Went on their website for the first time and bought a humidifier (learned after buying it is from China). See what happened when I used it:

Wrote to Qoo10 for a replacement. They asked for a video to send to their supplier and after sometime, finally wrote to say the replacement is on its way. Waited for more than 3 weeks and it still has not arrived. Went on Q0010's site to ask when will it be arriving and found a message from their supplier asking us to ship the defective humidifier to them in China for a replacement! The cost would have been more than the price of the humidifier from Q0010!
Wrote again to Qoo10 to inform them about the situation and received no reply. I now realised that Qoo10 has no aftersales service to remedy any problems that might arise from a lemon purchase. They will just palm you off to the supplier from wherever they maybe eg China, Vietnam, etc. And these suppliers may be dubious in the way they handle a defective product order. Basically, there is no after-sales service as you will be led on a merry-go-round.
This is my first and last order with QooI0. I am staying with Amazon whose after-sales service is reliable and super efficient. Amazon's customer satisfaction is faultless.
