I ordered a product two months before I received it. I was showing 'in transit' for 4 weeks. When I made contact with NZ sale, every reply I got it was told we are investigating and I would hear back in 2-3 days. It took 3 weeks to get a proper answer. I wanted my money back but it was not granted. I was very disappointed and it has made me cautious about purchasing from NZ Sale again.
The bad stuff is having to do returns due to wrong sizing, wrong items sent or damaged goods. This also includes any photos or other information that they should already have.
Good stuff is some very good items you can get on here and sometimes of good quility and at good prices. When doing returns the staff are always pleasant and fair with any outcome.

Great deals everyday. Prices are according to my budget. Orders are always reliable and on time at the door step. Advertisements are for all age range and for several categories. I love NZSale.nz. And even my friends have started to buy things from NZSale after seeing my products I bought.
I've used a lot of online sites and on the whole they have been pretty good but NZ Sale is my absolute favourite. I have never had a problem and if I have anything that remotely resembles an issue it has been handled and to my satisfaction. I'm a lifer.
I really enjoy receiving the email with products and going to the site and seeing affordable shopping. I love scrolling through the offers and purchasing them ( my credit card might not)

I have ordered a pair of sandals on the 17 October 2017, which was to be delivered between 04/11-09/11/2017. Today is the 6/11 and it has not even arrived to the dispatch location. Quite clearly will not be here by the latest time promised. They don't inform you about delays unless you start emailing them and even then, you only receive apologies and explanations as how it is not their fault.
I don't care who is late. I have paid NZSALE, so it is their problem to manage their suppliers better or penalize them. But they rather take your money and promise anything, which they don't care to fulfill.
I am fed up and cant wait for Amazon to set up a distribution warehouse in OZ.

I love using nz sale although the order doesn't come in days it's everything I order everytime in perfect condition so it's worth the little bit or extra wait! Nz sale has never let me down and I will definitely continue ordering off this website for a very long time! And they don't lie when they say it's a sale!
I love shopping on NZSale! There's so many quality products to choose from and all my purchases have been nothing but incredibly awesome. Plus the shipping cost is cheap and the goods have always been delivered right to the door undamaged. Thank you NZSale!
Plus side
So far all goods have arrived in a timely manner, the packaging has always been good, and generally the items are as described.
When I have needed to return items it has been done easily and reimbursements made.
Negatives
As a very regular customer! I find it irritating that a especially good bargains or sought after items are paid for arranged and then for what ever reason there are not enough and after a few weeks I am credited back with the money. This would possibly stop me using the site in the future. There is seldom an explanation as to why goods are not able to be supplied or how the decision to supply some customers and not others is arrived at.
For pensioner grandparents in their seventies. A range of affordable clothing, footwear and toys for three under 5s at this time of our lives with cost of living eating into fixed incomes. Not to mention the benefits for ourselves.

Bought a coat, the item that I received looked nothing like it. They seem to have started selling items of clothing from those cheap pop ups you see on facebook. The item bought is NOTHING like the item you receive. Will never buy off this site again. Cheap tat this is mis-sold as something else.

I have purchased from nzsale twice now. I find it a user friendly platform across devices.
The products offered are high quality, and reputable brands.
The communication from the site is clear and honest (the product specifications, shpiping costs and lengths etc) and there are some fantastic deals to be found!
The only negative issue I have found is that I spend far too much time on this site-getting lost in all the offers.

My first purchase from NZSale was a new pair of running shoes. I hate paying the store price for them beacause I know that they are so much cheaper overseas. I ordered my Asics on the NZSale website, they were a bargain compared to NZ store prices. They arrived in a week or two. Unfortunately they were the wrong size, my mistake. Returning them was so easy. Even easier than taking something back to a shop. I ordered my replacements, they came from the UK and arrived 10 days later. This experience has given me confidence to continue to shop at NZSale. Online shopping could not be any better!
The time frames from placing your order to receiving it can be lengthy. Can't complain when your saving a couple of bucks however if more care was taken when packaging for delivery to ensure beauty essentials weren't going to get damaged or leak it would be the whole experience that little bit more great.

Ordered 2 x Calvin Klein bralette and panty. Only received the tops and no bottoms thinking they might arrive later but didn't. I contacted the customer service ppl requesting they send the bottoms ASAP & their reply was - "Unfortunately we are not able to send you the bottoms as we don't keep stock of the item". Why would you advertise stock you don't have for sale!? Not impressed with their reply and only offered 50% refund for putting me out of pocket with their lies. Their customer replies were slow also, I will never be purchasing from their site again! BEWARE!

Generally good, however some of items ordered did not turn out to be the ones advertised which is very frustrating also to order and pay for a product then to be told it is not available is also annoying!

I have been using NZsale for 5 years now and my experience has not been that bad. I have bought some very nice stuff from them that gets very good remark and I have also bought some $#*!ty stuff from them which I did return and got refunded.
Yes, delivery takes long sometimes to receive orders but hey, I am not in a hurry and they eventually arrive anyway. Their prices seem to be reasonable too compare to other sites. Overall, I am satisfied with NZsale

Products arrive in good condition but sometimes take quite long to arrive.
90% of the time clothes size are correct. There was one time when the size was smaller than stated online and another when the quality was poor, looked as it was fake.
Products are promoted as a really good price, but you don'the actually save that much on them at all. Especially if you wait for sales to go on its cheaper to go to the store. Products take way to long to arrive, I wait months for some things. This makes me reluctant to buy.
