60%, at which time they said they could only give me 50%. JUST BURN YOUR MONEY! Sizes run wayyy small. You will not get the pretty dress you see in the picture. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! I wish I could give them 0 stars. Avoid at all costs!

I was soooo waiting for my piece aftet almost a month. I finally got it and it was damaged. The material is very BAD QUALITY!
Love, love, love! I ordered three items, a swimsuit, dress, and shirt. Sadly the bathing suit doesn't fit, but really I would have been kind of surprised if it fit perfectly (it just motivates me to lose some weight). The dress and shirt are a one size fit and they do fit me great! I was surprised on that since most shirts don't fit around my breasts when they are a one size kind. I did free shipping and it took over a month, but I expected that since it was from overseas! People need to understand sizing will be a bit different and shipping takes a bit longer (specially free). So make sure to copy that shipment number and check in on it (postnl. Post is the website). I am happy! Especially since they were on sale! ;)
I shop online often & this was the only horrible experience I've ever had. I paid extra for expedited shipping & my dress still took 6 weeks! It's impossible to reach anyone & when I finally received my package it was absolute garbage! The dress looked like a bargain store Halloween costume, nothing like it was pictured. Extremely poor quality, fabric design. It was so short it didn't even cover my underware in the front. It went straight into the donation bag. What a joke.

SCAM! This company got us for hundreds of dollars. Never shipped anything. After getting ahold of an actual human(not easy) Then they said that we had to send them copies of our drivers license, and bank account information. "For our protection" when we asked their name to note who we were speaking too. Their reply was "that's not important" when I informed them I was filing a report for fraud they promptly hung up. Guess what? Their number doesn't work anymore. BEWARE!

I STILL havent received my order, i cannot reach this company by the phone number they supply, everytime i try to check on my order online, i am prompted to change my password, over and over again. SO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered multiple things from ROSEGAL... each item came inits own package it took over a month to get the clothes... I never received one of the items. And another item did not fit. I have been going back and forth with this company for 2 months over the missing shirt and skirt that does not fit. I have sent them pictures of the skirt not fitting... I have been asking for a refund for the shirt and skirt and they are refusing to refund my purchase... it was a total of 25.00 not that much but they have a 30 day money back guarantee and they do not honor their own promise.
