First, I paid cash for an item and when I returned it, they refused to refund my money—only gave me store credit.
Then I ordered Prada sunglasses and received them with two cases: a fabric Celine case and a Prada hard case that looks used.
Now I'm not even sure if the sunglasses are new or authentic.
This is unacceptable. Prada should seriously reconsider working with this retailer
I received my dress on august 6th and returned to the carrier on the 24th and was received by revolve on the 25th. After multiple follow ups, on September 11th, they asked for the return tracking number(which means the dress was received and they were unable to relocate it)
After 23 days, the stated that they cannot return the money because the dress has a stain! The dress was lost and they are denying it. And blaming me for a stain that was not caused by me but with their negligence. They refused to provide pictures of the stain! I asked them to return the dress and they don't know where is it! So funny and sad at the same time
Revolve's customer service is abysmal and in need of substantial improvement. On September 5th, I submitted a request for a price match and received automated response stating, "We have received your email and will get back to you within 24 hours." Today is September 9th, and my request has not been addressed.
Their website clearly states they will price match products. I found an identical item priced $10 lower on a competitor's site and, instead of immediately honouring the price match (which is so simple and straightforward to verify), I was asked to submit an official request through the "Contact Us" page— I did that, provided both links to their product and the competitor's with a clear $10 price difference. And now, the competitor's promotion has ended, and Revolve not only failed to price match, but they didn't even bother to respond to my request. But in the meantime, they successfully sent me 12 promotional emails about new arrivals, best-selling items, and irrelevant content like "Welcome to NYC." One would expect that Revolve would prioritise honouring what they publicly state - their price match policy and their promise to respond within 24 hours. If you publicly commit to responding to customers within 24 hours, you should stand by that promise. And if you state you will price match - that too should be honoured and streamlined rather than unnecessarily complicated. I haven't even bought my first product from this company and I already don't trust them.
My skirt was sent with stains on it, filed an exchange. And the skirt I was suppose to receive was a bodysuit. Had to call back and do another exchange. They said 1 skirt was left in my size, let's hope I get it
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY THE RISK MANAGEMENT TEAM. I RETURNED 2 ITEMS THAT THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME FOR. THEY STATE "THEY NEVER GOT THE ITEMS BACK" WHEN I EVEN PROVIDED THEM PROOF OF THE UPS TRACKING INFO STATING I RETURNED THE ITEM. AND NOW THEY ARE PUTTING MY ACCOUNT ON HOLD, REFUSING TO PROCESS ANY ORDERS OR PROCESS ANY REFUNDS FROM PREVIOUS ORDERS. REVOLVE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE ONE THAT TOLD ME TO DISPUTE THE CLAIM WITH MY BANK...AND NOW THEY ARE PUTTING MY ACCOUNT ON HOLD. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. WATCH OUT WITH YOUR RETURNS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...SHOPBOP AND FARFETCH HAVE SIMILIAR ITEMS WITH MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

There was a damage on my sweater when it arrived. I called immediately. The person on the phone was so kind and helpful. I sent back my sweater right away and received a new one without damage within a few days. I love my sweater and the service. So I will be coming back for more. Thank you so much
These sandals are ridiculous sizing, I am a size 5/6 and after ordering a 5.5, 6, 7, 7.5 i gave up so narrow and i hav slim feet🙈
This is the 2nd time I have bought something from revolve. I absolutely love the service and the quality of the products.
I had ordered a new tanning lotion and was having it delivered to the Florida address where I was staying.
It was supposed to come within 2 days. When it didn't I called customer service. She was very helpful. It turned out I hadn't completed the order so it was never ordered in the first place. So I wasn't sure I wanted to order it, because my trip was for only 4 more days. She said she could send it overnight. Of course overnight shipping is expensive, so I politely declined. She said they would overnight it for no cost. OMG! When was the last time that was offered to you? Especially when it was my fault that I screwed up the order to begin with. So it was overnighted at no cost to me and I was able to use the lotion for the rest of my trip. Hands down the BEST customer service I have ever experienced.
Revolve is always my go to spot to buy clothes for a holiday or event. I can almost always find something. But this time I ordered several items and not one fit. They were too big, the quality felt poor for the price and on one of the dresses I liked, the sticky part inside the dress to hold it up, lost its stick. Revolve is always quick to ship and quick to return so no fault there but was just disappointed in the overall quality of the items k bought this time.
Go to website to get cute pieces last minute. No other site gets you clothes shipped faster and accepts returns easier. Wish less items would be on preorder but otherwise great.
Great app and website, both very straight forward. Accidentally ordered the wrong size and was able to cancel and reorder effortlessly online without having to wait on the phone forever like most businesses. Also received my item earlier than expected and the shipping was FREE! Thank you Revolve for a great first experience.
Pretty dress, I ordered for a summer wedding. I did not end up wearing it because it was an outdoor wedding on a very hot day in Texas and the material is heavy. I like the dress anough to keep it for another occasion
