Okay so I see everyone's complaints and I have to say nomorerack sucks. We ordered jewelry from there and we received the wrong stuff. I emailed 4 times... no reply...
So I searched and found a telephone number. *******225 I now have to send this stuff back with money out of my own pocket... and my stupidity kicked in again and I ordered a 2nd order of what I originally ordered. And we will see if they get this right!
They say they are going to credit my account so we will see. Highly recommend if you return something you get confirmation that they received it.
Just an FYI, I ordered from them last November 2012. Never received my item. Had fake tracking number. They in return blocked me form posting negative feedback on their website. I immediately contacted my bank, filed a complaint with the BBB. My bank refunded my money. Please warn anyone who you know who "likes" there web site. It is a scam!
Placed an order, they took my money and cancelled my order and then blamed paypal. Said they never received their money. A complete lie! Paypal had confirmation that they got their money. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE! Customer service is an email and they tell you issue has been resolved and it's not.

This website is a scam, do not use them! I am out $200 because of them!
I ordered 3 android tablets from this site on 11/29. They drafted my payment on 12/2. They shipped the items on 12/6. Yesterday on 12/15 I called customer service because on my shipping tracker it states that the sender requested items be returned to them. I called nomorerack.com customer service and she couldn't not give me an answer. I called back again today and customer service couldn't not tell me why they had requested it be returned! The guy told me they emailed the shipper and it will take 5-7 business days to get an answer! Christmas is in 9 days! I do not have time to wait! They will not give me the name of the shipper so that I can contact myself! He said he didn't know but yet he just emailed them. They will not refund my money yet either! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
The same as all of the other reviews above, ordered my daughter's gift on 12/2 it is now 12/16 and I have nothing. Thank you to whomever wrote the customer care line direct, because otherwise you call and it tells you that they are only accepting emails due to the large number of Christmas orders and then disconnects. I was sent a tracking number and yet DHL doesn't have a shipment with that number on it. Errrr... to think that online shopping would be easier this year!
P.s. Please not the response from the company "apologizing" is generic and reads the same every time. Unbelievable. Like other's I will place a negative review on every sIte I can.
Customer service is the WORST! 800 number says to e-mail them, e-mail and get no response. Bought two sewing machines, only got one. I guess they are done with me. I have emailed them eleven times and nothing...
Order placed NOV 23, and have not received. Customer Service is a joke. Don't buy from this place. The only reason I got a live person was finding an alternate number on this website. Don't answer phones, live chat doesn't work, and don't respond to emails. I finally got a "supervisor" who "listened" and said he would refund, but honestly I don't believe it until I see the money in my bank. I've already disputed with paypal, I'm going to write my bad reviews everywhere, and will complain to attorney general if I don't get my money back. A legit company would not refuse a refund for items not shipped. I was told, "we don't do refunds after 24 hours of placing an order".
Edited to add: to the lady who "for the life of me" can't figure out why anyone would review this site as badand if they did, they must be stupidwell, you may have had a great experience but we did not, so why don't you keep your opinion of whether or not I read the find print to yourself. I did read the fine print, and no where did it say "this site is a scam, and we have zero customer service". Nomorerack can suck it.
I ordered a couple of items from them. Since I work in one state and go home to my family in another, I often have items shipped to my home if I know I am going to be there. Since Christmas is around the corner, I wanted to have the ship to address to my other home. Well my mind thought one address and the fingers typed the other address. I admit it was my mistake. However, when I sent them an email asking for the ship to address be changed so my kids can get their items, they told me they cant because of the way they handle products to do so cheaply. The items haven't been shipped, I notified them 1 hour after I clicked the purchase button. So we are not talking days here. They just keep sending me emails stating there's nothing they can do. Amazon bends over backwards for its clients, but these people could care less. They seem to only be able to send canned responses back to the customers. I will never buy from them again. Lesson learned. Horrible customer service!
We purchased 2 tablets for our grand daughters for Christmas. We received instant communication that the order had been placed and would take 10 to 14 days to e shipped. A week later we received an email that our order had shipped. And a tracking number. However, when we tried to track the package it would not track. I took the tracking number to the post office. No such number existed and it had not passed through any U.S. post office. We immediately called fr an explanation. The phone rep. Said that our tablets were somewhere in the warehouse but due to the huge number of Christmas orders they had been misplaced, but could offer no logical explanation as to how a tracking number got on a package that they could not find. She asked that we give them a few more days. I did, but this time when we called they still did not have an explanation as to how they sent us a shipping number on a package that they had not yet located in their warehouse. In fact a supervisor didn't even know if that had ever received the information from the manufacturer. We cancelled the order with her and called the credit car company to make sure we were not going to be charged.
Surprise, surprise, our account had already been charged. We are now fighting to get our money back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I WELL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.
I bought a gift for my wife and no it didn't arrive on time and it really is a piece of junk, and when I tried to return it, I called customer service for 3 days only to be on hold for up to 30 min... only to be told I couldn't return it because it was a final sale, this company is a joke they say that customer service is there specialty!

Unlike most of the other reviews, we had a very positive experience with nomorerack. We ordered an xbox360, board games and clothing and received everything via fedex within 2 weeks of ordering. No problems and would definately order from them again.
I placed an order on 11/26 and as of today 12/15, this order has yet to be shipped out and no one at NMR seems to be able to help. They took my money quickly but all I receive when I call the customer service line is a generic recording and generic emails which do not address my order or problem. This was my first time ordering from them and my last. I hate poor customer service and any kind of dishonesty concerning shipping dates since as customers, we trust what we're told by retailers.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
