I've had mixed experiences, I have received some lovely, well packaged items and twice have received totally wrong items. In the wrong was a blue leather handbag I ordered came as a black pvc one and an iPad mini keyboard I ordered I received an iPad Air 2 thing for. I have yet to send that back. Sometimes things take a while to come. But when the right things have come I've been very happy with them.
I had my doubts over the amount of time for delivery but the wait was worth it given the price I paid for my products. The website clearly outlines how long delivery might take so you aren't mislead and well I am one happy customer who will definitely order products again... Love love love the items that I purchased. Would definitely recommend to anyone
Some of the sales here are amazing, great prices and speedy delivery. Some need a little work, I mean they still have the great prices but the delivery or at the very least the communication. I ordered a christmas present (with a ton of time to spare) and I was fine with the several week wait for delivery but what did not impress me was that when the stock didn't arrive on time there was no email to say "Sorry but you're going to have to wait a little longer for X as we're still waiting on the stock" and was there a message to let me know it had finally sent? Of course not. Please get it together NZSale

Great range to choose from with prices that make it hard not to buy things. Only thing id love to see improved is the time it takes to have it shipped out other then that the items themselves are fabulous

I have bought numerous items many times from the NZ sale website as well as visiting in store and have found my shopping experience to be positive and enjoyable. There are many quality items at unbeatable prices and delivery has always been prompt and reliable. NZ Sale would be my favourite online shopping website and would highly recommend to others.
Mix of awesome and average shopping great range and great sales did have a parcel ho astray help desk sorted in end but communication with the help desk was lengthy but the sales are still tempting and I guess mail does go astray a concern that once leaves NZ sale delivery not guaranteed so would not now be spending large sums on an order that may or may not arrive

Ordered on 24th June, still haven't received item. Tracking makes no sense, says it is out for delivery then says it has arrived in the country afterwards and is in transit to a local depot. That was 15 days ago! I tried contacting through NZSale website which says I should receive a response within 24hrs, it has been more than 24hrs and I haven't heard anything. Wish I had never purchased from this site.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Extremely incompetent. Extremely poor service. Still haven't received item ordered June 24th. Tracking is a joke. Investigation into my missing order is now close to 3 weeks when I was informed it would take 5 days. I just want a refund.

Have bought a lot from this company over the years, but their customer service has rapidly downhill. Their "contact" system is cumbersome, slow and obtuse, and designed to make you give up.
Bought a pair of shoes that failed on on the 3rd time I wore them, got told as 21 days had passed I wasn't entitled to a refund and it was "fair wear and tear" without even seeing the issue.
These guys thumb their nose at warranties, the fair trading act, and the consumer guarantees act, unsure how they are allowed to operate in NZ.

Extremely disappointed in NZ Sale, so many times this year I have had issues. Orders unable to be fulfilled, orders MAJOURLY delayed and then false advertising too. I bought the Huggies nappies which said it would ship in 48 hours. More than 2 weeks later they haven't even shipped yet, unable to tell me when they will ship and said I'll still have to wait an additional 7-10 days when they do finally ship. Why advertise it as being a 48 hour shipping time if you can't meet the demands? They are no help when you try to message them, they stick with the same replies and just brush over the problem saying just apologise and say everything is out of their control. Will not be shopping with them any more.

If it wasn't for the fact that I've had some great buys from this site, I wouldn't bother using it. You personally need to keep track of deliveries because it seems the warehouses can sometimes overlook your order. A few of my orders has been delayed 2 weeks from the estimated arrival date.

Ordered on the 4th of feb for bday present.
Shipping at the latest estimated 15th of this month... It is now the 21st and still nothing.
Says its arrived in New Zealand but idk.
You would think by the name NZ Sale it would be from within Aotearoa but no they're based in Aus.
Anyway Im not mad, just disappointed.
I have received my package from china which I ordered a day later, so no excuse.
Good customer service and I'm sure the product will be fine however shipping is a no go if you need your item for a certain date. Something for the company to work on.

Some of what I have ordered has arrived, but what I bought for my young son for Christmas has not. According to your website it sat in your warehouse since the end of November and wasn't sent until I questioned it last week. Very disappointed. Not sure I will use nz sale again.
So, it took over 10 (ten) messages for them to understand what was wrong with my purchase. (bought 5 items, 3 came wrong)
Now they want me to send the wrong goods back so they can give my money back, because they don't have the 3 items of my original purchase. (and they will only give my money back, as soon as i give the goods back) - and i'm struggling to find a box that fits everything to ship for them.:(

So, i've made my 1st (and only purchase) 21st of april. Even tho they set the date for the shipping, NZSale didn't respect the deadline (by a week).
And today 17 may, got my purchase, and half of it came wrong.
Wrote them, but still no reply.
I have been trying for days to re set my password as my email is wrong but I have not received a email to do so I am also wanting to return items as they are NOT as pictured but no one will get back to me with a return address

Over the years i have bought many thing through nzsale - this is my first review.
They have great partners/vendors. I have bought designer items at high street prices - and have never been disappointed.
I've used NZ Sale a lot, to purchase women's, men's and children's clothing, plus homeware. I've definitely had some amazing deals and been exposed to both known brands and unknown overseas brands, which is interesting and means that I have access to different products than what is available on the NZ market generally. One criticism I have is that product descriptions are not always accurate (or there is very little information), butbitherwise the service has been good. Wil be back again!
Overall the system is excellent. The only downer is the length of time between ordering and receiving the delivery. We have used your service for about three years and we have come to know the drill and know, thats how it is. But if there was one thing that would make your service per-ter - faster delivery would be it.
Returns are will executed and any issues are sorted out with no complaints.
Waited 6-7 weeks for the item, after they said delivery estimate by 31st MAY. The item finally showed up on the 2nd JULY. They did refund my delivery upon request.
Get this though:
Wrote a review on trustpilot and they tried to have it removed because they're attempting to hide well deserved negative feedback.
Be honest with your customers about delivery estimates and maybe this wouldn't happen.
