Thought the quality of paper wasn't that good, pervious companies have been a lot higher standard and cheaper. Also I didn't realise that the calendar 2 months on 1 page (front and back) which again was disappointing. Sorry for the review but this is my honest opinion.
I ordered 3 x pictures with frames. The frames are flimsy at best - very poor quality. The worst part - the pictures themselves. I provided professional photo quality files and received pixelated rubbish - it was like printing at home off an early camera phone. Save yourself the money - go elsewhere and get it done properly.
I've tried requesting a refund but they don't let you submit tickets (forms are broken) and they don't respond to your emails. 100% satisfaction guarantee - pointless when they don't respond! They want your custom once and that's it. Don't bother.
Two calendars bought for my daughters for Christmas.
The site tells you when a picture isn't good enough quality, which is great. The shots all looked good on the site when creating the calendar.
There were lots of options at the end to give higher quality results - I didn't choose any of these, just went with the basic. The results were so disappointing! There were only 6 pages with printing on both sides. The pictures were dull and dark, looked completely different from the site.
The product wasn't expensive but it wasn't nothing either. I may as well have used my own printer. When you've bothered putting in the time and creative energy making one of these things, it's additionally saddening when the results are so lo-fi. Never again.
If there was a 0 star option I would sadly use that.
Two faulty blankets received and reported immediately (beg of Dec) and after several emails and Instagram messages still no reply.
Do not use if you want a quality product or have an issue you need to speak to Printerpix about.
Used Printerpix twice. Both times they charged much more than advertised and, even when shown proof of the deals, ignored my e mails and complaints. If the sums involved were greater, i would have taken this up with trading standards and consumer groups. Will never use them again. BEWARE. Shame they treated me so badly as the actual photo books are nice.
Had an issue with my order. Tried to contact the company several times with no response. Tried again via PayPal and they refused to acknowledge issue. Annual order will go to another company now!
Ordered 3 quite expensive photo albums of a family wedding; intention to distribute as Christmas gifts.
First the creation website is straightforward, however the pricing of 'extra' pages is unclear until checkout. Beware it adds a lot to the base price.
My main complaint... I checked carefully the lead time for manufacture and then delivery. Various options are presented to 'expedite' the process. I however had sufficient time according to Printerpix 'worst case' (3-5 days to make, 7 days to deliver; working days).
All proceeded until I got the UPS tracking info'. The products were in Poland; I had thought this a UK based company. Nothing moved for days... I had that 'sinking' feeling so contacted customer service. Nothing! No response at all.
Then on the due delivery day I get a 'delivery rescheduled' note from UPS. Put back 10 days to 31st December, missing all our Christmas gifting dates.
The albums are here and beautiful, but the delivery commitment a lie.
I don't know whether to bother contacting customer service. No doubt they'll reply to this if I put it on TrustPilot...
Oh and I was getting spam emails encouraging purchases up to a fee days before Christmas day.
I really wanted to be writing a different review as the customer service at the beginning was great but I am still waiting for the reprint calander I have been asked to review and there has been no response to the last few emails. Very disappointing
Huge shame that the calendar months are not in order. Such a simple thing that would make a huge user experience. Quite disappointing.
I got this blanket made for my mother in law who lives in the UK, I live in Ireland
She is partially blind, so I emailed Hannah asking if she could please send me a picture of the blanket, my mother in law is 82 and would be unable to send pic
I never got any reply so I am unable to send a review of the item
I think your Customer Service needs to be looked at, I could never recommend you to my friends
There is no tracking on my order and when I sign into my account there are no orders placed?
Yet on 9 Dec I parted with nearly £50 to get 2 photos framed for friends which I never received,
Looks cheap and feels cheap. The calendar was £12 and is just hanging by a cheap little metal runner. I'll go elsewhere next year. No card used to strengthen it or protective front cover. Just really thin pages all the way through
Printerpix is a disaster. On Dec. 8 I ordered three packs of five calendars, all to the same design. On Dec. 11, they delivered three calendars, not fifteen. Since then it has been impossible to get any reply from the company, although I have complained about this problem by many emails to <*******@printerpix.co.uk> from two different addresses (no replies), by going to their web site to "raise a ticket" at least twice (no acknowledgement), and finally by posting a letter to their London address. I have now given them until Jan. 8 to send either the missing calendars or an appropriate refund, before I seek a chargeback from my credit card.
It appears that the problem lay in their web site, which is so full of different offers, discounts, vouchers, etc. that it does not give a consistent price for one's attempts to order; and when I placed my order, although I have an invoice and a screenshot proving that I ordered 3 sets of 5 calendars (and paid a reasonable price), the web site seems to have converted this into just three calendars. And now, I conclude either that they are deliberately blocking all attempts to contact them, or that they do not have a real person to attend to customer service. Comments on Facebook indicate that other customers have had similar experiences. It's a pity because a year ago they provided several sets of calendars quickly and efficiently. But now they cannot be relied on.
The product never arrived despite me ordering it weeks before Christmas and paying extra for delivery. I know these aren't strictly licensed goods but I'd expect to get at least something for my money.
The photos are good quality. However, it is printed on very thin card/paper with images back to back. I expected each page to be on a different flipped page which would be easier for my elderly Mum to turn and change the month. I expected a higher quality and thickness of card. For the price I don't think it is good value at all at £16.97 and certainly not worth the full value quoted before discount of £40.27
Wouldn't give a 1 star rating- but you have to click the button to submit your feedback!
I ordered an item on the 19th December.
My parents do not live in the UK- and I wanted a nice surprise for my mum when she arrived to the UK.
I re-emailed the Printerpix and explained my item had not arrived.
She apologised and sent me a link to accept a new order.
The link did not work and I sent an additional email explaining that the link didn't work.
I have since sent multiple other emails with no response whatsoever!
Its the 23/12/2025, I have no idea and yet again resubmitted another email for them to reply and get back to my numerous other emails.
I have no idea what's going on.
No contact from the company other that ticks that have been raised (with no response), and I have no item to give my parents who have now gone back home (not in tis country).
Absolute joke- Would not recommend this company or use this company again
Ordered on the 19th November.
Hasnt arrived.
No one has got back to my email that iv sent regarding this.
When producing the calendar that I had chosen, ( at this stage it was at £9 ish, this changed because at some time I had signed into this site and was not eligible for this offer), I found the downloading process quite tedious and slow. After some time I completed the project and was shocked to find that postage and extras, ( and the loss of the first time discount), totalled almost £30 but after wasting so much time producing it I accepted this.
When the calendar arrived I was very disappointed, although the picture quality was good, the paper it was printed on and the binding were pretty standard, to be honest I have seen calendars of equal quality - but without my choice of photographs - for less than £10 in most local retailers. In short I was unimpressed by this product and certainly will not use this agency again.
Really disappointed, paid nearly £30 for 1 calendar when I clicked 3 before starting it, really disappointed in the quality, won't be buy for here again
Although the quality of the photos are good. There seems to be no quality checking after the your product is completed before shipping. I brought a blanket with a collage of 21 photos and through at least 5 of the photos were white streaks where the blanket was creased at the time of printing. As this was a gift I contacted customer services who confirmed they'd reprint at no extra cost. The reprint is even worse. More than half of the photos have the same thick, white crease marks. This was supposed to be a sentimental gift to one of my closest people. I'm just going to cut my losses and will just have to profusely apologise to the person I'm gifting to for such a disappointing gift
Paid 3 postage fees, only to receive all calendars in 1, open at both sides envelope. Discusting costs cutting. Back to Colorland next year.
Answer: Initially fairly easy but after complaining i just get ignored
Answer: Legit but show really high prices then offer discounted vouchers via groupon, etc. but hide the postage costs which are very high
Answer: Headline price and have used them before but bad experience this time means I won't use them again
We want walls that do the talking, shelves that speak volumes, desks that smile back and mantelpieces that narrate a life's story. We want a future where in 50 years grandparents still dust out their photobooks and show the grandchildren the lives w...
