My experience with NZSale has been great. I have purchased many items ranging from bulk deals on products I love and use a lot, to products I wanted to try and was happy to find for so much cheaper than their standard retail price. The range of brands and products is so good that I have ended up doing much of my shopping on this website alone.
I like that NZsale has a range of products from homeware, clothing, baby gear, shoes etc. And the products are very inexpensive.
Waited well over a month for 4 of them, saw that they had arrived in the country after tracking them; in the end never got them due to stock, got a refund instead. :((
Last item bought 4/11/16 - waiting over a month and a half - hopefully I will get them tomorrow with luck.
The on-line purchase was easy with all my details stored from a previous purchase. Received confirmation emails and the dress turned up within the timeframe advised. Very happy.

The time frames from placing your order to receiving it can be lengthy. Can't complain when your saving a couple of bucks however if more care was taken when packaging for delivery to ensure beauty essentials weren't going to get damaged or leak it would be the whole experience that little bit more great.

I had a product which needed to be returned, and I was so impressed with the service I received during this time. My queries were handled quickly and with a friendly and efficient manner. I was able to return the product to a NZ address (rather than the overseas vendor), and the refund was processed promptly. I have purchased many, many items through NZ Sale and have always found the products to be wonderful but it's a relief to know that if something goes wrong NZ Sale will help you through the process and make it right. NZ Sale always have great products & brands at pricing that is unbeatable. Why buy second hand when you can buy the same product from NZ Sale new!
On the whole, dealing with NZSale is easy and a pleasant experience. On occasion however the products are not of the quality or nature describe, but NZSale's return policy allows for these to early be returned. However if NZSale have shipped the incorrect item, the customer is still expected to return the item at their cost. This I feel, is not a fair process. If I've changed my mind about an item ordered, fair enough. But getting an item different from the one ordered is not my fault in any way. The process in dealing with incorrectly sent items should be made much easier - other online retailers take care of the entire return process for an incorrectly sent or faulty item.

Easy to shop, however the delivery times can be vague. Sometimes it says it in transit, but it can still take weeks or even months to arrive.
