Nzsale is my main online store I go to. There is plenty of variety, and the price range would have something to suit everyone. I have generally been really happy with my purchases. I have seen that some RRP's seem to be exaggerated when I have seen the same item elsewhere.
I had a product which needed to be returned, and I was so impressed with the service I received during this time. My queries were handled quickly and with a friendly and efficient manner. I was able to return the product to a NZ address (rather than the overseas vendor), and the refund was processed promptly. I have purchased many, many items through NZ Sale and have always found the products to be wonderful but it's a relief to know that if something goes wrong NZ Sale will help you through the process and make it right. Thanks team!
Took a month to get here and when it did it wasn't the earrings l ordered. The quality was very inferior.
Better off taking time out to go to the shopping centre and picking your own stuff that way you know what your getting
Online shopping at NZSale can get pretty addicting! I cannot go to sleep without checking the daily deals on my NZSale app. All items I ordered were always within the timeframes indicated. There was one order I placed which was late but the customer service staff are quick to respond to the my questions. Returns are also easy and quick to be processed. I order shoes which were too big. Got the refund back within 2 days. I just wish there was the option to get either the voucher or money back on your card. Other than that, it's still a very great online shopping place for me
Not sure if you can already do it, but I haven't figured it out. As you have to wait for the deal to close before shipping, it would be good to know when the deal closes. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my purchase now.

I love the convenience of NZSALE! It is relaxing to search through the sales daily. I get excited to see the new products pop up daily. It is also amazing to be exposed to products from overseas that you cannot find in stores. Although at times it can take a while for your parcel to arrive it is fun to get home one day and find it waiting at the door.
Be aware that NZ sale changed their return policy recently that makes return / refund very difficult. They used to state clearly if a product is refundable but now they simply show on page refer to our return policy. When you do request a return they decline it without giving reasons. After much persuing and probing their robotic answering system, you find out because it is from a warehouse stock so no retuen is allowed.

I have had orders unfulfilled, never delivered and cancelled. Have bought a great deal through NZ sale over the last few years, but recently they have become unreliable and it's just frustrating paying for things and never getting them. The latest issue was an order that was partly missing items, which they can't give me an explaination for and want to issue a refund voucher which is no use to me as I am leaving NZ in two weeks so any voucher used to buy further items will be too late... I have requested a refund for missing items to my credit card as stated in their own Terms and Conditions # 24, but keep getting told that I can have a voucher. $115 wasted with nothing to show for it. NEVER AGAIN and will advise others not to use this site anymore.

Great bargain but sometimes the items aren't as good quality as expected. Delivery is also great on most items. Customer service is great even if you can't call them and can only be reached via email. Returns also processed promptly.
I placed 2 orders in the 1st week of January 2020 it is now 2nd week of February 2020 no orders no refund. I've been checking the tracking and the number is non existent and found out 1 order after a month has just been cancelled with no communication from NZ sale and no refund has been deposited either. This website is shocking i will never use them again shoppers beware!.

They take your money and then tell you they can't supply, and then don't refund the money, just give a store credit. Another time I ordered black shoes and was sent brown, they obviously had no black ones left so hoped I wouldn't notice! No apology or responsibility taken by them, just a store credit. I'll never deal with them again.

I felt strongly about writing a review after reading some very negative feedback about NZSale which I stumbled across AFTER I placed my order. I was very concerned however, quite the opposite. I saw a Quilt Cover which I missed out on as my decision making was too slow. But our of curiosity I thought I'd pop into their Te Rapa store. Ladies their great.
Although mainly clothes on shelves and looks like a typical outlet store. Never the less I explained my situation to the shop assistant and how disappointed I was and to my amazement they located the exact Quilt Cover and size... package was a little crinkled so once again got a further discount. Not bad for a popular white king bed cover along with the Quilt bought from NZSale for less than $90 in total for quality products.
I have been a customer for a least two years, I do most of my gift and clothing & Accesories shopping through out the year. I am so ready for Christmas, all my gift shopping done, with no crowds and delivered to my door. New sales daily great selection of products to choose from.
Getting what I want for little fuss and good value is becoming even easier. The range of products available is getting better and more extensive. I like how I can track the progress of my purchases too.
I have had a terrible time with the customer service at NZsale. I purchased a refurbished iPhone6s for $600 and have been waiting for over 2 months now for it to arrive (which still hasn't come). I have spoken to many different customer service reps on multiple occasions about where my order is and why it is taking so long. The response I have had is not good and doesn't sound genuine or that they care about my order. I feel like I am being lied to and that I won't ever get my order. On their website it says my order has been dispatched but they have not sent me a tracking number/it doesn't seem to be working or that they are doing anything about fixing it. It has been a week and a half since my order was sent out and have had no phone show up or any update at all. I am extremely frustrated and upset by the service I have had. I would not recommend buying off this company at all! My order number ******* to make this right.

Always inspired by the creative choices available and the geographical sourcing is intelligent and displays a finesse in understanding quality. On the rear occasions a product fails to perform the company is swift to respond and re absorb the product offering immediate credit to re select a more suitable item.
I can personally say that i have never had any problems with NZSale with any of my purchases. What i love is that theyre super easy to communicate with if perhaps youre unsure of anything as well as your order is easily trackable simply by looking at your order. They keep you super informed with all the deals, and nothing has ever come in damaged or looking anything other than the product shown.

Nz sale is great. They always have a great range of products to browse through and buy. Buying is easy and shipping is great! Super fast. Iv been happy with everything I have brought off nz sale so far.
Over the years I have got some great deals from NZSale. Shoes, clothes, for me and for my children. Bulk household items and personal items. I check the site most days to see what great deals they have on.
It is a real privilege to have your shop around where I can get the best of international labels for a very reasonable price.
The variety of stock is also very interesting, I become addicted to your shop where I buy my beautiful and unique dresses, great italian shoes and also

Your staff are in general, very friendly and prompty help with ideas and good knowledge about the stock.
I have been also buying your products online and I never have problem with the quality and service offered.
