I ordered 250 business cards on 3/29, and paid $20 to have it on 4/9. It is now 4/20 and I still don't have my order nor has it been shipped out. I had used their UV tool to create my business card, somehow that was misaligned, and the ten minutes I took to fix it pushed my order THREE DAYS from the original expected delivery. So it doesnt ship out on 4/9, it doesn't doesn't ship out on 3/12 so I message these people for a FOURTH time regarding my order on 3/14 asking like? Where is it. They tell me they would expedite my order and it will be here by 4/19. Today is 4/20 and the order has not shipped out. I am speaking to someone currently about a refund and they say they can only "refund the shipping since it is an 'estimated' delivery date". How do you underestimate by almost two full weeks? For ONLY 250 CARDS. Anyways they keep telling me "we can only refund you partially for the shipping and still send you your order" I don't want my order, I want a full refund. I feel bad for the customer service reps because they are not given the tools they need to help customers out. They are used as a barrier between customer and management so that it's not management getting their a** chewed. Absolutely terrible company I do not recommend them to anyone.

Upset customer

I am from Indiana and decided to go to a helicopter conference in California, at the Robinson Helicopter Company. Since I have a helicopter business, I decided that I needed to take business cards with me to hand out with special pricing. I went on the web and found overnightprints.com and actually saw that they had an overnight shipping option. I ordered the business cards on March 7th, 2019 and was happy to see that there was a guaranteed delivery date on check out for March 8th. I left for my conference on March 10th and followed tracking to see that the business cards arrived my home in INDIANA on March 11th! When I contacted the company, explaining that the point of having overnight business cards was to have them with me for the conference, they offered to refund part of the shipping. They just did not get the big picture! The business cards had special pricing for this event on them. When I returned home after the conference, I had a box of worthless cards! $61.41 wasted!

So i ordered cards on 9/28 and ordered expedited shipping. They were promised for 10/4.3 full business days before the event. When i hadnt received a shipping confirmation by 10/6 i used their live chat and was told they put in a request to expedite. (which i KNEW was useless but what else could i do?) when they hadnt arrived by the time of the event... there was nothing i could do. On 10/11 i contacted their live chat again and basically got the same response. At one point i actually asked it if was a bot.

Eventually i got a number from the agent to call to talk to a supervisor, which it turns out is just a main number. I've waited on hold for like... 15 minutes in silence, then the call dropped.

Point is, they work in a time sensitive industry. Their name is actually overnight prints. Its been 2 weeks. No prints. No shipping confirm. One whole week past the promise date. At this point, what i ordered is useless and to this point, all they've offered to adjust is the expedited shipping.

I have the transcripts from the chats to back all these claims.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

TERRIBLE customer service

I have been ordering from OP for years now, most recently their booklets. I paid extra for 100 lb. paper, as I have in previous orders, and I paid for expedited shipping so it would be here in time for an event. The product I received was NOT printed on 100 lb paper, but something far cheaper and inferior. For the last two weeks, I have been sending images, as requested by their customer service dept. I have sent all angles, multiple pieces, side-by-side with the previous order, etc. Today they told me that I have to mail them 3 samples so they can see them in person! Not only do I not have TIME for this, but they refused to give me a pre-paid shipping label and said it would be a "minor cost" on my part. Excuse me, but I shouldn't have to spend more time and money to get THEIR mistake handled, especially after a two week run-around. They were fully aware of the problem weeks ago and decided today that I have to send them in. They refuse to re-print or refund these and are therefore going to lose my future business. I am shocked that a company would choose to treat any customer like this, especially on that has been with them for years... They have only offered empty apologies and have cost me more inconveniences, and my small business MORE MONEY! Bottom line: what I got is not what I paid for and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops for weeks on end and spend more money to get what I ordered.

I placed an order with OVERNIGHT Prints on March 20th of 23. As of today, I have not received my order from the company named OVERNIGHT Prints - actually funny, there is nothing overnight about it or nothing reasonable that almost 30 days after my order I do not have my business cards. The thing that gets me is that ONP still cannot even tell me where my order is in the que, which is funny as the reviews seem to be very good about this company, personally, I would not recommend this company for anything. They Seem disjointed and are probably taking orders then farming them out to other companies adding days or weeks to their Over Night Print promise...Good luck if you use them, I will not again.

I chose this company since they had the dimensions that I needed for my print, and a variety of delivery dates to choose from at checkout. I chose December 8, so that would get my prints in time for the weekend when I needed them.

Not only did they miss my delivery date, but there was no communication to alert me of this delay. In my account I could see that my order was "In Production", so I reached out to customer service to get more detail about where in production they were and how soon I could receive my order, which was now showing as December 14. The response I got was "The order status is in production,"... real helpful.

I responded to get confirmation that the delivery date would be December 14 and no later and received no response.

I reached out a couple days later. My order (100, single-sided, black&white 8.5x5.5 prints) was still "In Production" - given the small quantity and simple nature of the job I knew this was not true. I asked for a refund, or upgraded shipping due to their delay. They told me it was "in the final stages". The next day I asked for an overnighted tracking number by end of day, or I would dispute the charge due to not receiving the product and having had no proof or meaningful communication. The response was that my order was "in the final stages."

I'm not sure what issues this company is having, I had read plenty of good reviews, but this is unacceptable. Good communication could have fixed a lot, or any attempt to make things right would have helped, but they just don't seem to care.

They don't care about customer service or quality. I've been doing business with them for over 10 years and always received perfect product. These days the product is awful. My latest business card order had issues with smeared corners and spot UV not being anywhere close to being aligned. I contacted customer support and they offered to reprint the order but would NOT prioritize the shipping. I waited about 10 days to receive the order AGAIN and to my dismay the order was EXACTLY the same. They didn't even try. When I contacted customer service again, I honestly wanted to work with them. I really wanted them to get to the bottom of the quality issue, but Sergey (The only dude you can talk to about customer service issues) pretty much told me to get lost. He didn't want to investigate. He said that they would NOT reprint the order again, wanted me to SHIP the defective cards back to them before they'd issue a refund. I actually didn't care about the money, I really wanted a quality product, but they just don't care at all to make things right!

I have ordered business cards and paid extra to have them reviewed by designer since I used custom design.
When the order was delivered the cards were printed with margin errors.

If you are not in a hurry and can wait a LONG time for your prints, Overnight Prints is OK. But you should definitely ignore their estimated delivery times and assume your print order will be delayed.

Then their customer service reps will not be able to do anything to help you. They will just submit a ticket to production and production will ignore it.

I made the mistake of having invitations printed. Since it's time sensitive, there is no way I should have relied on Overnight Prints to get the job done in time.

I placed the order on 5/18/18 and as of today (6/4/2018), still don't have the prints. Last week they said I would have them today. But of course, as of today they are still being printed. Customer Service said to call back at the end of the day to check on the status but they won't know anything until the job gets shipped and can't do anything. So I guess they want me to call back every day at the end of the day. What good is that going to do? They can't seem to ever get "production" to do anything. Everyone just has to wait and pray.

I should have searched for reviews before I made the mistake of using Overnight Prints.

Don't make the same mistake I did!

Poor customer service

I ordered 2500 business cards 8/8/23 and paid extra for delivery on 8/14. The cards did not come so I looked on the website and saw my cards had not even been printed yet. I contacted customer service and was told they would let "them" know I was on a deadline. (I had a huge marketing expo on 8/23) I was also told to contact customer service when I received my cards and they would give me a discount. On 8/21, I contacted customer service again (the cards were being printed) and asked them to expedite shipping because I needed the cards by the morning of 8/23. I was told they were positive they would ship them ASAP. Well, 8/23 came and went. I had to make other arrangements with higher priced merchandise since this company did not do anything that they advertised. On 8/29, my cards arrive. 8/30, I contact customer service again explaining I was told I would receive a discount for my late order. I was given an $18 credit for my next order…what? Why would I order from these people again? I told them I no longer needed the cards so I would return them unopened for a full refund. I was told they would give no refunds for unauthorized returns and that I had been given my $18 credit, the difference in price between basic shipping and the expedited shipping fee I had paid. This is absolutely no appropriate response to an obviously poor business practice. I was not contacted/notified at any time that my order would be delayed. I was not given the option to cancel my order. The business ethics and customer service are lacking and I would never use this company again. By the way, there are tons of complaints filed with the BBB regarding this company. Stay away!

Worst customer service ever! I had a client needing a rush order. I sent the order of cards in with the quickest shipping possible. Did not receive a confirmation email of the order. Then called to check on the order to make sure that it actually did go through and yes it did, but no email. Requested an email again and still no email. Then I finally receive the prints and they are pixelated! They look terrible and some of the prints are crushed because of the bad packaging job. I immediately called overnight prints and they directed me to an email address for contacting customer service with photo evidence. Did so, explaining I would just prefer a refund since they are not a quality I can give clients and had to go elsewhere to replace. Overnight prints claimed it is a customer error and not their processing team. Why have a processing and print team if you don't check quality and send bad print product? Why not contact the customer notifying them of the error before printing? I have used this company previously and they were great with emailing and notifications. Now nothing! Maybe new AWFUL management. I did what was right as a business owner with GOOD customer service and when I received this terrible product I immediately went to another print company receiving quality, and am now eating it. Stay away if you want quality and service.

This means that the file that was uploaded is what caused the print to come out the way that it did. This would be deemed a customer error but we did offer to reprint the order with updated files but asked that you paid for shipping. I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND THE PRINTS CAME TWO DAYS LATE. I NEEDED THEM ON THE ORIGINAL DUE DATE. LOOKING AT FEDEX SHIPPING HISTORY, MY ORDER ONLY MADE IT TO FEDEX AT 11:55 PM THE NIGHT BEFORE DELIVERY WAS DUE. I ORDERED THEM 5 DAYS BEFORE THIS DATE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered business cards for a friend which i needed in a hurry, so i was delighted to see this company - until i dealt with them. I got an automated email that told me to create an account so i could find out what was wrong with my order. When I did, i got a message that said "Bad Queue," with no explanation. It told me that there was a problem, and sent me to a list of 1000 glitches they have with their templates - one of which i used - but wouldn't tell me which one, so i could fix it. My choices were to "proceed with order," in which case they wouldn't take responsibility for whatever mistake is in their template for this card, or "edit," which i did, but they then used that as an excuse to delay the order by three days, which i had just put in earlier that day and paid extra to get it, not overnight, which costs $30 extra for $7.00 business cards, but in four days - now seven. The whole point of "overnight prints," i thought, was "overnight." Stay away. This is a scam. I wish they didn't have my credit card information.
