I have been ordering products here and there for years and have never had an issue. I think their products are priced accordingly for the most part for what you get. The color is always good and the website is super easy to use! I am happy with everything I have ordered so far and shipping is great!


LOVE the quality of the luxe business cards and the post cards! Everyone comments on them and to me, that helps my small business stand out!


I have ordered shopping bags from this company for the past 5 years and they have been great! My recent order came in and the grey in my logo was almost as white as the white, and didn't show much contrast. Their resoning is that it was because "they changed it". They were great about getting them reprinted and waived the cost to match the darker grey, but said I would have to pay $100 each time in the future to match it. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth... they should just match it anyway - the cost of adding a logo is significant!


I have been ordering from OP for years now, most recently their booklets. I paid extra for 100 lb. paper, as I have in previous orders, and I paid for expedited shipping so it would be here in time for an event. The product I received was NOT printed on 100 lb paper, but something far cheaper and inferior. For the last two weeks, I have been sending images, as requested by their customer service dept. I have sent all angles, multiple pieces, side-by-side with the previous order, etc. Today they told me that I have to mail them 3 samples so they can see them in person! Not only do I not have TIME for this, but they refused to give me a pre-paid shipping label and said it would be a "minor cost" on my part. Excuse me, but I shouldn't have to spend more time and money to get THEIR mistake handled, especially after a two week run-around. They were fully aware of the problem weeks ago and decided today that I have to send them in. They refuse to re-print or refund these and are therefore going to lose my future business. I am shocked that a company would choose to treat any customer like this, especially on that has been with them for years... They have only offered empty apologies and have cost me more inconveniences, and my small business MORE MONEY! Bottom line: what I got is not what I paid for and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops for weeks on end and spend more money to get what I ordered.

Tip for consumers:
spend the extra money on another company - this one is NOT worth the headache
