I love this site. Everything I have ordered has been the highest quality. The shipping cost is minimal and you receive your merchandise in less than a week. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!

I ordered two nightstands that is Nicole Miller Jesse Side Table Nightstand High Gloss Acrylic legs, payed $804 at the Overstock.com
Each of them had missing parts ( door pulls) and damaged.
I asked them to pick them up and they refused to cordinate the pick up.
I asked for discount if they couldn't pick them up and they sent me 15% coupon. I complained then they offered $120 discount. I never receive the credits nor the door pulls that they confirmed to send. The damaged pieces are still sittling in my bedroom. It was like a scam. I could not believe what I expericened with this big company. Once they get your money, they refuse to be fair. They care less about the customer service. I felt like I was dealing with a terrible company in thrid world country.
I wasted my time, and money. Be cauciouse!
I am not a good writer and I hardly ever write a review but I wanted share my experience, so the other buyers don't make mistake like I did. I wish I could upload pictures.

Scam!

I purchased a mattress through Overstock.com I was delivered the wrong mattress on December 8th 2018. I have been jostled around by everyone about my purchase. This company is a scam! The mattress I received was not only the wrong item, but was also not even manufactured by Serta. The mattress was poorly made and flimsy. Overstock customer service tells me they only directly deal with Serta and not a third party company, yet this is not true. I was told it would take a few days to get the process going to pick up the wrong mattress they sent, yet when contacting Overstock again, they say to me they have no item such as a "Serta Gabbert" and asked for me to send pictures via email to "verify the mattress came from them" after sending the email and not hearing back, I called once again to verify they received my email of the pictures. Shawna told me she didn't receive anything and had me send the pictures through text. I received a text back saying I will now have to wait another 1-2 business days before I hear back from them. I will not be getting my money back until the mattress is picked up. I am disgusted in the way this is being handled! This is the worst company I have ever purchased from. I will still have to go and buy a mattress for my daughter from a reputable company before Christmas, as this was one of her presents. Upon trying to speak with a supervisor, I am told they are busy and will call me back. With the way things have been handled this far, I doubt I will get that call. Do NOT purchase from Overstock!

Possible never ordering again! Possible.

My brother was going to buy me a kindle but with little money he went on OVERSTOCK.COM to order me a E-Reader for Christmas and i was a little mad until i saw the E-Reader he wanted to get me.

But knowing my brother he can never keep anything a surprise so he asked me to order it myself with his card. [I did it of course.]

Don't worry i am getting to the point.

OverStock was advertising that they would Grantee Christmas delivery so we was pretty happy about that.

UNTIL...

I received my tracking code...

I was so happy with the fast shipping that i went on to track my order and just GUESS what i see...

Shipment delivery date 12-28-2010

Boy when my brother saw this he was hitting the fan.

Mainly Because this was the first year that he was able to get every one gifts and my gift was the most important to him.

I say this a lot this time of year is the most STRESSFUL time of all. And i get that things sometimes slip and all but i use to work with sales and i know how important it is to get things out fast.

Anyways i wish they did not grantee something and end up side slapping us with this crap!

Anywhoo i just wanted to let ya know that if this has happened or is happening believe me i understand how you feel

Ordered an expensive pair of German Haflinger slippers. LOVE the slippers but they left long black marks all over our hardwood floors. I called customer service and requested permission to go to a cobbler to see what could be done to eliminated the problem as I really wanted the slippers. Was told that was fine and she said she would make the notation in my file. Cobbler sprayed them with silicone but the problem still existed. I then spoke with the shoe store where I purchased the exact same slippers over 20 years ago and was told that nothing I would do would eliminate the problem, so I called Overstock and conveyed the results of my trials. They sent me a return shipping label and I reluctantly shipped the slippers back with a note explaining the problem. Yesterday, I received the slippers back with a note telling me that they would not take them back because they were worn and they couldn't re-sell them. Why would they want to pass a defective product on to the next victim? This business model will unfortunately prevent me from ever ordering from Overstock.com again or suggesting that anyone else orders from them. How would I have known about the defect if I hadn't worn the slippers around my home. I have ordered from them before and the products I received were perfect so I had no complaints, however, this situation is a whole different ball game and I could not be more disappointed in the fact that the company feels it is okay to sell a product that has a defect and waves all responsibility to take the product back. Buyer beware...

I specifically chose this set because it included white glove delivery. When I had not received a call to schedule the delivery (after two weeks), I checked the tracking information on Friday, 12/14/18. The tracking data stated that the delivery was scheduled on 12/10/18 (not true). I was contacted. I have been out of town for several weeks. I returned on Saturday, 12/15/18 to find that the new set had been delivered on 12/10. It was delivered without the delivery company obtaining my agreement with the delivery date. The dining set is packaged in large boxes that take up more than one-third of my living space. I called Overstock.com for a solution. I was told that my inquiry would be sent to their freight/overweight delivery dept. and that I should hear from someone (no name provided) by the end of the day of Monday. The rep told me that there was nothing else that she could do. I have ordered several items of large furniture from Overstock.Com and have never had this kind of experience without receiving immediate relief - providing the service expected or compensation for the trouble caused by being mishandled. I am so disappointed that customer service did not work harder to remedy the situation. I don't what's going to happen but I know I will be hesitant to order furniture from Overstock.com, again. I have attached photos to show how this delivery is adversely impacting me. I am not able to use my living area. The leather sofa and chairs pictured were also purchased at Overstock.Com; and the pictures on the wall. I'm a very loyal and long-time customer. I intend to donate my current dining set to Habitat for Humanity and was waiting to schedule the delivery date for my new dining set before scheduling a pick up of my donation. Now, I have two dining sets; one in boxes and one that is boxed-in. I expected better. Based on this experience I would give Overstock less than a star but because of past satisfactory purchases and customer service, I give them 2 stars pending outcome of this issue. I will update.

I am in the process of obtaining a 10x10 commercial grade canopy. A search on Google informed Overstock.com have them in stock. I am apprehensive about the durability of the frame so I wanted to see the product in person before making a purchase. I contacted Overstock.com via *******446 and verified the location (******* NW 57th Avenue, Miami Lakes, FL) and hours of operation before I made the 45 minute drive there. The employee assured me the store was open and we verified the location's address. I drove to the location, and it's a medical office, which the medical employee stated has been operational for approximately 1.5 years. I called Overstock.com again and the assistant gave the same location as open. Thereafter, he verified and updated that Overstock.com only operates as an online retailer.
Because of this error, I wasted much valuable time, which can never be replaced. My only available option is to never recommend or patronize this business ever again.

Horrible Company

This is a horrible company. I purchased a 12x15 rug from Overstock having this membership in hopes that they would stand by their claim of worry free returns, but the exact opposite has occurred. They first sent me a rug that was quite obviously printed crooked and has made it an ever loving nightmare ever since. I have called them 11 straight days since the day this rug arrived, crooked, and have been told there is nothing they can do for me until I go out and BUY packaging for a 12 x 15 foot rug and repackage this 150 lb rug to acceptable standards for UPS to pick up. Then, while I'm recovering from a back injury sustained from packaging a 150 lb 12 x 15 foot rug, I can wait for it to arrive back in their warehouse for processing and THEN I can wait for them to process my refund. From start to finish I'm looking at an over month long ordeal (if I'm lucky) with countless hours wasted on the phone just to get my money back from something that should have been delivered correctly the FIRST time, when I gave Overstock my hard earned money. This company has set me in a perpetual nightmare that doesn't seem to have an end. I have been told so many stories yet here I sit over 20 days after turning over my money with a monstrous rug in the middle of my hallway awaiting someone to PLEASE pick this thing up b/c Overstock refuses to give me my money back with out a good... long... torture, all the while they sit with an acquired interest free loan compliments of my stupidity. Horrible doesn't even begin to describe my distain for this company.

I have had Very good experiences with Overstock. Even on the couple occasions I received something that didn't work, or wasn't what I expected, I had No problems getting a refund.

Fraud!

I reported Overstock to the BBB as they have lied and find NOTHING to assist me. They not only told me I wasn't able to cancel my pending orders but they also shipped my items to the wrong address after I called them multiple times to change my items.

I purchased furniture items which was advertised as no finance charge for payment of 18 months by openning Comenity bank card. I usually don't trust this type of advertising after bad experience of Synchronize bank but decided to give a try based on well known name of Overstock.com.

The first month statement showed no finance charge for the payment of far exceeding the minimum payment. But the second statement shows loan sharking amount of finance charge.

I tried to call Overstock.com but no phone number was available and chat line was virtually impossible to connect. So I called Commenity bank and it was impossible to understand what the agent was imitating fluent English in foreign country. After repeating the same words the phone was transferred to two different English imitating agents and I was finally told that the bank had nothing to do with the transaction and I have to contact Overstock.com.

This is prevailing pattern of fraud committed by big name finance and retail organization by taking advantage of hassle of resolving dispute by using foreign answering service and non English speaking agents.

I immediately paid off the balance and shredded the card. That's why I have never bought anything from any retail outlet except Costco and Amazon for the last twenty years. There is reason why those two are so successful while others keep closing the door. Never again.

I was looking for a particular style of clothing, and upon research they linked me to several. I finally ordered 3 pieces. Two of the pieces were ridiculous. I wanted long pants, I got capris. What? I look again, and yes, the image I ordered were NOT capris. I look freaking awful in capris. Which is why I don't *%^&*() order capris. So I send a message "Hey I want long pants not capris." The response? Okay, well upload pictures of what you got versus what you ordered. Oh jesus christ, okay. I managed to figure out how to do that, and sent it off. It was ignored. I sent another email, got another "Send us the uploaded picture, etc." So I did. NOTHING. No refund, no response. FINALLY three weeks in, I get a vague "Okay so send us the bad ones." I did, but trust me when I say I was a bit worried.

Work, life, etc, Hey! Where's my refund! "Oh, hey, we're still researching." Excuse me? It's been a month and a half of emails and uploads. FINALLY Mysterious Worker was "We're still researching, and we received your return, but I'll go ahead and refund you even though blah blah blah."

Nope. I'm used to companies that DON'T make you jump through hoops and let you know immediately if they're sold out of what you ordered.

I've ordered many times from Overstock with no problems, but this problem is over the top. I will never, ever order from them again.
Long story short... I ordered an $800 bed frame. I was out of the country, but had a full time house sitter there to accept the delivery. I received several emails that I had to make an appointment for delivery. I called, from out of the country, and made an appointment for delivery (with the house sitter signing). I then got an email from Overstock that the item was returned and I was charged $128.00 for the return. I've called Overstock 3 times to talk to someone about the issue and have been directed to someone else, who then couldn't help. I am now being told to talk to someone in LTO (why couldn't I have been told that the first 3 times I called?). When I called the LTO Dept today, I was told they are 'not answering their phones due to being at a 2-hour party in appreciation for Customer Service Week.'
If this weren't all so annoying, it would be hysterically funny. A customer service appreciation party? THEN HOW ABOUT A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!?
Overstock.com... you have just lost a very loyal customer, who has spent thousands and thousands of dollars with you in the past.

I signed up for a credit card and never received the card, I immediately saw charges on my the account being made but it wasn't me. I reported that fraudulent activity and missing (in action) card. I made a payment just to keep my credit from getting screw up from this crap of $100 and I did make a few purchases which I had to return as they were the wrong fit for what I needed and was looking for an in-store credit so I could purchase the correct size. When I finally got this "in-store", I made the purchase and tried several times as every time the transaction would get canceled and I would receive an email. I called in and was talk that I would not get this money back (even though I already paid for it) and it would all go to the credit card company, even though I made a payment. Basically the credit card will get an extra $100. I would not recommend this company as most of their stuff is over priced. We tried to get a dresser from them (it stated it was solid wood) and when we got it, it was simply the pieces of wood that is compacted together and an adhesive is put to hold it all together. It stunk SO bad and made us sick immediately. This got returned and I won't see a dime of it back in my pocket (over $200). They are a very crooked company and will take your money and never give it back.

I ordered a piece of art for a gift. Within 15 minutes I realized I ordered the wrong print and tried to cancel online. I wasn't able to so I contacted Overstock via chat. I was ASSURED that because it didn't ship that I could order the correct print and the original order would be canceled. The service rep named Cooper wrote: "No need to worry your item is not yet shipped it will be cancelled." Based on the chat up to that point I wasn't confident that would happen. So I logged in today and what do you know? It shipped. Good thing I didn't order the other print yet. So I started a new chat. They said they will "try" to reroute the package. I'm willing to bet it will be delivered. Then I have to deal with the hassle of returning, and I'm sure they will try charge the return shipping to me even though I've been told I won't have to pay. A note to Overstock Management - as a customer I would like a DEFINITIVE answer if it's canceled - not "we will talk to shipping" or "it will take a couple of days to confirm" or "we will TRY to reroute." I don't want to be told that I "don't have to worry" and then the exact opposite of what I was told happens. I fully expect the package will be delivered. And that I will have to deal with the hassle of sending back the package. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Overstock.com again. I've had nothing but good experiences with other comparable online companies. I will be ordering the right print from one of them.

*DO NOT BUY IT*

First upon arrival you realize you over paid $200 for the couch. (Google the brand on box)
The couch itself it is HORRIBLE quality. Most uncomfortable (hard) and awkward couch you will find. The material is so bad. When you use it for 3 times, it will leave indented marks on the foam. Very visible and wont go away. It only gets worst!
One week with this couch barely using it. Only me and my wife, the couch looks atleast a year old.
SO once I contacted overtock about the problem. They said I would receive a call back in 2 business days because they had to open a case and everything was backed up due to the pandamic.
I called back again a week after, they tell me the same thing. Until they finally called me, exactly 31 days after the purchase. To tell me it had been 30 days and they couldn't do nothing about it! READ THAT AGAIN, BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH OVERSTOCK
COMPLETE JOKE!

Customer service worst I have ever encountered in my life. This store is garbage and shouldn't exist. They oversell the quality of the items 5x over. I was just shopping for watches and they were selling a watch $97 and they out a MSRP: $890? What the **** is this ****? ******* GARBAGE. Then the ******* customer service exits out of my chat 2 times while I'm in the middle of responding for "taking too long to respond". ******* garbage. Now I sent the watch that I ordered back I order to buy Christmas presents for my ******* children. It got there yesterday and is yet to be processed I got on chat once again they said it's going to take about 5 days to process? 5 ******* DAYS? Then shipping is going to take another 3 days to ship out and a week to get here. It's gonna be a sad Christmas up in this mother******. ATTENTION THIS SITE IS THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE I SWEAR. DONT SHOP HERE YOU'LL regret it so much. I DO

I have never gotten anything from them that was not complete garbage. Sheets 1000 count last for 3 months and then you can throw them away.
