Please don't order anything here I order couple items, I only received two items, I call customer services they told me the order still processing then I told them to cancel the items that I haven't receive, customer services told me they cannot cancel the order, I asked them why they said when you order then you cannot canceled. I will not order any more at this place.
This company is HORRIFIC -- they shipped me the wrong items -- refuse to send me the correct ones -- sent me the WRONG paperwork to return the incorrect items -- STILL WAITING ON A TABLET that I ordered BLACK FRIDAY!
OH AND IF YOU COMMENT ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE ANYTHING NEGATIVE -- for example have not received my product yet, or you shipped me the wrong items then they DELETE IT! -- on top of this TODAY I got an email stating FREE SHIPPING nowhere on it does it talk about the fact that you will NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS BY XMAS -- only smallprint later on and not when you hit ship and not when you pay for it!
LEAVE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE -- and you will see it get deleted I have been watching others write and then poof it disappears like mine!

I order a tablet on 12/3. By 12/14, I hadn't received the tracking number. The website said "processing" still. I called their 800 number which was only a recorder saying "send email" instead. I sent three emails - I got three canned responses two days later each saying "forwarding my problem to someone in advanced support". THEN: I found this website for reviews. I am so thankful that I used PAYPAL "PAY UPON DELIVERY" and PAYPAL froze the payment which would've been today - 12/17/13. Still haven't heard anything from these shysters since then, but thanks to PAYPAL, I won't be ripped off, and PAYPAL I'm sure has a lot more punch than just one consumer, or a webpage full of consumers. BTW - look at the Better Business Bureau's rating of D- for this company. Why the heck hasn't BBB done something more about them?!
Ordered a Christmas gift December 3. Still no email, confirmation, shipping notice, nothing. And when I click on order history, the website goes no where. I get a message that says it will be here by Christmas but I would like to see the status of my order somewhere so I know its coming. Getting nervous reading all these complaints... its my daughters main gift!
We bought a CHRISTMAS GIFT for my son thinking we will get a good deal and also a cool gift for him. We should never buy without reading the reviews first as now we are aware that many people are in the same boat as us.
We read Google trusted stores and thought it is safe and good. Wrong. It is a shame that Google name gets involved with this poor manage company; in our minds now having the "Google trusted stores" does not mean that they will be honorable business and to read reviews before we jump into a good deal that has become a nightmare for our family. I will not recommend buying here since there is not a way to communicate and email always answered the same we are in the process to process your purchase. We disputed the payment with our credit card company and now out to shop! Great deals are not always as great as they presented.
I place an order on December 1. They billed my credit card on December 1. To date I have not received my order nor have I been sent any conformation that my order has been sent. I called their 800 number but they don't accept calls, only emails. I have sent two and have received no reply. A sorry way to do business.
I ordered two tablets as Christmas gifts for my grandsons in early November. About a week ago I decided it might be nice to open them and charge them so the children would be able to use them on Christmas day. After charging I realized that one of them had a defective screen and the other is frozen in locked mode. I wrote to Nomorerack to get a RMA so I could return them. They told me they have a seven day refund policy. Are you kidding me? They can take a month or more to ship to you but you have to retun within seven days or you are SOL. So basically anyone out there who made a Christmas purchase and received it before 12-19 had better hope there are no issues with it because otherwise you are out of luck. For me that equates to $122. WORST customer service in the world bar none. All caring retailers have an extended return policy at this time of year knowing full well that people are shopping for Christmas. Their email states that customer service is a priority for them. REALLY? Someone needs to get schooled on what that actually means. I will never use them again and fully intend to share my experience with everyone I know. Hope this helps some other people in their decision making process as well.
I ordered 2 tablets on 11/25/13 for my boys for Christmas. Still processing! If they are not received by 12/21/13 I will get a refund from my financial institution and claim fraud. Never again!
I will NEVER order from this site again! Shipping is just not a priority for this site. I could have ordered the same thing for $5 more and recieved it faster! I ordered my stuff at the begining of the month and still have yet to recieve it. This site is a joke. I will never recomment it to anyone nor will i do shopping here again!
If I could give it less I would! I ordered 2 tablets on 11/29, checked the order only to find a tracking number that said they were delivered. No delivery received. Can't contact customer service calls only get a message stating they will only accept emails to customer care. Emailed no response I am contacting my bank for fraud tomorrow! Posted negative comments on FB and they deleted then blocked me! SO SO SO not a worthy company by no means!

If I could rate this site any less than one star, I would. I ordered 2 tablets for my daughters. It took forever to get them in the mail. When I did receive the package, I only received one of the 2 tablets I ordered. The tablet I got in the mail wasn't even the one I had ordered. I still can't understand why they didn't ship together because both tablets shared the same tracking number. When I commented on the site's Facebook page, they kept deleting my posts. When I said something about it, they blocked me from making comments on the pace, totally. This is definitely NOT a reputable company. I am very disappointed that I put my trust in this company for my kid's Christmas gifts. I better get the other tablet or there will be Hell to pay.
ORDERED A TABLET 3 WEEKS AGO THEY SAID THAT I WOULD GET IT WITHIN 14 DAYS. I FOUND A NUMBER CALLED *******225. THE FIRST TWO TIMES THE LINE JUST RANG AND FINALLY ON THE THIRD TIME SOMEONE PICKED UP. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT IF YOU ARE STILL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND FILE A FRAUD THROUGH YOUR BANK. ALONG WITH FILING A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB AND FIND OTHER OPTIONS TO FILE WITH THE APPROPRIATE ATTORNEY GENERAL. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. THEY SHOULD BE A SHAMED OF THEMSELVES. NOT ONLY ARE THESE MY STEPS BUT I WILL ALSO BE TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SEVERAL OF THE PRODUCTS COMPANIES AND LET THEM KNOW THAT THEY ARE DOING BUSINESS WITH THE WRONG SITE.

I placed my order on 12/2/13. It took forever to get a tracking #. My merchandise was also sent to Jacksonville, FL and I live in GA. It has gone from delivery 12/ 12 to 12/14 to 12/16. Today is the 16th and I did not recieve my purchase. I will not purchase anything else from this company. I don't know if I will ever receive my purchase. Buyer Beware!

They sent my order to someone in Florida, I live in Georgia, my address was correct on website. I also had ordered 2 drum sets, they sent one and showed they had delivered them, on website it show one package. These are item I need for Christmas. Tomorrow I will start dispute with credit card company. BEWARE
I made my order on 12/5/13. It is 12/17 and 2 calls to customer service later I still have no answer. The first guy told me he would get me another tracking number and email it to me since the first one didnt work. Never got it. The next time I called the guy apologized and told me to call back in 48 hours! Are you freakin serious. I want to know where my money went and where is my bluray player. Unreal. Don't use this site. You may or may not get your items and get too much b. S. along with it
I live on Hatteras Island NC. Here on the island we do not have mail delivery. Everyone has a PO Box and all mail is delivered to the post office, including UPS an FedEx packages. Upon trying to place an order I was informed by error message upon checkout that they don't deliver to PO Boxes, SOOOOOOOOOOO I followed the instructions I was given at my local post office to give my street address and add my PO Box number after my zip code. Then I was informed once again by error message that my address was invalid with and without the PO Box number added to the zip code, SOOOOOOOOO I had the order shipped to my husband's business address only to receive a phone call and email while I was out of the country saying I needed to verify the order. Needless to say, I was unable to do that from Mexico and thus I guess the order was cancelled. Now I'm without Christmas gifts for my family and in quite a bind. Not too pleased to say the least! Not to mention the fact that I can't actually speak to anyone. HIGHLY doubt I will consider trying to order from nomorerack again! I've literally never, ever had anything like this happen to me before.
Takes forever to get your order that is IF you ever do get it. Poor customer service. After two weeks my order had yet to even ship. I asked to just cancel then and the said no. They remove all negative comments from their Facebook. Come on! Even the best companies have some complaints. Now I am hearing about people have credit card issues after using it on Nomorerack. Will never purchase from them again.
Absolutely the worst. They deserve - 4 stars. They mislead you, than take your money, their 24 response to emails take 3 days, making it to late to cancel. The phone number they give you is a joke. If I am lucky I will get the Christmas gifts I ordered in January some time. I called the coorperate office and got a number and talked to a person, it was no help. *******225, I am sticking with Amazon from now on. I am sharing with friends and family so they don't get taken by this horrible co.

Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
