The Nordstrom rack app was updated and somehow my old address was on it for shipping and I didn't notice until after the order was placed. I called 6 times and already to see if the shipment could be re-routed and the operator said yes to call back once I receive the tracking number. Their website doesn't allow you to do anything to change the order. I called the representatives and they keep lying about successfully re-routing my package. I contact FEDEX and they confirmed that they never received a change of address request from NORDSTROM Rack. So the customer service just let you waste your time and do not do anything to help you.

Ordered shoes for a gift and a month later still no item, no tracking information and no updates! I call and customer service doesn't know anything so do bother calling. I'm immediately returning and not shopping at Nordstrom Rack again! Worst experience
Place an order online and only received an email saying "sorry we're behind the schedule". No updates since then. No refund of payment either. After some time when I called them, they said they upgraded their system so the order information couldn't be found! This is the way they make money out of nothing. Be aware!
I wish I'd read the reviews before I placed an online order with Nordstrom's rack. Ordered a pair of Frye boots and they have been giving me the run around for nearly three weeks. No delivery updates online for 10 days. When I call customer service (5 times so far), I've got responses stating the package will be delivered today, or it will be delivered tomorrow, or it will be delivered in three days. The quality of items carried at Nordy Rack have been declining in the last several years. In addition, it literally takes FOREVER to receive orders placed online. Once placed, orders sit there for weeks, being "processed" while the rest of the world processes orders immediately as they come in, usually ships the same day if not the next. Bought a pair of shoes for a Christmas present. Received and they look worn, no box for them. I called customer service. All they could say is that they didn't say that the box came with them. I noted that it didn't say that they didn't come with the box. All I got was sorry, but we put in description what is for sale.

Found a pair of Born boots online at Nordstrom. They were just $5 or $10 less than other retailers so I took a chance. I didn't realize Nordstrom is selling used items at retail price! They didn't even come in a shoebox. They were in a zip lock baggie, no tags, no receipt. The box they were mailed in looked like it had been in water and had mud or mold on it! And they were clearly used with wrinkling at the toes and dirty soles. And I had to PAY to RETURN the shoes to Nordstrom? Will never shop here again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Don't bother shopping here I spoke with CS agents four times about not seeing movement on my package each and every time I was assured that the item has shipped and that it was moving and would be delivered to me by 11/8. This morning the tracking still shows as shipped I once again called between each and we should be that the item will be delivered by the end of the day the end of the day came and went and when I called again and looked at my order on my profile that item was returned and I was charged for the return label. Nordstrom rack will not try to make this huge inconvenience up to me a loyal customer since day one. Also Jess on there Twitter account said the same thing that Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack did not need my business. This company had idiot employees that were seeing imaginary tracking information and due to their delay the item sold out and they could care less. I purchased boots on August 27 and found they were too big and tried to return on October 28. I had looked for a return policy and did not know it is prominently displayed on the back. It was too late and I was assured by the employee I am stuck with the boots, but I could go on Facebook Marketplace and sell them as has she had done with several items. Seriously? Suggestions I have are put the return policy on the bottom of the receipt and offer store credit for merchandise that is still being sold in store. Last time I shop there and I will tell of my experience.
Ordered boots on Oct 12. Received confirmation. A week later they said item was delivered and sent photo of a pkg at a door, not mine! I called, we figured out the tracking # was wrong. Was told I'd receive by Oct 25. On Oct 23,24 25 and 26 I received notice that my boots were being delivered that day! Nothing came! Called again- Rep said it would be best to cancel order and refund my Paypal account. OK fine. Waiting to see when that happens. NEVER AGAIN!
Great deal you just have to dig. Unfortunately I stopped using the app after they changed it and now won't show your old purchases. I've seen others complain about this. I hope they bring this back. I now shop in the stores instead, ones in California have some amazing finds.

I spoke with customer service 3 time this week and it was such a waste of time. First of all I find it strange that all their customers service agents are names Juan with a different initial for the last name. I spoke with "Juan V" on Saturday regarding a return. I wanted to return 2 pairs of jeans and a shirt I purchased online. I've been on bed rest for 2 weeks because of surgery and missed the return cutoff day baby a day or so. He ensured me I would be receiving a label to return the items via usps in my email shortly and I would be refunded when the items are received. I waited a few hours and still didn't receive anything in my email including my junk mail and decided to contact customer service again just to make sure they had the correct email. I then spoke with "Juan E" who said the same thing and my label will be created it just takes a little bit of time because it is being created by a "Special Team" and I had nothing to worry about and in due time the label would be emailed to me. Fast forward 5 days of constant email checking I still have yet to receive the label. I contacted customer service today and spoke with "Juan S" and was told that I would not be receiving a label to return my items because it exceeded the time frame. After being told by 2 other customer service representatives that I had nothing to worry about and I would receive my label, I'm furious. I explained to "Juan S" that I was told by both "Juan V and Juan E" that my return was approved and I was ensured I would get a label he agreed and said it would be honored. I waited about a half an hour for "Juan S" to tell me I would not be receiving a label because the other 2 Juan's gave me false information. I'm so done with this company. Why waste my time and agree to helping me with my situation just to go back on what I was told?

Ordered a pair of shoes for my mum and was told package would arrive in two weeks. This is the third week. Called Nordstorm Rack and was just told" oh sorry ma'am looks like your shoe was lost in transit, so a refund would be processed". (Mind you, when i called just last week, I was informed package would arrive Friday(09/24). The whole point is not just coming on to apologize to the customer that a refund would be issued. First of all, according to rep, this information became available the 1st week after order was placed but was never notified for me to make other arrangements. My mother travels tomorrow and I'm only finding out this from the company.
You guys have no clue the inconvenience and mess you've caused the customer. And to make matters worse, refund takes 5-7 business days. At this point, I had lost it. I believe this is sheer negligence and gross incompetence on the part of the company for not notifying about the circumstances surrounding the package. At least a courtesy call or email could help. But nothing even when I kept calling and tracking the package, no update!
