I order a camera for my son a couple of months ago. I gave it to him for Easter this year and it was broken. Right out of box. My son was so sad. Do not buy from this company!
Ordered the 4 pack of sundresses. Took over 4 weeks to arrive. SIZE was really an issue. I order the XXL (largest size) received what has got to be XS, only anorexic or young teenager could wear these. No size on the tag... didn't even try to return after hearing complaints... passed them on to my granddaughters, 13 & 11 yrs old.

I placed an order for a tablet for my 7 yrs old grandson. Their "policy" is NOT to discuss orders unless they are the account holder and therefore the phone rep refused to advise shipping status! Excuse me but my 7 years old grandson does not have a credit card. I paid for the product and simply had it shipped to him in another city. Ridiculous! I am the account holder. Also their online chat system is defective. I'm not dealing with them anymore.
Customer service was actually very prompt. Unfortunately, any returnable items are "instore" credit refund and the item I ordered was far less than quality. Shipping was prompt but never received tracking numbers so... In this life, you get what you pay for... hope this helps others who are enticed into bargain on-line shopping...

I have been using Teespring for 4 years now my sister also uses this we get our hoodies and our t-shirts from them I still have the very first one that my sister got me love it is still in excellent shape the material is good material the size is exactly what you order that is what you will get you don't have to stretch it to make it fit you correctly I'm a larger person so I'm even able to get all the way up to a five or six x and some items everything I've gotten I've had no problem getting my size my sister is much smaller and she gets exactly what she orders I love this site
I give it two stars because my refund did show up. I ordered some boots on Dec. 17th. In January, the website said that my order had been shipped, but I couldn't get any shipping specifics. I sent an email, and it was answered pretty promptly, but it said that my problem had been solved. That is the same response I got to 5 different emails that I sent about the issue. The thing is, tho, that the problem was NEVER solved. They kept telling me that it had been taken care of, but it wasn't. FINALLY, they said that I was getting a refund, and it would be applied to my account. HA! They applied it to my nomorerack account, and since I never intend to use them ever again, that wasn't going to do any good. They did, finally, refund my credit card, but it was a lot of aggravation, and after every encounter, they send me an email to change my rating. That will not happen.
I don't know about everyone else's apparently terrible experiences with Choxi, but mine was absolutely great. I ordered two bracelets from them at a great price; they came right away, in perfect condition, and exactly what I had thought they would be. Again, it seems that I'm on the side of 'good experience' and most others are on the side of 'bad experience' with Choxi, but personally I have to say that I DID have a great experience with this discount website!
I ordered two items one of which is fine even though it took a long time to come. However, at the same time I ordered it I also ordered boots which never came. Got the run around with finally an excuse that it was "lost" in the mail. What gets lost in the mail these days? I gave them 2 stars because I did get the first item and they said they will refund the money for my boots. We will see.
Ordered Android tablet for 59, suit for 59, sweater for 19, socks for 10, items were track-able on their website, the quality was better than I expected for the price, and all items arrived in a reasonable amount of time (2-3 weeks). This site has incredible deals... just be very thorough about your item and compare shop with other online sites. I will purchase from them again.
Purchased a pair of Beats by Dre headphones. While they did come in a timely manner the packaging was sketchy. The headphones are clearly a knock off and not even a good one. Beats have a trademark flat cable and these are round. I immediately contacted customer service to found out how I can return them. They provided my with a RMA and a return label but will only give me store credit. Why the hell would I want to purchase anything else from them.

Are you people serious? I just sign up as a customer a week ago and ordered 10 items (before I found this site). My stuff 6/10 has showed up within a week after purchase on my door step. Shipping has been pronto! WOW! I can't believe all these negative reviews. I didn't check the dates of the reviews but I am publishing this as of 10/20/2012. Maybe the company improved. Anyway, I love this company!
I bought a lot of items from ths site but never again. Unless I am mistaken - it was not indicated on the website or order form that their return policy was 7-14 days. You could not even get a store credit if you have to return it beyond those dates. Maybe it is just the unhelpful agent that I spoke to. I suppose I should not expect much of a customer service or fair store policy from a store like this. It is not even the amount - it is the principle behind it.

I just received my first order on Jan 9th. I ordered it on Dec. 31st. It was shipped by two-day shipping on the 7th and they insured it. (Shipping for me was free.)
True, the package comes with no packing slip, so if you ordered more than one item and it is shipped separately, it could get confusing. The quality is pretty much what I paid for and my comments are the same as other complaints I've read about the microfiber couch cover - the back slides down very easily and the backing is very thin. I've yet to wash it and find out if it holds up. Still, it was a bargain and the whole transaction worked beautifully. You have to be a very savvy shopper to use this site to your advantage. Do your research beforehand and have realistic expectations, considering the price you're paying.

I purchased a pair of rose quartz earrings with sovarski crystals. They were so tiny, they would fit a newborn. In the ad, they looked adult size. Also, I bought a pair of stainless steel salt/pepper shakers. No info came with them, and they're also small. About 4 " tall, very misleading foto.

Everything I've ordered is alright but the silver earrings with amethyst stone gave me an earlobe infection, either I'm allergic to silver earrings or they were fake, or too tight :(
I ordered a couple of items from this site. I was leary at first as I never heard of them. I did receive the item w/in a reasonable amount of time considering the Holidays. However one of the items I received was not what I ordered. So I sent it back w/ the label and RMA process they provided. The item was returned promptly and they received it on Dec. 16,2013. It is now the New Year, Jan. 01,2014 and I have yet to receive any refund. Previous reviews / comments are correct... they do NOT accept phone calls, only emails. And then they do not always reply. I am in agreement w/ other. I am done w/ them. I will no longer shop with them and will stick w/ Amazon.

I've ordered from them for awhile now. In the beginning if something was out of stock I would eventually have to contact them to find out. Didn't happen too often. The last time I ordered something I was notified via email that it was out of stock and was issued a refund promptly plus credit. I only had to return 1 product and had no problems doing so. Hopefully they will continue with the great service that I have received.
I ordered 3 items from No More Racks, 1 (exercise equipment) never arrived, 1 (earrings) came broken, I did receive a bracelet in good shape. I called customer service they were so rude and unresponsive it was ridiculous. They acted like I was lying. After several hours of wasted e-mails and phone calls trying to resolve the matter, I gave up. If they need the $56.00 that badly they can keep it. No matter how good the deal seems my advise is run. This company is terrible, no integrity at all.
