Are you sure your staff will answer? I called this morning at 11.05am spoke to a male staff and not sure if he hung up or line was cut The least a customer sevice personnel will do is to call back since he already obtained my account email address but he didn.t Then, I wited and called back at 12 plus, it says to call back after lunch then called back about 2.05, spoke to" Shyra" on my mobile, talked half way, totally quiet but line still on then use land line to call while hanging on to my mobile, spoke to izak, talked halfway, he claimed my land line is breaking, said will call me back on my mobile but didn't!!! then, I called again, spoke to Syi Kin, said she is not able to transfer the line to the earlier staffs whom I spoke with, asked me to repeat my purpose of calling, I refused and request to speak with management and she said she will submit request to manager to return call, but don't know when will I expect to receive the call when being asked and that was at 2.30. it's 3pm now, I.m still waiting for the manager to return my call, will I receive the call??????? I wander???????

I have the same issue. They said they will call back. I waited for two days they didn't call. Ask to speak to manager and also waited but never get back. Until now, no one dare to call or gives names of the customer service in charge.
