Ordered a baby playpen 2 weeks ago that was supposedly shipped but the seller claims it was returned to them from the courier. There is no way of requesting for a refund on the site for an item that was shipped but not delivered: they have instructions in Help but the interface has changed so that users don't actually have this option. Very shady business with poor customer service.

Filed for a refund claim due to defective items from seller but customer service said they are unable to provide the support. What a shame, after buying items from the portal for more than 5 years, it's coming to the end. Look at the photo to see how fraud is the system in Qoo10. BTW, seller ID is La Dulce Vida. Avoid at all cost.

Bad customer service from qoo10 staff. Was making enquiry on my item not delivered to me yet, cause I paid for it alrdy. And worried cause it's hard earn money. Customer service just explain abit and I was asking if they could help me to rush it and she just say " you have to wait thank you and hang up."Just hanging up the phone very rudely and sarcastically. Would like to lodge a complain but realise there is no way to to sent a feedback.

Went on their website for the first time and bought a humidifier (learned after buying it is from China). See what happened when I used it:

Wrote to Qoo10 for a replacement. They asked for a video to send to their supplier and after sometime, finally wrote to say the replacement is on its way. Waited for more than 3 weeks and it still has not arrived. Went on Q0010's site to ask when will it be arriving and found a message from their supplier asking us to ship the defective humidifier to them in China for a replacement! The cost would have been more than the price of the humidifier from Q0010!

Wrote again to Qoo10 to inform them about the situation and received no reply. I now realised that Qoo10 has no aftersales service to remedy any problems that might arise from a lemon purchase. They will just palm you off to the supplier from wherever they maybe eg China, Vietnam, etc. And these suppliers may be dubious in the way they handle a defective product order. Basically, there is no after-sales service as you will be led on a merry-go-round.

This is my first and last order with QooI0. I am staying with Amazon whose after-sales service is reliable and super efficient. Amazon's customer satisfaction is faultless.

Terrible customer service

Have been buying from them for years with no issues. The sellers can be helpful but the qoo10 customer service stinks! There was an obvious issue with their payment system but they refused to admit and refund. Their attitude is what makes this whole experience infuriating!

Poor Delivery Service

Firstly, this company do not deserve 1 star

Delivery service but no service
Not Professional, No Assurance, No Responsibility

If anything happens, they will claim that it's customer responsibility

If you engage their delivery service, be prepared to self service till the end and waste plenty of time and money.

Be prepared if ship anything to Malaysia, there is no CS there to pick up the call or just ask you to hold the line until it cut off. If you email them, either no reply or selective question replied but when it comes extra charges and payment, they will respond. What a joke!

Parcel is delay 1 month till now due to the custom clearance issue.

Not up to standard of a delivery company because their CS / website did not provide clear information to protect their customer, and eventually cause the delay which can actually be prevented! In result of customer have to pay extra handling fee beside the tax! With no Cs there to pick up call and no reply email this call handling fee?

Other's shipping company always advice customer on the sop and basic info before customer ship out the parcel, when comes to this company they will claims that it is customer responsibility to check and they're not able to provide any information on that.

Come on, parcel delivery everyday to and fro custom, and you are not aware on the sop, not able to advice any custom declaration information to customer?

In short, use this service if you needed a nightmare or a bad joke or you needed your day to be spoiled tremendously!

Qoo10 does not protect its customers from unethical sellers, the resolution process is also troublesome, slow and unfair basically the seller says no to a refund/replacement and the Qoo10 idiots just echo that.

Delivery

The delivery was very unprofessional, did not ring the door bell and throw my purchased item (small machine) onto the carpark patio which has a 1.8m height. Luckily, the machine is intact and working. Do not deserve even 1 star but 5 thumbs down instead.

This website is a scam. You have pretty much no guarantee what so ever to receive anything. There is no tracking information, only a non sense buttons they want you to click to 'confirm receipt'. Total waste of time.

A couple of months back I got scammed through their website. Scammer bought Ang pow vouchers using my BANK card details thru them. Lost $900 in 2 minutes.
Since then I never use their services.
Just fearful of keying in any card details.

I bought 2 solar panel powered outdoor waterproof led and they delivered a electric-powered indoor led with no solar panel.
Informed Qoo10 and they still insist it's correct. Asked them to looked at their advertised description and picture but they insisted they already delivered the led.
Cannot trust Q0010.

Refund process

They feedback, unable to refund for the item that was shipped as the box was opened up even the item was never used. Reason since its open up they will be unable to sell it back to other users.
What kind of nonsense is this. In the first place the box was sealed with sellotape.
I will never use Qoo10 for any of the future purchased

Bought a "Lacoste" Polo and was a fake. I expected it to be fake anyway but still tried, appalled by how qoo10 allows fraud like this to happen on a big scale. Thousands have bought from them. It was the same case when i bought my perfume last year. The scent was no way the same as that i bought at the airport. Disappointingsofar. I recommend buying NON-branded products only.

DO not buy from Qoo10. If your purchase involves any refund, you can forget about getting the money back. They will return the money in Cart coupons, Qpoints and take a freaking forever time(like more than 3months) to actually return you anything. I am still waiting for my refund.

I tried to make credit card payment to grab a good deal of mobile phone, it took 45mins the page still loading. Tried another cc, same issue. Two cancelled orders

I bought two seperate orders from two seperate sellers, both of which had two different items in (that's four different items) and all of which got cancelled with the memo 'out of stock by seller'. All four items from two different sellers all out of stock! One of the sellers didn't even remove the product from their page or mark it as out of stock after my order, they actually upped the quantity back to what it originally was before I bought the items. Why list it on your site if you know it's out of stock, sellers? Got a refund for both orders but won't be using again if everything is out of stock!

Shipping issues

Seems like I'm not the one with issues of qexpress and terrible customer service.

I paid the same price as qexpress but my item was posted out on normal shipping. The seller did not bother to entertain my queries. The feedback site did not reply my feedback. The live helpdesk said they couldn't do anything.

Why would they allow a $2.49 mistake. Ruin their reputation, instead of just providing proper customer service. Amd after sales service.

I have always been a strong supporter of theirs. But this incident has left a terrible impression in me. That even the qoo10 helpdesk are not pro-customers.

I bought two items on 15th of December 2016 from this site (*******, *******). One got cancelled the next day and the other one on Monday (Christmas is this week-end!). This is pretty appalling!

Customer service told me it was the seller's decision, apparently they ran out of stock. Well: keep your stock up to date with your sellers Qoo10! It will save a lot of time to many people, and if other showboat manage to do so, you too should be able to do it.

Won't buy again from those guys.

Beware of Scam
August 11, 2020

Ordered a product 3 months ago, kept saying it will arrive. Finally they changed the item to 'delivered' without even a tracking number. I had to call the call center 5 times, they kept saying they will call back. I've lost a 130$ on a product that was never received, and the customer service is useless.
