You can never easily unsubscribe to their newsletter as they make it super difficult for you, u need to log in, key in all your most recent particular, update phone, yet you still cannot unsubscribe ( coz u cant find the step or so call " icon"), if you refer to screenshot i shared, those link when u click on it its only ask you to log in again, nothing will happen, u cant find " edit info" too. This app purposely make u going thru difficult steps, collecting all your data, yet they continue spam you email! Suck!
Qoo10 have absolutely horrific customer service and do not follow their own policy. Be prepared for a full loss if you use their service and there are any issues. You have been warned.

I just have a general enquiry that i wanted to ask in Qoo10, and being a big fan of Shopee and Taobao i would like to say that Qoo10 is no where near them. Please stop calling yourself leading e-commerce brand when your customer service takes 2 hour to even reply to my live chat for such a simple question. Taobao and Shopee would take less than 30 seconds to answer
The Qoo10 app is poorly designed.
I cannot log in due to forgotten of password. The app does not have such a simple password reset option which is working.
When I finally managed to guess my password and logged in, there is not a way for me to delete my account.
To unsubscribe the email messages sent by them needed to log into the account which could not be done by me due to forgotten of password earlier. So I was stuck for a few days.
In summary, a stupid app. Don't use it.
Full of scams and cheats, me and my friend were cheated, few thousands lost in few days.
They will request you to pay more and more in order to get the product.

There are 98% chances of money loss whenever you make payment for any item. If you download this app and visit the Q-Desk section of this app via contact option you will find bundle and bundles of complaints
I think some delivery are not familiar with Pick lockers. In the end, the items were delivered to the house instead. People choose Pick lockers because they are unable to collect items at home. Somehow the delivery in charge of that area was frustrated with the buyer choosing Pick lockers. The parcel was poorly handled to discourage the buyer from buying again. Secondly, if you buy just 1 or 2 items each delivery very frequently. The delivery will get frustrated also.
Be aware when you are applying Shipping coupon which is obtained from Qoo10 Roulette Q. Such coupon is still considered as cart discount.
In other words, the cart discount is applied on items price but shipping fee is still counted towards the payment amount. This is important if you are participating in their cashback event.
I had applied shipping coupon to offset the shipping fee and made a payment of $71.1 but still not eligible for cashback event due to shipping coupon is classified as cart discount.
Qoo10 Customer service insisted such shipping coupon is also considered as cart discount but unable to explain why is it named as "Shipping coupon" and do not deduct from shipping fee directly. They also claimed that such classification is designed by their marketing.
Qoo10 is a big cheater pls dnt buy anything from this app. It's a ShopClues app. They are cheating people by deducting the customer money and not showing the order in order site, but payment showing successful, when complained they are just saying we did not get ur money and order wait for seven days ur money will get back to your account, but I didn't get it. So pls don't buy anything from this app.
The product on the site are cheap products and does not fulfill the return policy. I ordered one digital watch last month and received it non-functional. I immediately raised a return request, but customer service just tell that you can initiate return, but after initiating the return did not pick the product even after 2 months of followup and still just reply that you can raise the return request, but does not act on the return request.
Such a poor service.
Qoo10 hires very low quality technical and CS teams
The CS team are like robots, nonchalant, extremely spiteful and rude. They don't listen to feedback and make sure customers are disadvantaged for giving feedback.
No wonder Qoo10 can't compete and overtake Shoppee, Lazada, Amazon as the most popular choice for online shoppers.
The product I received was fake and inferior to what was advertised, and when I contacted the seller to return it, no contact was made, so I contacted the customer centre, but they didn't respond at all, just told me to discuss it with the seller. Chat and help is not working and the response is poor, not comparable to Lazada or Amazon. Worst.
I ordered 6 packs of toilet rolls from seller sgmart21 on Qoo10 but only 3 packs were delivered. However I paid for 6 packs. I messaged the seller who said he will refund me but I have not received the refund for 1 week. I also complained to Qoo10 which is the selling portal but they said that my photo did not show clearly the number of packs that were delivered. But if you zoom into the photo, you can clearly see the number of packs are less than 6!
If you are lucky, you may receive items in time. However, once if there is some issue, then your nightmare begins. The seller just try to delay and cheat you, never answer your question directly, the customer service is also sloppy and inefficient. I tried to buy hair wax from the website, I didn't received the item in 7 weeks, I reported to customer service 4 weeks, and they finally replied. However, still not a single trace of my refund. I won't shop on Qoo10 anymore. Other e-commerce provide much better service.

I am your regular customer but your delivery service is very bad. You use Singpost to deliver my items from Singapore to Malaysia. It is very bad. Very slow! Takes at least 3 weeks to deliver. Very very very bad!

I would give zero star if i can. The Q&A service from Qoo10 sucks. They repeatedly avoid your question in their answers. I suspect they have a deadline to meet and just send any reply they can.
Qoo10 also impose policies on customers w/o making them known before we purchase. When queried after our checked out, their answer is because we've purchased from them we have agreed to be bound by their decision, no matter how unfair it is.
Their delivery is frequently late and sometimes very late. Ice cream and cakes arrive fully melted.
Use other eCommerce merchants - Shopee, Amazon, Lazada. While they are not perfect, they are much better than Qoo10. Shopee is also more price competitive for the same products.
Have been buying from them for years with no issues. The sellers can be helpful but the qoo10 customer service stinks! There was an obvious issue with their payment system but they refused to admit and refund. Their attitude is what makes this whole experience infuriating!
Bad UI that left user who paid don't know what to do, while worst, their internal system or team doesn't know what to do or trace or support either. So as a User, I paid a few hundred for weeks ago, follow exactly the instruction on the payment info, Bank deducted instantly but nothing happen till I asked, then the CS are not helping at all, robotic to keep telling you to prove yourself, by revealing and showing them your Bank Account Info. Really unbelievable that payment transaction even provided my QID but such request on seeing my account number will be very irritating.
The CS response are also SUPER SLOW, SUPER UNHELPFUL, even they repeated a template, you gotta wait for Another WORKING DAY for them to get back to you, it's probably another unhelpful reply, then day by day, your money paid for nothing, like myself, after 10 days, they order simply moved to FAILED STATUS and I still wasting my time on arguing with the CS
Most merchants there do not have any items for sale at their stated price. Too many sellers list low prices on the main page then provide so-called "options", however you're not given a choice but to select one - eg, color - or the transaction can't continue. Then they'll bump up the price with any and every selection.
Another common trick is to list one item - eg, phone case - at a low price, then on the option page, you find the low price is actually for something else altogether and you have to top up considerable amounts for the case "options".
I've written to the Qoo10 admin about these practices and their reply was essentially for me to go elsewhere if I don't like it.
With dubious merchants, rampant iffy practices and site admin who do not care about customers, I would strongly advice anyone looking for safe online purchases to go elsewhere.
Answer: Yes its reliable. All the albums that I buy from Qoo10 are reliable because they have connections with Korean companies and such. There are also a lot of merch that you can buy on Qoo10 and I like them.
Answer: I have the same issue. They said they will call back. I waited for two days they didn't call. Ask to speak to manager and also waited but never get back. Until now, no one dare to call or gives names of the customer service in charge.
