Encounter this dishonest seller in this Qoo10 platform.
Description:
Contacted seller to confirm whether this product include a microphone before placing a order. Received a yes from seller.
Received product from seller after 4 days yet product not including microphone. Wasted another 2 days for Qoo10 CS to check this & that, seller also reply offering a 20% discount for us to keep the product. Very very bad marketing & poor management from this Qoo10. Definitely a NO NEXT TIME FOR Me to use this app. As you can see, I have attached few screenshots to prove & support my review.

Terrible company
July 7, 2015

I bought a belly dance costume 3 months ago the costume was sent back to the provider so I cancelled the order. They said they needed to charge the delivery and I said: ok... Then I waited and waited and they never put the rest of the money back in my account. Don't trust this company. It's not a secure website to buy... I should rating it 0 but it's not an option.

Qoo10 is another low quality online store. The items listed are very fishy the feedbacks/reviews are not reliable. The reviews seem from actual buyers i believe, but those buyers do not know authenticity of the products. I received fake Crocs shoes from qoo10 before, because i trusted the reviews on the page. My friend bought RayBan sunglass from qoo10 and I found out it was totally fake.

Qoo10 has a team of lousy customer service officer. Whenever there is any dispute between buyer and seller they will always push away the responsibility. The officer will ask you to liaise directly with the seller and say that Qoo10 does not have the seller contact number, but the problem is we also don't have the seller contact. The call center is of no help at all, the officer will always mention that they had no authority and need to escalate to their supervisor, but the supervisor never call back at all. Disappointed...

My order was canceled without my authorization with a shortage of refund after 2 months of waiting. The product cost more than SGD 400 with seller lapse in updating or even replying. The item cost SGD 700+ now everywhere. This is extremely unprofessional and underhand.

Seller refused to send product and keep delaying. The main site is worst! It is almost impossible to contact them to launch a complain! OMG... I felt so cheated for paying for a product and not getting it.

I ordered a bike stand over a month ago. It came obviously defective. I tooked pictures of it and emailed the seller. After a couple of days of no response, I decided to file a complaint with Qoo10. They were just as bad as the seller. I called back 2 times a week to follow on the case and the staff kept telling they will get someone to call me back but it never happened. It's been a month since I launched the complaint and about 6-8 calls and no response. It feels like they are evading me till I exhaust myself.

I filed a complaint with PayPal today in hope of getting my refund.

Qoo10 customer service dare not tell you their names. That is because they probably know they have very bad service and hide behind customer service. They gave bad advice and when things happen they will push it back to you to pay.

The order was placed online and the goods were classified as "ready for delivery". When nothing was delivered after a few days, qoo10 was contacted. Suddenly the argument was that it was a computer bug. Was not delivered after 14 days even though everything was paid for. It happened several times.

BEWARE - don't order (coronavirus protection) surgical face mask from Ooo10. My experience - placed my order based on site illustrations and representations. Qoo10 and seller engaged in "bait and switch" and substituted an inferior face mask then upon my request for exchange Qoo10 claimed "hygiene" as reason for not exchanging mis-delivered product. Service provider conducted fraud and mis-selling. Dishonest.

Risky platform

Paid to order one wireless mouse from Gracious Treasures more than 7 days ago. At time of purchase, seller claimed 5 to 7 days delivery by normal post. After 7 days with no delivery, seller claims 3 to 14 days delivery and they cannot control Singpost. Both seller and Q0010 CSO push blame to me and Singpost and refuse to cancel and refund. I can consider $ thrown away with added anguish and high blood pressure from these 2 irresponsible parties.
Use Q0010 at your own risk!

Disappointed send wrong size of product yet unable get my return despite photo clearly show that is a Size 3 and I order Size 7. The way they handle it really suck to maximum no wonder they are losing market share. Only cheapskate will buy from the site I guess con style modus operandi my friend bought stuff advertise as REAL end up is a poorly made counterfeited items. Will advice best to avoid such marketplace with ZERO customer service. Dishonest seller + Bad customer service. My advice buy from either Amazon or Lazada. So much better the refund policy.

I was ordering some funko pop for myself. On Saturday on 7.30 pm the delivery lady call me when they want to reach the door. They suppose to call when they are at least few hours away from the actual location. I report the parcel went missing and it is not seller fault but the qq10 service sucks I call the delivery person never pick up. Then he say he call me but I was sleeping when I am awake to answer the phone. QQ10 do not deserve to be in Singapore top list if the service is so bad. It will be the last time I order. I hope QQ10 will lost a lot of customers and client since this accident happen many times due to no advance messages to me.

As a consumer, I need to pay Qxpress to send the goods to me. But Qxpress is irresponsible, doesn't know when the goods will arrive.

Qoo10 collects $ and uses Qxpress, but Qoo10 don't take responsibility for Qxpress failures.

I wish someone will shutdown Qoo10. Sellers ought to use other websites. Qoo10 is an example of irresponsible online merchant.

Qoo10.sg is a very bad and lousy non productivity in service.if expect return or refund of defective goods please do not purchase from qoo10.sg
Case 1
II had pay for an item of above $300 and found out no stock at all and yet they accept the payment after told there arent any stock and contacted qoo10 but they arent helpful to find out where and when the payment gonna return back to my account.and once return money from seller first will return to qoo10 and you have to trouble to login qoo10 and select you want $ back to you.

Case 2
I bought an item but is not working at all and contacted due to seller no response for 3rd reply but qoo10 response is lousy that they cant do anyting and told this is between seller and buyer.

Conclude: qoo10.sg is just an empty cell.no service render if they are any fault just yourself unlucky if goods faulty so dont expect any refund etc even goods arent any stock they still post online

Qxpress delivery is suck
November 24, 2019

I order that they will send the items in 3 hours delivery with qx quick. They ended up take more time than the promise to delivery within 2-5pm. Then no refund, blame me why I let the driver take my item if the driver said he couldn't make it.

It's a scam.

Got cheated once

The reason I give it a 3 star because I've bought from good and honest sellers too, who always deliver and will send replacement if item is faulty.

But I also faced a seller who not only use fake photos but also doesn't respond after transaction is done! I bought a smartwatch from the seller, he advertise it as able to use Sd-card to expand memory but it not only doesn't have that feature, the watch is totally different from what is shown in the photo! I couldn't get in contact with the seller after that and being something less than $20, I decided to forget about it

The company is horrible and untrustful, super poor service and do not verify company service and goods, the sellers are from false location and the site provided untruthful information. The company will find all excuses not to refund nor promised to call but Never...? Is there a site to file the official complaint?
