I absolutely love Rosegal! Their clothes are greatly priced and good quality. I live in Canada and the shipping is usually very quick. I have placed a few orders and definitely plan to place more. I often order outfits about 2 weeks before an event and they arrive on time. I strongly recommend to check the size guide before ordering to be sure you get the correct size. I go by measurement in inches and haven't had any problems.

I cannot find such lovely items anyplace else locally in any store. But the best part is that the prices are lower than any of the unattractive items in the local stores. You can't get such beautiful and quality items for a low low price anyplace else. I do all of my shopping here now and don't even bother with the lines at the stores for cheaply made, outdated and unsightly merchandise.
I've been with this site for almost 3 years. They have the best clothes especially for plus size and the clothes actually fit and wash well. They always have some type of coupons or sales going on. I've never had an issue with orders not arriving and if there was a problem, they would communicate with me and offer a refund. They are always adding new types of clothes for EVERYONE.

All of the items were very good quality for the price, looked exactly like the photos on the site and were true to size. Well, I checked their measurements and size charts. Recently I received my 6th order from them and it's been a great experince so far. Must admit, I had some other issues but their customer service was very nice and helpful for me offering the best solution every time. The only drawback is they no longer provide free shipping but I'll definitely keep purchasing from this store, it's my favourite one!

Ao far my experience with Rosegal has been positive. My order vame quickly ans moat of the items fit properly. The itema that didn't I gt a refund in the Rosegal wallet. Also, everytime I've reached out to customer service I've recieved a prompt and helpful answer. I will be ordering more ftom Rosegal.

If I could give it LESS than one star I would. I ordered 2 items from them and paid expedited shipping so it would arrive within -7 days. 3 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I've gone back and forth with them several times. They sent me their tracking record which showed the package going EVERYWHERE but MY house. (It was a lie - something they made up to placate me). Their last response was to offer to send the items again for an additional $10, or they would refund HALF of my money - HALF.
I have learned my lesson.
