I ordered a two week supply right from the start, and today they arrived in a nice refrigerated box. I tried the Chicken Pilaf. There was barely a spoon full of rice under the chicken. The chicken breast was OK, but the veggies side-dish - carrots and green beans - no taste or seasoning whatsoever. Left me unsatisfied and frankly, I'm not even looking forward to tasting all the choices I ordered. I will eat and review them, so far not impressed at all. If every dish is like this, I will cancel this subscription in the next few days.

So today we ate the Chicken Parmigiana and the Penne with Meatballs. The Penne with Meatballs were acceptable but not more than three stars and very little for an adult meal. The Chicken Parmigiana was Chicken; it had nothing to do with Chicken Parmigiana which should consist of a breaded chicken breast topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella, parmesan or provolone cheese. It was a chicken breast with some gooey tasteless cheese and tomato sauce. Not horrible but nothing I would ever order again. The steamed with no flavor whatsoever broccoli was inedible. To my surprise and Freshly credit, as soon as my review (the top part) was posted I was contacted by a Customer Service Rep (name unknown), which wanted more feedback and gave them exactly what I wrote in the review. All in all, it's very disappointing, and I'm not sure what other people were ordering and gave them 4-5 Stars, maybe they compare it to frozen dinners from the grocery store.

Mostly they sell crap - you can get lucky when buying things from them. Considering they are already very, very cheap and take 50% of from the merchant it's more of a switch and bait operation with exceptions. Call centers again outsourced and you get lucky if you understand what they are saying.

I have never gotten anything from them that was not complete garbage. Sheets 1000 count last for 3 months and then you can throw them away.

Fast shipping and good prices, if there is a problem they actually try to help. Negative - their call centers are in mostly in the Philippines so it's hit or miss, but you can ask them to transfer you to the US.

Sometimes you can get lucky, the stores are nice. The people or geek-squad are complete morons probably an 80 IQ if not lower. I have been in IT for over 25 years and the things I heard there you can't even make up.

Get it from http://dtime.store/ or http://http://www.jamgua.com/ it's the same guy but operates out of Singapore. the dtime store has cheaper prices because he can have it shipped directly from China, vs having it shipped to Singapore and then to you. In any case what I have received is perfect service, the guys name is Adrian and he'll bend over backwards to make you happy.

I'm with Julio. Got 2 watches, both non-functioning and one had a loose crown and locking clasp.
Stay away from them I just threw $500 in garbage.

Do not buy anything from them. I just received what appeared to b a gorgeous replica of a Panerai Submersible Flyback. It simply does not work! It is supposed to be Automatic but nothing moves. I have watched several YouTube Videos about how to manually wind it but still nothing. Sending it back is not an option since it's completely cost prohibitive. I just send a small package to my sister in Switzerland via the USPS (20 ounces) and it cost over $50.-
