I have ordered a ton of stuff from here and have been VERY pleased with everything I have received! I have received most items very timely, some way faster than I ever expected. One item did say it was delivered, but I had not gotten it, emailed got an immediate response and they re-shipped the item. My only advice is read the product description so you know exactly what you are ordering and you won't be disappointed! I recommend this site to everyone!
I ordered a tablet that won't charge for my daughters birthday! Now what? Do they care no! They say email them but it is just a waist of time! I will never shop on this website again, and I will tell people to stay away!
Placed an order 22 days ago and have not seen hide nor hair of it. They took my money like lightning, but can't seem to get my order to fedex for shipping in 22 days... feeling a little ripped off here. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor all the way around.
Posted on their FB page and it was deleted faster than they took my money. They said they hide all comments to leave room for promotional postings, the funny thing is, if the comment is positive, it is right there in front of your face. If it is negative, they delete it.
This place is the biggest scam ever. If you have placed an order, don't let it get past 30 days or it will be harder to get credit from your credit card company or Paypal.
I wish there was No Star. Most of the merchandise are cheap looking once u receive them and when you try to return this, the process is awful and then they'll give u store credit! I will never buy anything from this site every again.

I ordered a tablet, of course it was defective. They said send it back, I did. Now it's all excuses and apologies for why there is no refund. Then they say they did but PayPal says no. Don't waste your time or money. It's completely frustrating. I'll post bad reviews where ever I can about this site.
After placing an order, my credit card was immediately charged. Several days later I got the order confirmation. Never did an order shipment notice. Emailed them three times-- no response. Called twice and got referred to email. So I am now disputing the charge. They are either fraudulent or they are running this thing out a garage.

This site should be avoided at all costs. I purchased a pair of boots for a Christmas gift and within two weeks the soles fell off
When I contacted customer service they were sorry the return period was passed 14 day return window. They refused to replace the boots nor give me a credit on my credit card. I am now pursuing it through my credit card company to receive a refund. I gave them one star because they are very good at taking your money. Do not buy anything from this site it is a rip off their customer service is nonexistent and they do not stand behind their defective products.

Ordered a 12 pack of assorted camisole tops. After 3 weeks, the order arrived with 6 red, 4 black and 1 blue. Really? They said I had to email picture of items and they would give me a refund to my credit card, as I don't want a store credit. It appears from others comments that it is going to be a hassle getting a credit. Not using this website again. Also purchased "Egyptian" sheets and the quality is not anywhere near what they advertised.

I ordered 2 items from this website, and received one of them. When I contacted customer service, they gave me this BS story about them already having contacted their vendor and that someone would get back to me within a week. It's already been over a week since I placed the order. The money sure did come out of my account instantly, but when it comes to shipping my S#!@, they are taking their slow sweet time. It's not like they have to make it, but grab it out of stock and ship the damn thing. I will NEVER order from this site again. I'll stick with Amazon. Don't waste your time.

They say " At Nomorerack, customer satisfaction is our main goal."My foot Bull *****it service... They don't mean what they say. I ordered a cell phone holder.It was a christmas gift for my husband. You all know how the morning of christmas is... boxes, gift wraps every thing goes in the trash. I went in the car a couple of days later to instal it & realized that it was broken... I have the item number & they refuse to exchange it... NEVER ORDER anything from here... just a bunch of cheats who sell defected stuff.
I order a tablet and a smartphone and never received eith item (totally pissed)! I"ve attempted to contact customer service. They have not responded but sent me an email stating this issue has been resolved. So I have no refund and no product! I would not DARE Recommend them to my enemy! It's ridiculous, most people work very hard and do not have extra money to splurge. They are taking advantage of the working class!
This was my first purchase with "no more rack". I ordered 2 sheet sets. I'm impressed with the quality, so soft and has 4 pillow cases instead of two.
I placed my order on 3/17/14 & received my order on 3/27/14. That's 11 days!
Each set was in its own zipper bag, each was then placed into a plastic sealed envelope, then into a shipping box. Quick shipping, very well packaged, good quality, as well as an awesome price. Kudos. Thumbs up!
They shipped me a broken item when I was out of town and when I returned (2 weeks after shipping date) I saw the package, took pictures and sent it to them, their response was sorry you wasted your money but we don't really refund broken items after 7 days. Be sure if you buy something that you are home to inspect it because their return policy is terrible

Do yourself a favor and don't order from this website. Their products are repackaged items (that they don't inform you about) They won't accept calls on their customer service line? Still waiting for a refund for an item I send back a month ago. It is by far the worst experience I've had on an online shopping site. They should be reported and made to shut this site down.
Last week I order an item called "Bark Off". I was very happy when it arrived so quickly however when I opened it, my excited turned into extreme disappointment. The item was clearly used - it was marked and scratched and the two side buttons were stuck. It is a piece of garbage. I emailed customer service requesting a full refund - we'll see what happens. I will not buy from this web site again. I am deleting them from my email account... BEWARE

Ordered a piece of exercise equipment that arrived damaged. Obtained RA, returned item requesting replacement. Delivery of returned item confirmed and told i was given a credit. No credit even after multiple emails although still trying to get replacement instead of credit. After finally calling, told credit was given but could see clearly on my account page that it was not. Placed on hold then disconnected. Called back and spoke with supervisor, meanwhile the item that I had purchased now shows up NLA online. Four more days, I finally received the credit.
I had purchased a few smaller ticket items with a hiccup here and there, nothing outrageous, mostly inferior quality of the product. This was my first and last purchase from them.
It took about 2 weeks to receive my package, it was a gift for someone else, by the time they got it to try it on, it had been 20 days since time of receipt, and they would not exchange the jacket for a different size, or even give store credit because it was past the 14 days to return. Their customer service is sad, and I will definitely stop purchasing through them, as well as share the story with my friends who purchased from them, but wont anymore.
I ordered two items nearly a month ago, and they have yet to be shipped. I contacted customer service last week, and they fed me the line of "we have a lot of orders, we're really sorry, blah blah". They didn't even mention anything about it shipping out anytime soon, they just said they'd let me know when it does. Stay away unless you're willing to wait over a month to get your stuff.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
