I ordered a personalised mug as a gift for my dad. I carefully hand-picked each photo and ensured the image quality was up to scratch. I then ensured the quality of the images would be captured by viewing the mock up.
On arival it was not what I ordered. The images were so blurry I couldnt even make out the faces! And when trying to get in touch no one replies. I will not be ordering from this company again
No sign of my order. The tracking number I was given did not work. After finally getting through to Evri (useless carriers) I found out my calendars were being sent back to PrinterPix. No idea why, I assume they either damaged the parcel or most likely lost it. Still waiting for a response from Groupon and PrinterPix.
Printed on same side of paper -shocking. It have bought photo calendars for years this is the worst avoid, avoid avoid
I got a voucher from Groupon for a personalised calendar which seemed a good deal. However, because of very high postage charges the calendar ended up costing around £12, and it wasn't that big either. It was also extremely difficult to sort out the photos to use as the website was hard to navigate.
As a professional photographer I order a lot of calendars. They're always in bulk, but I only needed one this time.
Unfortunately the calendar is flimsy and not printed on the high grade paper I expected for paying extra. I can get 10 very high quality calendars for £80 but paid £25 for a very low quality one. Wouldn't recommend and won't buy again.
Never thought for a minute that a jigsaw would not come in a box. Could buy a gift box as an extra but does not come with photo of puzzle so for wrapping only plain black box the jigsaw therefore would be very difficult to do without a picture to follow. I reached out but no help and was too embarrassed to give as a gift due to cheap quality in a cellophane bag. So ended up in the bin as personalised could not return and the company could not put right. Mug was ok but not the best quality
Just a bit dark and I paid extra for brightness. The canvas does not feel or look like good quality. Disappointed as they were Christmas presents
Tried to contact immediately to pay to upgrade my postage at it autofilled long delivery and I needed the item for a specific date. Tried to continually get in touch and 24 hours later I was contacted to say can't this would not be possible. Unhelpful, Rude, Not Caring. Could have helped but wouldn't. Will not use ever again.
The calendar came and it almost felt like a skinny newspaper! The paper quality is awful and the pictures didn't even fit the boxes correctly. Really cheaply made. I've ordered from other sites for less money and received better quality
For the price I was expecting a lot better quality than what I received, and some of the pictures blurry.
Awful company I received my album and 5 of the photos where either Headless or unrecognisable Terrible
I am incredibly disappointed with the appalling service and product quality from PrinterPix. I placed an order on December 20th, 2024, spending £69.93 for six personalized calendars as heartfelt gifts for my family in Italy. This order was of great sentimental value, and I spent hours uploading photos, adding custom events, and ensuring every detail was perfect.
Delivery Disaster: The calendars arrived late on January 2nd, 2025, completely missing my deadline for gifting them during my trip to Italy.
Horrible Quality: When I finally saw the calendars, they were completely unusable:
Pictures were poorly framed, despite my careful edits.
All the custom events were gone.
The calendars weren't even in the correct language (Italian).
There was no evidence of the effort I had put into the project. It's as if PrinterPix ignored my entire design.
Customer Service Failure: I contacted PrinterPix immediately with a detailed complaint. They responded within minutes asking for photos of the calendars and the packaging, which I provided on the same day (January 7th, 2025).
Since then, I have been completely ignored.
I even followed up on January 15th, but PrinterPix still hasn't responded. Their lack of accountability and customer care is appalling.
It's clear PrinterPix has no quality assurance process, nor do they care about rectifying their mistakes. A simple review of the design or a confirmation email before printing could have avoided this disaster. Worse, their silence after I sent proof of the issue shows their utter disregard for customer satisfaction.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not order from PrinterPix. They've wasted my time, ruined my gifts, and left me out of pocket with no resolution
I placed an order with Printerpix well within their guaranteed Christmas delivery period, which was explicitly advertised as ensuring delivery for orders placed before the cut-off date of 18th December 2024. This guarantee was the sole reason I chose Printerpix over other providers. However, as of 27th December, my order has not arrived, and the experience has been nothing short of disappointing.
The only update I have received was on 20th December, stating: "Our team are busy putting a touch of magic on your personalized order. We'll send you another email with more updates as your order progresses."
Subsequent attempts to obtain information via email resulted in unhelpful responses directing me to check my order status online—something I had already done without success. On the morning of 24th December, I contacted Printerpix again to highlight that they were in breach of their own guarantee, but no response or resolution was offered.
It is now clear that Printerpix's advertised "Christmas Delivery Guarantee" is either misleading or outright false. Not only has this delay caused inconvenience, but it has also ruined the gift-giving plans I had carefully prepared for Xmas day. I trusted Printerpix to honour their commitments, and they have failed spectacularly.
What makes this situation even worse is that I am not alone—numerous other customers appear to have experienced similar issues, as evidenced by complaints on review platforms and forums. This suggests a systemic problem rather than an isolated incident. Luring customers in with a false guarantee and then failing to deliver on it is unacceptable and amounts to misleading advertising.
I would urge Printerpix to take accountability for this failure, address customer concerns proactively, and rethink their operational processes to ensure such lapses do not occur in the future. Customers deserve transparency, reliability, and respect for their time and trust—qualities that have been entirely absent from my experience with this company.
Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend Printerpix to anyone and will actively caution others against using their services.
AVOID AVOID! Experience was awful! Ordered 6 album and none have been delivered! When I ask for a refund. They will only send email they will refund you, almost a month later, NO money back in your account! DONT BE SCAM
Total waste of money incorrect printing alignment and the customer service is rubbish, doesn't want to talk about a refund or replacement of the items.
I have ordered 2 photo books, that should arrive on the 6th of November. I have contacted with the customer service and I was told of course standard text "apologise.and so one". I paid for the rush delivery as I needed them for Thursday. My order still haven't arrived, and now I don't need it! Even still I don't know when my parcel will be delivered. I'm very disappointed and never again order from them. Of course I was informed that I can only have a part of refund for a delivery cost! Ridiculous! Now I'm expecting that parcel to put it straight away to bin. Wasted money, time and a lot of stress. I don't recommend it.
The quality of the printing is very poor and they are refusing refund. Professional pictures are all bleary, pictures are cut. Waste of a lot of money
Ordered a photobook on the 29th February. I am in the UK and I ordered from Printerpix UK as it says on my reciept. Despite paying for expedited shipping, it has turned up TODAY (after 20 days - nearly three weeks!) and it has a IMPORT VAT charge levied on it by UPS the carrier of £139. I have been informed that I will still be liable for this despite refusing delivery and the debt is handed to a debt collector. I received no warning about this! How can I be liable for an import tax when I am a UK citizen ordering from a UK website with NO associated warning.
Had an issue with an order which was messed up and ended up with me having to pay extra for a second set of - already exorbitant - postage. When the missing calendars arrived they all had holes punched at the bottom. Despite a reassurance in a reply to my trustpilot negative review that all would be resolved if I emailed their resolutions department, All my mails have been ignored and I am £6.99 out of pocket and with calendars with holes in them. I have absolutely no trust in their guarantees of quality and service. Next year we will try a different supplier so it is their loss in the long run.
Poor print quality (all pixelated), long lead times (3weeks+), eternal chats (more than 6 weeks now) with ill-prepared customer service not willing to admit errors and refund for poor quality products. Avoid it!
Answer: Initially fairly easy but after complaining i just get ignored
Answer: Legit but show really high prices then offer discounted vouchers via groupon, etc. but hide the postage costs which are very high
Answer: Headline price and have used them before but bad experience this time means I won't use them again
We want walls that do the talking, shelves that speak volumes, desks that smile back and mantelpieces that narrate a life's story. We want a future where in 50 years grandparents still dust out their photobooks and show the grandchildren the lives w...
