I have ordered business referral cards 3 times now. First experience was good got the order within a weeks of ordering. 2nd time paid extra for expedited shipping took about a month to get them after multiple emails to them expressing my unsatisfaction, did not get my expedited shipping fee back. Figured I would give them a 3rd chance... Ordered Feb 4th paid for overnight expedited shipping still have not recieved them and on status it is showing in production. Just emailed to get an update as I am sure I will not get the overnight shipping reimbursed. I DO NOT suggest ordering unless you have a month or more before you need them. NEVER pay extra for shipping as it doesn't appear to matter to them. Will update once I get my cards as to how long it took for my "overnight" prints that I paid extra shipping for..
The business cards I ordered were at an amazing price, they were great in quality and shipped to me very fast! Great service! Definitely would recommend them!
WARNING, DO NOT EVER PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE WASTING MONEY AND VERY DISAPPOINTED: this company has gone way downhill. They may want to check themselves. Their quality control has gone way down. Cards get cut crooked and I have to send a ton of pictures and they take forever. They've printed the incorrect cards from what I ordered. I can no longer trust them to deliver the product they once did. I'm very disappointed, because I have used them for years. I order cards to our entire company. These people can't hand out crooked cards when they actually receive them after months of waiting. Now I need to find someone else to hopefully deliver a much superior product.
The interface was responsive and quick. This company has a system that makes it very easy to create the preferred business card design.it's a great experience
Not overnight, not great quality
It seems like when you order from a company called OVERNIGHT prints and then pay for expedited shipping, said item would arrive overnight. However, that was not my experience with Overnight Prints.
First, I got a message that my order was delayed. I spent all day emailing, using chat and even Twitter to find out how long it was delayed so I could figure out if I needed to make alternate arrangements. I got no answer until an automated message in the middle of the night that my order had shipped.
When it arrived, the cards I ordered did not have the envelopes I ordered, so they were essentially useless.
I was promised new envelopes would be shipped. It's been a full week since I placed my order and I'm still waiting.
Customer service is only willing to refund shipping, even though the entire order is useless when it's this late and has no@#$ envelopes. I'm astounded at what a poor experience this was, I will never use this company again and will loudly advise everyone I encounter against it. What an absolutely terrible experience.
I ordered Business cards for a Political Campaign on the 6th, I paid extra for Shipping which was going to be 3 days. The cards did not arrive until the 18th, and look at though they were done on a home printer, and cut out with Scissors. Nothing is squared up, nothing aligned. I gave up on these scam artists and went to Staples on the 17th, and had 2000 HighQuality cards later that afternoon. I could not possibly be more adamant about this warning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a set of business cards and VERY carefully followed their instructions and bounding box for alignment. When I got them HOLY HELL they were awful. Nothing was cut straight, NOTHING aligned with the bounding box and NOTHING was consistent. I tried to reach them for a credit and they offered a laughable $8 credit toward their site (as if i'd buy from them again). They said THEY DON'T GUARANTEE THE WORK WILL BE STRAIGHT? Like what? You make business cards! You can't caveat all of your poor workmanship and pretend it's covered. I'm sorry. I run an apparel company and I can't say "we don't guarantee the shirt will have two sleeves" and just expect customers to be okay with that. THEY ARE A SCAM.

After reading your review it seems that you were told that the cards were found to be within our tolerance, allow me to clarify. For our printing services, we trim anywhere from the safe zone line to the full bleed line. Though we try to cut on the trim line, due to the nature of our cutting, it may shift up to a 1/8 to 1/16th of an inch, which could leave an uneven border around the sides. Overnight delivery was promised for an order I placed on October 6th, 2022. I ordered these for a conference that lasted three days, which was located at a hotel 1,000 miles from where I live.
The order was not printed until October 21st, to which Overnight Prints stated was an "error". They only printed the order with their 3rd-party fulfilment, after I filed a credit card dispute, which they put the effort in to fight and overturn by providing "proof of delivery" to my credit card company; again, this is *weeks* after I ordered and paid a premium for expedited printing and shipping.
They proceeded to ship the order to the hotel (where the conference ended weeks ago), where it was *not* signed for by the listed recipient. I am not in receipt of the order, and have no way to retrieve it or gain possession of it.
Here is their official response from their representative:
"Greetings,
We apologize for the delay in your order as we understand that this unforeseen delay is inconvenient.
However, according to our Terms of Services, the dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.
We regret to inform you that we can't refund the order.
Again our apologies for the inconvenience caused due to the delay."
"Inconvenient" being the word the representative chose to equate my experience of "not in receipt of goods ordered and printed weeks after the promised", for a temporary event in a locale I would have to fly to, or drive over a week to get to.
I detrimentally relied upon Overnight Prints' guarantees and advertising, notwithstanding their clever use of "Overnight" within their company name.
I used to order my cards from here because they are good quality and used to be quick. My current order: placed last Tuesday with an expected delivery date of Thursday. Friday I called to check the status and they said they were having issues with their printer and I would be notified of the status when they knew (that never happened). I call Monday and they tell me printers are working and they will put mine in as a priority to get shipped out ASAP (didn't get shipped). Tuesday I call mid day to cancel my order if it can't be shipped out on Tuesday. They tell me they can't cancel it because it's already been printed but they can't ship it out because the cut off time. Wednesday, still says "in production," so still not shipped. It will now be over a week it was expected and I am now out of cards for my business and show. I asked for transparency and communication on every phone call to see if I needed to get my cards somewhere else to get them in time. They said they will refund the rush shipping but I just needed a whole refund at this point. They clearly don't care about their customers or their business.
Used this company due to great prices but they NEVER deliver on time. They take your money and are terrible about telling you when you will actually get your order. After paying for delivery on a certain day and not receiving my order, I asked for a refund. They told me I could not get a refund because the order was already printed yet I do not have and they cannot tell me when I will receive. I am STIL WAITING
Only because of past orders am I rating this a 3. But I ordered on the 4th of July, deliverly date was for July 14th and my event was for the 16th which was a disaster without the product I ordered. I called on the 14th to find out there was a delay I should have been notified not to call myself and find out there was a problem. I have as of yet to receive my order and I am asking a full refund on the order. Not satisfied
I needed my business cards for an event. They were supposed to arrive the day before, but was delayed and came after the event. Disappointed. Print quality was good, though.
I used the pickup option for the first time ever. We got 3 sets of business cards for a great price, and saved on shipping and time by picking them up at a local mail shop. Thank you!
I tried to speak to an agent about a refund for my order because it did not arrive in the time promised. They proceeded to tell me that delivery isn't guaranteed, which I find odd considering that the website is full of advertising saying that it is. I paid over $350 for shipping to get time sensitive material that, by the time it was delivered, was useless to me. The customer service rep told me that they could only refund the shipping difference, which, to me, does not right the situation. I expected a full refund. Not only was there false advertising in this situation but a lack of consideration in validating my complaint. I now have no trust in Overnight Prints for future orders, especially since there seems to be no accountability for the claims made on the site. I had to go to another source and pay $1200 to get these items printed, which I could have just done in the first place. I chose OP because I had been pleased in the past and thought my order would be in my hands as promised. The quality was fine, so I would say if time is your biggest factor, (ironically) stay way form "Overnight" Prints

We've used this company before for printing with no issues, but it seems that a lot has changed and I won't be using them again. We placed an order on the 5/2/2022 and paid for expedited shipping twice to get it by 5/5/2022. Today is 5/12/22 and the order still says it's processing.
Customer service was practically nonexistent. We never got a response to any of our email and when I called in for help they couldn't give me any info, they couldn't give me an estimate for delivery and they couldn't refund us because the order was processing. I spent a long time trying to get any customer support at all. There was a very long wait time and the hours were limited. The online chat would not launch for me and the first few times I tried to call in the phone line also didn't work. The message telling me the hours of operations was cut short so I had to guess what their hours were (btw it's 11am PDT).
We ended up using a local printer who understood our need for a rush order and helped us out. I'll be using them over Overnight Prints from now on. I would NOT recommend this company for anything, especially not if you need it any time soon. They also seem to curate the reviews on the website. If you look at their facebook page you'll get a better idea for how bad they've become. The reviews start positive from a few years ago and quickly turn to one stars as they get closer to 2022

I am a designer. I designed and then ordered these Christmas cards through overnightprints.com for a customer. These cards were ordered in the middle of November and delivery paid to make sure my customer gets the cards back by Thanksgiving so they can prepare and mail them out for December.
When I received the cards they came RED TONED in color. Their faces looked SUNBURNED! Obviously an error in printing because the whole card is red in color.
As you can see from the photo (the center stack is from Overnightprints.com) the other photos left and right of the center stack I printed from my own ink printer and toner color printer (that should have been to true color).
Long story short DO NOT SHOP with Overnightprints.com. They took a long time to respond back and when they did they said that I could either...
1. Keep the bad prints and they would give me a discount on future orders (First, why would I want the bad prints? My customer can not mail them out. Second, what makes them think I want to use them again even with a discount?)
Or
2. They would reprint them BUT I would not get them back until middle to late December (which defeats the purpose of sending out Christmas Cards).
No offer to reprint and overnight them for speed. No offer to refund. Nothing satisfactory.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Had business cards overnighted to a hotel for a conference I was speaking at. They screwed up the cards. It's been 10 days later and over 32 emails with them (first email included the order number, the proof I had approved, and a pic of the awful mess they had sent) and they still keep responding in broken english and won't give me my money.
DO NOT GIVR THESE PEOPLE YOUR TRUST, YOUR MONEY OR YOUR BUSINESS. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
I ordered business cards through overnightprints.com, because I needed them fast, and I hoped they would do the job sufficiently. It was not clear to me that I needed to select any particular option in order to receive the prints quickly, but apparently you do, since it took about 2 weeks to receive the cards! Not only was it slow, but I opened the envelope my cards were unceremoniously stuffed into, and they were poorly printed. I have a graphic design background, so I know I set up my bleeds correctly, but the cards almost all had a white edge (it was supposed to be blue). It looked like the whole thing was printed too high and the color got cut off on the bottom. Also, the edges had a strange orange tint, and some were damaged because of the poor packaging. I was very disappointed, and I want to warn others that the quality may not be up to par. Also, I feel that the name of the company is quite misleading--it is NOT overnight, or even necessarily within a week. I didn't get around to calling the company until after the 30 day deadline (which also was not obvious on the site) so I cannot receive a reprint, or repayment. So, I hope you have better luck, but watch out.
Despite paying a substantial premium ($70) for "buy it today, get it tomorrow" service, my postcard order was not shipped for 4 days, and it was shipped on a Friday with the "no weekend delivery" option selected, meaning that it did not arrive for until Monday, the day after the event I needed it for. I contacted support via chat multiple times, but and was repeatedly assured that it was being expedited and that I could contact them to discuss a refund after it arrived. After it arrived late, I contacted them multiple times by e-mail and chat, and have gotten no response.
I had also attempted to use them for a trifold brochure last year, but was unable to get the website to accept the design - it repeatedly reported issues with size/positioning of the full bleed file, and given the warnings I was not confident in having it printed with the company. I ended up ordering through Vistaprint, where the same design files were accepted with no problems and came out great.
I have used this company for ~15 years, but their technology has not kept up and I also no longer trust them to stand by their delivery commitments.
UPDATE: after spending literally an hour on a chat session, the eventually agreed to a $40 credit (initially offered as a credit on a future order, but they agreed to give it in cash when I indicated I would not be ordering from them again. This doesn't come close to making me whole on my $220ish order that I can't use. (Particularly since I also had to reorder from Staples to make the deadline.) They repeatedly emphasized that their delivery promises like "buy it today, get it tomorrow (TM)" are just estimates, and don't amount to an actual promise of any particular service speed.
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
