Please buy at your own risk because Qoo10 will not resolve any uncompleted refund but instead close the refund status despite me returning wrong item to seller and never getting my refund back while waiting for processing.

They will instead ask you to provide screenshots of information you never knew you had to when it displayed on your qoo10 web account until it all mysteriously vanished one day. Then customer service officer will tell it in your face we do not have to help you because IT IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM.

Good luck and stay away!

STAY AWAY
December 29, 2015

I ordered a phone from the website, that stopped functioning after 3 weeks, I sent the phone back to the seller, yet he did not collect the package, I contacted Qoo10 customer service for a resolution, yet they keep ignoring my emails, now I am left with a $300 brick.

Bought frozen lobsters from Omni Frozen food on Qoo10. Ask qoo10 to investigate and request refund but Qoo10 said they could only do it within 7 days after the order. That is not reasonable.

I am leaving this review (just like the others who've had negative experience with Qoo10 Singapore) to warn others NEVER to purchase from this website. Qoo10 Singapore is a SCAMMER they just want your money, NEVER helpful in refunds when items DO NOT ARRIVE AFTER 2+ MONTHS of waiting, and they DRAG THEIR FEET and give the BEST EXCUSES in the world to AVOID GIVING YOU BACK YOUR MONEY! Trust my review, trust the other reviews as well, STAY CLEAR FROM QOO10 SINGAPORE, they are HOPELESS HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING!

OSA Living

OSA Living is the worst! Made waste my trip cabbing down there! Wanted to look at the item before purchase so I enquired on what time I could head down the their warehouse.

I checked with them their opening hours and was told that they that they could only update me the opening hours the day before.

After the the person claimed to update me and failed to, I had to check the opening hours with the person. I was told that they would open about 2-3pm till 6pm. I reached early at 2+pm and asked to be told they'll take an hour. After that I was told that they would reach at 4pm and ask me not to wait.

What is this!? Purposely wasting my trip and time?

23rd November during Black Friday, I bought an item from Q10,
How you now Black Friday is once a year, and you can buy stuff for cheeped price.
I decided to buy a dyson hair dryer, for 450$ instead of normal 700$.
After chasing them for almost 15 days the item was finally shipped out on the 13th December ( or at least this is what they said... was a lie)
2nd Jan 2019, I still can see the item is in shipment ( transit to dispatch for over 20 days... something must be wrong...)
So I call them...
They said ok we will find out where it is and let you know.
3 days after I receive a message that the item have been refund!
WTF?
I never ask for a refund, and the refund was only 440$, and now if I want to buy this item I need to pay 700$. This is unfair and is taking advantage of spender. If you want to make it fair you should first ask me, or refund the full value at today not at that day or offer em other option instead of decide by yourself.
Q10 are thieves

V bad experience

When items was not sent out after one week and seller already they do nto have stocks, i proceeded to apply for cancel /refund on my order. However Qoo10 refused to proceed. When i called Qoo10, they said that they have to ask seller for confirmation /permission. This is ridiculous! In their terms and conditions, it is stated that we can cancel as long as item is not sent out. Now Qoo10 tells me that that they have to "verify" with seller that there is no stocks. I have already waited one week before i found out there was no stocks, now Qoo10 says another week at least before they proceed to refund. My question is: why are they delaying the whole refund process when its already shown that items were not shipped out yet!? I wanted refund ($60) quickly so that i can make another purchase from other seller again, but looks i will be closing my account with Qoo10 soon! Customer service cannot help at all, he kept sighing into the phone very loudly and when i asked to speak to manager, he replied very loudly "NO!"

Do not buy expansive item from qoo10. I bought a keyboard that cost around 100 plus. Delivery got delayed for 3 days and only when I looked closely and I see there is a button that say reasons for waiting. They say the payment is currently under review. Why can't they email me and said the payment is under review? I check my debit card and the payment got through. I used 1 to 1 inquiry, call and live help and none of them could resolve my issue on that day. All of them asked me to wait or email *****@qoo10.sg to submit the required document. I told them I did not received the email and could they ask them to resend the email again? They reply me the same computer reply "please reply through *****@qoo10.sg"? Then securepayment reply me moments a day later and their reply are not polite at all. They said "we have request for document on 28/11 for document verification" but I did not received it at all on that day. They did not explain why the payment did not go through and it felt fishy they are asking for my verification when my previous payment got through. Overall a very bad experience on using their services

1. I paid $2.49 for an item but seller sent me a defective item which seller acknowledged after receiving my picture proof.
2. Instead of immediate refund for this mistake that was not buyer's fault, Seller made me go through the trouble of paying for postage to return the defective item to get refund. Seller promised to refund me postage after receipt of the item.
3. After paying $0.60 postage to return the item, seller only refunded me $0.78 and did NOT refund me the $0.60 postage until I questioned on 1 Apr. It was then refunded in Q money instead of cash which I wanted!
5. For item, seller told me to approach Qoo10 direct to question why I was only refunded $0.78 for the $2.49 DEFECTIVE item I paid. So, I contacted Qoo10 customer service hoping to get resolution.
6. In summary, I was supposed to be refunded total of $3.09 (2.49+0.60) simple as that, but after contacting Qoo10 customer service, they oddly refunded me $0.95 which made the total refund to be $2.33 (0.78+0.6+0.95). So I asked why wasn't I refunded $3.09 and the customer service just repeated that they refunded me $1.55 (0.6+0.95)! It's so frustrating to communicate with the customer service that just doesn't seem to understand what's going on!

Be wary of cheats as they misrepresent their products. I bought a carton of Oatly milk, naively thinking that the price was for a box of 10 for $80 when in reality it was for 1 carton of 946 ml of oat milk! I was later told by the customer service personnel that it was clearly stated as 1 carton for that price and that I had misunderstood that the 1:10 was referring to the quantity/ stock the seller had.
I admit that I am new to this site but never have I imagined that any owner of a reputable online platform would allow their customers who buy in good faith to be fleeced and not offer any form of apology or recourse. NOTHING! BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU BUY FROM. Qoo10 has no intregrity.
