Outstanding all round. Love the ability to track my order and see when it is likely to arrive. On the few occasions I have had to return items due to sizing issues it has been easy and I have promptly received a credit.
Good variety of items for sale and usually good value too.
The only thing that is annoying is how short the items stay in your cart before they are cleared! Also quite often the sizing is not correct on clothing. I. e. A larger size is actually a small. Happy with household items though!
It's really hard to get the right fit and style for you just from a picture... what would be really great is if you gave refunds instead of credits. The postage process seems to have got a bit quicker though which is great
I notice certain brands like Clarins, Clinique and L'Occitane
Repeatedly have sales where the discount is LESS than the postage (e.g. A whopping $3.00 discount on RRP - then add $8 shipping- (and then wait weeks for it to arrive) huh?) Upon querying this I was told that if I buy more I will eventually save- Really?

Ordered a gift for my sister on the 4th of October and it said it will be delivered within 14-21 days.It's been over a month now and the order has been in transit for a while. When queried nzsale as to when the order will actually arrive, was told to wait 2 more weeks when I had ordered quite early so that it would be here in time for my sisters special day next Wednesday.It is very disappointing and appalling for nzsale not to keep to their agreed delivery timeframes. I also ordered something last week from USA which has already been delivered but nzsale order which is being shipped from USA is lost in transit.

I find that sometimes. You have to wait a long time before you receive items you ordered. Also sometimes the sizing is out. Do hate having to pay to send things back when you know the sizes are not quite right Ends up you are paying for nothing

Shopping on NZSale is easy and everything is really accessible. One complaint is that when you are searching for items in the search bar, you cannot click on different items to open them in separate tabs. But this is a small complaint. Overall, I am very happy with my experience shopping on NZSale.
The website sells great products and generally the descriptions are accurate and this makes online shopping easy even for clothes. I've had to return some products previously and that went smoothly. The shipping is generally quite slow but within the stated range.
I find it amasong that there is so much price difference on things that we get in New Zealand and what you guys sell online. It's easy to access, saves a lot of movie and time as we can buy most of the things online. Only best site for shopping in New Zealand.
Waited well over a month for 4 of them, saw that they had arrived in the country after tracking them; in the end never got them due to stock, got a refund instead. :((
Last item bought 4/11/16 - waiting over a month and a half - hopefully I will get them tomorrow with luck.

The only thing I could say about you people is how long it takes for the order to arrive from when you order the goods. Also the money comes straight out of my visa and I don't receive the goods until sometimes 2 months.
I bought many things and many times from nzsales, never a failure, worst time was coat I bought was too small but posted back to depot for credit was pretty smooth.
One suggestion though is more accurate size info.
When I find a sale that I am interested in. The process to purchasing is so smooth and quick. And as for the number of sales to pick from. There is usually something that is for me. Returns are easy. But I have only has to do this once
Shopping with NZ sale is ridiculously easy, I like that I can shop at any time of the day and be guaranteed good bargains on anything I buy. Items usually arrive very quickly, and are of good quality and live up to the expectations seen on the website. I also really like the "track my order" section so I am constantly updated on my order, where it is up to in the processing stage and when I should be able to expect it.
Always have so much to offer, I buy alot of birthday presents as it is cheap and lots available, but also has your more expensive brands. Customer services is always really good for returns and refunds, also really helpful and delightful to deal with. I never feel scared or worried to buy off this website
I have had a couple of faulty orders not at fault by NZ Sale, and a few enquiries. NZ Sale customer support team were very fast and efficient to deal with their responses and fixing product issues. Every time I called the wellington number, I have been put onhold for 20 so minutes and in the end I have to leave a message which no one ever call back. I don't know if there was anyone there... I have a credit for returning goods, but I can't use it for my new purchase. I left emails and messages, no one do anything, this is the kind of service I received.

Brought a 'refurbished' phone, the phone is simply second hand. The speakers are covered in dust and dirt, there is paint chips every where, there is a crack in the screen which would cost a refurbisher about $10 to fix so sending them with cracks is really not acceptable as a small crack in the glass will affect the use of the phone and if it gets a small bump it will just continue cracking. Lastly the service from this sight has been appalling, they completely ignore the point to your enquiries, shipping was over a week late and they only started doing something about it when confronted, this is the worst transaction i have ever had and i would definitely not recommend purchasing anything from this site as your are obviously just going to get shabby cheap quality.
