I should have read the reviews first. I submitted an order for a cute ring, it wasn't very expensive so I didn't think to check out the site first. I received a confirmation email from paypal and nomorerack. About an hour later I received an email from nomorerack saying that my paypal payment hadn't gone through and that my order had been canceled. I thought it odd since I had received the confirmation from paypal. Surprise! The money came out of my account and my order remained canceled. It is in the dispute status with paypal. I'd call that a scam.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Since it was google approved site, I thought it would be ok. I ordered the Dr Dre Beats on 11/22. I just received them today on 12/14. I thought I was getting a good deal, but after looking at the product, I think it's a knock off. They look really cheap. Sad that people order thinking they are getting a good deal (something they could not have afforded to buy at normal price). I was excited because at this price, I could buy one for each of my sons, plus my husband for Christmas. Now I'm embarrassed to give them to them. I'm not purchasing anything else from this site. I think everything is cheap cause it's not the real deal. Ship time is ridiculous. Don't shop here!
I ordered 3 comforters for Christmas on Dec 8th, I just received an email yesterday saying they shipped. Problem - they only shipped ONE and I have no idea which one was shipped! No details, no idea when it's coming and with my luck it will be the wrong color or size. I regret ever using this site and I wish Facebook would stop sneaking these ads in on me! I was seduced by the prices.

This was my first experience with nomorerack.com. I placed an order November 26th. And as of today(Dec 14th) I still have not received it. I called customer service which had a recording telling me to use the website, then closed the call! I did that and used the "Have us call you back" option. The first time, it started the process, then the page disappeared. I tried again, twice, with the same results. I researched further and found a different phone number. Finally, I reached a CSR. She researched my order and told me it was sent out on the 11th and SHOULD arrive on the 18th. Of course, they already had my payment when I ordered. I requested a supervisor and was told..." Due to the high volume of orders...", you know the rest! When I told him this was unacceptable, as I was leaving that day for CA, he basically replied..."Oh Well!" I will never order from them again and I suggest no one else does.
Ordered 4 tablets on Dec. 4, nearly $400. 00. 10 days have passed... haven't recieved the "promised" e-mail for processed order. Tried to contact nomoreracks at their 800 #... was informed via recording that they were not accepting calls due to high Christmas volume and was directed to send e-mail for rapid response... sent 4 e-mails... each time I recieved a return message stating nomoreracks had rejected my e-mail. I then called the corporate office@ *******225 and immediately was in contact with a rep that appoligized and stated she would put a rush on my order, easing my mind a little. Two minutes later I recieved a phone call from another rep expressing her concern and she assured me that my purchase would be recieved before Christmas. They did seem concerned. Hopefully they were not just telling me the things I wanted to hear.
I bought a sheet set from them. I placed my order on Dec. 2 and it was shipped 8 days later (LIKE THE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATED) and I got them today no problem. They are just as described and are very well made and super soft. 1-2 week shipping doesn't mean you will get it by then, it means it will ship by then.
I order 2 tablets for xmas gifts. It was $65 each and also a otter skin for my phone. The otter skin came but was the wrong size so I sent it back today. NO sign of the tablets that I need by wednesday of this week. Beginning to feel like I got ripped off. If my items come I will gladly post an update but customer service was no help. They are not even open on weekends or after 5pm. The 1-800 does not work
WHAT A SCAM! I ordered three tablets from these people on nov 25th! They took the 181 out of my account. I received ONE tablet on dec 9th and they refuse to resolve the issue!
I placed an order on Nov 25th for three tablets and the 181.00 was taken out immediately. I received ONE tablet on Dec 9th. I was told by three customer service reps that I would receive the other two tablets within 5 days. It has been five days and the other two tablets still have not arrived. All three have the same tracking number which makes sense. Since they refuse to send the other two tablets and have no way of telling me where they are, I need a refund of 122.00 which is the cost of two tablets and two different 2.00 shipping charges. I paid 59 for each tablet. I only received ONE.
Bought boxer shorts from them. 3 weeks later they showed up. Opened the package and the threads were literally sticking out everywhere, almost to the point of falling apart. I have never seen quality this bad. The best part? It was marked as "final sale" which means no matter what they will not accept a return. I threw them in the trash within 10 minutes of receiving them. Learned my lesson from this p. O. s. Company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS!

I placed my order December 1st and as of now (14 Dec 9:40 AM CST) the only communication I've received besides confirmation of my order is a (SHALLOW) promise that I will receive my goods before Christmas.
If you cannot get through on their 800 number, try their corporate number in New York, *******225.
The first person you speak with will tell you that the order cannot be cancelled because it is "processing".
Be adamant, insist on cancelling your order; and the first person will ask if you want to speak to a supervisor.
Say "YES" and the supervisor I spoke with tried the same "processing" run-around, but I insisted that the order be cancelled because it had not been shipped.
The supervisor asked for me to wait a few minutes (put me on Hold) and came back to state that the order is now cancelled and that the payment should be reversed within two to three days.
We will see...
Below are just two of the emails I have received from your company regarding this order. I have several others that are simply "scripts" that tell me you are not willing to help me with this order. I have escalated this to a paypal dispute and am requesting my money back. I have ordered from you before and never experienced this type of service. But, after this experience I will NEVER order from you again. I will also tell family, friends and associates of this experience and suggest they never use your company. This was not a difficult issue to resolve. Another order could have been expedited to me, someone at your company could have tried to find out why my order made it as far as Hazelwood, MO (check your own tracking information) and corresponded with me accordingly. Instead I can't talk to anyone (your phone customer service is not taking calls) and I just keep getting these "script" email responses such as those below. I am letting Paypal handle this issue for me, but I am very disappointed that it had to come to that. YOU could have resolved it very easily. I will definitely rate your company accordingly and share my experience with others.

This company is backed by Google Trust Store, they had excuse after accuse why my order couldn't be shipped but when I complained to the Google Trust they had my order with a tracking number ready to ship. If you complain directly to nomorerack they will just give you the run around turn your complaint into Google Trust and you get a fast response. They fixed my order 4 joys after I complained.

Sure, they offer low prices, but they sell crap. When you try to return it, they give you RMA instructions but never send a shipping label. They tell you they did, but they lie about it. If you charged something, cancel if possible. If it's not to much money, get an RMA and ship it back yourself. You can write it off or call your credit card company and place the charge in dispute.
DO NOT TAKE A "CREDIT" OR BUY ANYTHING ELSE!
My first time to order from no more rack. Got an electric tooth brush for a gift to give to my son. When it was delivered the package was wet. The tooth brush package fell apart when I opened it. I talked to a woman and she said if I couldn't put a picture of the tooth brush on the internet she couldn't help me. She could help me when I ordered but not now. I also ordered on shower head and received two. I have written every night to no more rack and havn't heard a thing from them. I ask the lady to send me a return label and she didn't. Its not my fault that the box was wet. They are not concerned and I am mad. I am 73 years old and in bad health. Thought this would help in to shop. I don't know how to put a picture of the tooth brush on the internet. No more rack, no more orders from me. The attorney general needs to know that you can't call also you can't even get anyone to call you.

The 5 star post look as scripted as there responce to Emails for product never sent some people are showing there orders were canceled do to stock running out while others clam to have received the same thing after ordering after others that are still waiting for any kind of word
Ordered on 11/27 toy truck. They sent me an e-mail stating it was shipped on 12/4. With an invalid tracking number. Tried to call customer serves but they will not answer the 1-800 number, you have to e-mail your complaint. I did get a tracking number only to find out the only thing. Shipped was the paper work. Now 12/12 tried to cancel but they refused. Now on 12/13 it still has not been shipped and no refund!. NOMORERACK NOMORE FOR ME!
I ordered the package of XL women t shirts and what I got was a package of very small t shirts. All the tags were torn off so there were no sizes on them. I ended up giving them to my nieces because they were so small.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
