It took over 20 days to process my return, I did not get my money back. They charged me for shipping and when I bought something else with the coupon they gave me, they charged me again for shipping. My purchase was approximately November 20th. It took almost 2 months
This company sent a product that must be faulty or counterfiet. They told me if I want to return it, I have to pay postage to Australia. It is supposed to be a New Zealand company, yet they refuse to provide a New Zealand postal address. They refuse to provide a return label to send the faulty item back. I recommend everyone steer clear of this business.
Be very aware if you buy something from these scammers. They will take your money, send items that don't work, cancel orders and ignore your messages when you request a refund. They may respond to every review, requesting details, but then you don't hear from them again. I have been waiting for more than a month for a resolution on a broken electrical item that was sent to me- never worked. It is getting silly to the point they want me to hold a thermometer on it to show it does not get hot! Clothing sizes are all wrong and they refuse to give a refund. They only do credits (against the law) to buy more rubbish from them. Do not buy from them!
They sell you promises of products they do not actually have and will not get. The delivery estimate keeps changing and changing until you complain enough that they admit they can't get them.
They always say it's "unforeseen", but considering how often it happens, it is pretty much their business model to hold on to your money by lying and selling non-existent products. They say they ship from Australia, despite being called NZsale, and you have very little way of knowing where you products might actually be, if they exist at all. They also keep advertising products they say they don't have, which surely is false advertising and misrepresentation.
They should not be allowed to operate as they have become a complete scam! Don't waste your time and never order from from them as there is a high likelihood you will never see what you ordered. Avoid especially if you are trying to get presents as you will inevitably be disappointed.
Customer service is non existent. Paid for an item that never arrived despite tracking saying it had been delivered. No replies to emails messages txts and requests via their contact us page. I'm shocked and appalled they are still in business. Avoid these people
I bought slippers. However they are too small. We used the size guide. And now I have to pay $10 to return them. They won't even change for another size.
I waited ages for these to arrive. I chose nzsale because I wanted them to come form New Zealand. But they came form Australia!

Paid for a item. Didn't come contacted them. They could find. Gave them detailed info on bank transfer. They then exknowledge. Still didn't come. So I contacted them under another name. They said they had that stock. So I identified myself, then said since you have the stock when can I have my ordered. Now 4 emails later No response! Company thrives, Fraudsters. Hide behind your computers.
I have been waiting for my order for a month now I purchased my order through zippay and I am still paying and they kept saying that there's a tracking number but there is no updated info or anything do not order from them
I bought a product $148 from this site which turned up faulty. I was expected to spend another $70 to send it back. When I complained about this NZ sale said they woudl contact the vendor. I keep on getting the run around from NZ sale.
Extremely misleading. NZSALES is an Aussie company. I bought thinking l was supporting NZ growth. I still haven't got my order and as l thought is was shipped within NZ should have been here last week for when l needed it. I won't be fooled again, l would give zero stars, but l had to give one. Shame on you for misleading us Kiwis. I will never shop with AUSSIESALES again and beware shoppers, you may have to wait weeks if you get it at all
Received a bottle of shampoo leaky + incorrect product. Want me to have 20% discount to keep it? I disagree, then asked me to book a courier with their contracted courier, who never pickups. Then asked me to post at at my own cost, and redeem the cost as their voucher to shop from them again in 6 months? Again, I refused. After that, they promised to contact their courier themselves, email after email, said they would follow up with the courier, now over 3 weeks, they started ignoring me. I am sure NZSALE don't believe there is a thing called LAW in NZ. Will try to use social media and organise as many purchasers as possible.
I love to buy at NZsale, it's amazing!

If the product comes with something wrong or doesn't fit, they accept your return.

I love bargain sites like this, but I'm also a savvy shopper, and this isn't where I want cheap low quality clothing with even less detail than it'd have on their own manufacturer's site. If things that won't have reviews are listed, then perhaps they should actually be described.

I am a regular shopper with NZsale and so far have loved everything I brought bar one or two hair products which were not the best but this still hasn't stopped me from shopping with them.My only gripe is that the shipping/delivery takes way too long and it feels like forever for your items to arrive.
I love nzsale for its high brand and designer clothing & makeup at affordable prices. Awesome daily deals, the only fall down is shipping can take a while for certain products. Overall one of my favourite go to online shopping sites.
I'd buy more if you had more promos on delivery cost, which gets in the way of smaller purchases. Maybe even having 24 hours instead of 1 hour to get a subsequent item or items for free delivery would be an improvement.
Quality products with a large range of categories. There's something for everyone here. Such an easy hassle free way to shop with fast effective delivery, this site is all about high customer service!
Ordered 5 items on 27 December (******* ref) - all are now overdue. One has tracking which says I picked up the item (which I did not). Tried to follow up with "customer service" - took over three days for someone to get back to me, and the response was "tracking says this was delivered"... disgusting. I've had previous orders come through okay but I won't be using the site again - except to demand a refund (don't expect them to do so, though, they're clearly not interested in their customers).

I have shopped with NZsale for years now and to be honest I love it, I've never had any issues and everything I've purchased has been great. Yes delivery can take a while, but they do give you an estimated day etc. Just recently things have changed to $9.99 nz shipping BUT free if you spend $100 on that same site :( It's a shame as I really appreciated the cheap delivery fees which in turn has stopped me shopping as much, prob not a bad thing lol. The other annoying thing is now when I log in a stupid grid of pictures comes up and I have to pick the squares that don't or do have certain pics in them! Why? My once guilty pleasure of online shopping is ruined. Miss the old NZSale.
