I ordered a few things from this site with no issues or problems, so I was really happy, thinking that a lot of the reviews were the minority since people mostly post bad reviews as opposed to good ones. So for Christmas I decided to order a tablet as a present for someone as well as two other smaller less expensive things. I received 2 tracking numbers, one of which was the same as the tablet so I assumed they would be shipped together. I received the first part of my order no problem and within 3 days of my order. Then came the package that my tablet was supposed to be a part of... it wasn't. I received the second thing I ordered, but no tablet. The box wasn't even big enough to hold the package. So trying to give them the benefit of the doubt I called USPS, to see if maybe they forgot to deliver another package to me. Nope they claim that the delivered the only package to me that day that they had. So I proceed to try and reach NoMoreRack's customer service. I tried the 24/hr live feed thing they said that you could use... its not a live feed if no one is actually on the other end to talk to you... I received no reply. So the next day I tried to call them... nope, I get an automated message stating that I should email them instead. So I did, and am currently waiting on a response. I also included in the email that if I did not receive any feedback soon I would be pursuing legal advice. They lost this customer!

Ordered a Christmas gift late on 12/1. Order actually placed 12/2. Nomorerack claimed it was sent to the Post Office 12/6 with first class mailing and I should receive it 12/9. As of 12/18 it's not here. I had the Post Office create a case file. They never received it even though there is a tracking #. They said these numbers of created when items are loaded on pallets... somewhere, but not at a Postal facility. I've sent 4 emails of complaint... no answers. In my view, they are not a reputable firm. I will not receive their mailings in the future and will NEVER deal with them again.

I ordered 3 tablets on 12/02/2013. I received a e-mail 14 days later that my items shipped & was provided a tracking number. I checked their site, and on my order summary it showed the same tracking number for all 3 tablets. So I assumed all 3 tablets shipped together. When I received my package on 12/16/2013, there was only 1 tablet in the shipping envelope, and it was NOT one that I ordered. I attempted to call their 800 number, but it just states to e-mail them and then disconnects you. They claim that they will get back with you within 24 hours when you e-mail them. It has been over 24 hours since I e-mailed them, and have heard nothing. The buysafe guarantee that they give you does not provide you with a phone number to call. And to make a guarantee benefit claim, it must be done within 30 days of your PURCHASE. (not the day you receive it). Considering how long it takes to receive your purchase, 1/2 of that time is already gone. That's providing "buysafe" is not just one big scam of theirs. I ordered 1 item from them in the past, with no problem. But not being able to talk to a person or even reach one is aggravating to say the least. Their customer service doesn't exist in my book. Their "good deal" is not looking so good anymore. Not to mention all of my time dealing with it and being out the money until this matter is settled.

Well so far so good. I placed my order about one week ago. Ad states, order by December 18 to receive by Christmas. Since I am not interested in WHEN I get it, only that I get it. I am ok. I did not read a review before I spent my money and I am SPEAKING, all will be well. The quality is my main concern and the price was right! I am reading all the negative reviews about shipping but nothing but good things about the quality. The USPS is always late and you pay extra for on-time delivery with UPS and FEDEX. I didn't pay extra so I will patiently await the arrival of my sheets, Duvet; Egyptian Cotton, set and iReader tablets. I say let the company make it before the bashing because you have to--wait longer than you anticipated. NoMoreRack... you have my vote - and I haven't received anything but a promise. Look for my update AFTER I RECEIVE MY ITEMS. (Ordered on the 10th and the 13th of Dec)

Purchased 2 Android tablets on 11/29/13 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. On 12/9/13 received notification that items had shipped, tracking number included. Tracking number doesnt link with package so unable to track. Sent an email to customer service on 12/13/13 complaining and with in minutes response says that they received a tremendous volume of orders and are processing as fast as they can, also comment that I will receive before Christmas because I ordered before December 9,2013. I could not believe that they responded so fast since my concern was the items not being able to track through the mail. On 12/15/13 received an email from customer service asking me to rate my service I responded bad not satisfied. No repsonse. On 12/16/13 after loosing sleep decided to email again to customer service. No response for over 2 days! On 12/17/13 decided to call the 1-800 number and they are not accepting calls, refers you back to customer service email. Not responding! Buyer beware would not purchase products from this company. Good thing I found this website because it shedded some light on this company.

I ordered a Google Android tablet on December 4th, 2013, and on December 11th, I tried to contact No More Rack by their customer service phone number, and received a voice message that I had to send them an e-mail. I was attempting to obtain the status of my order. I sent three e-mails and on every one received what I felt were canned responses, stating that my e-mails were being forwarded for review. On December 17th, I had still not received the information I was requesting and contacted the No More Rack administrative office, and voiced my concerns, and once again asked for my order status. The person I talked to was very little help and told me she had no way to check the status of the order. I told her I was less than impressed and was wondering if the company was running a scam. I also told her that I was going to file a complaint if I did not receive some sort of satisfaction. Lo and Behold, when I checked my e-mail a couple of hours later, I saw that there was a notification that my order had been shipped. The notification also stated that my order had been placed on Dec. 17th, and not on Dec. 4th when I actually placed the order. I am waiting to see if I actually receive the order, or if this was just an attempt to appease me. I will once again be contacting them at *******225, to clarify the order date discrepancy. I will have second thoughts before dealing with this company again. I feel they are more about making money than customer service. If I had read the other reviews I would have done my shopping elsewhere. I have shopped with Overstock.com and other online companies and have never experienced what I have dealt with with No More Rack. In my case it will be No More Business.

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Luckily it was only $12 but that doesn't make not getting what I paid for ok. Its been 4 weeks and nothing. I went on their facebook page and posted a comment and in 10 min is dissappeared, also if there are any other nnegative comments on their page youre unable to like them. Comments on other peoples posts dissappear as well. Thats a red flag right there. When they email your conformation there is no customer service number or way to get in contact with them another red flag. I wish someone can intervene and get this site off the web before more people are scammed. They are proud to be approved by google but thats their only creditation. They need to be flagged!

We ordered two of the tablets on 02 Dec 2013 and the order is still in processing. We found a phone number and called and was informed that the supplier has not supplied any shipping information to them so we have no shipping information to us. This is garbage. This website is a rip off, employing a office full of scam artist. I should have reserached this website first before ordering. I have family at Google and I will be making contact with them also and hopefully getting their name removed and getting it off facebook. I am going to do whatever it takes to get the word out to peopple to be aware of the scams and less than p[rofession customer mservice they have.

Holy $#*!, I reading reviews, and I know I got scammed just like everyone else, damn, I order 2 tablets, have not receive any, plus other items, I have not received, I should have checked the reviews on this site, why does facebook, have them on their, don't facebook know this company is scmming people? Everyone you got scammed by this company should contact facebook, and get them off that site.

STAY AWAY! Worst online shopping experience ever and they ruined my Christmas. Ordered several items for presents to take out of state for my family for the holidays. They sent me an order confirmation, I tried to log into my account a few days later and they said they deactivated my account, after they had taken the money out of my account. I sent an email asking what was wrong with the account. No response. Checked my bank account online only to find out they had credited my account back with no explanation of why they cancelled my order. Unreal. Talked to 2 friends who have ordered from them and same thing happened to both of them, and they swear they will never go near the site again. It may look like a deal for low prices, but it is not worth all of the aggravation and unpredictability. STAY AWAY!

These guys SUCK! Their delivery is horrible, and they lie. They say 10-14 days delivery then tell me 3 weeks. This was for a Christmas present for a child. Don't do business with these guys.

Please any one that visit this website run the other way. I order dawg boots back in nov haven't received nothing but one pair, I ordered 2, they first sent me the wrong size then sent me one pair of right size and still looking for the other pair. Customer service will not answer, they excuse is due to the holidays. It is a scheme that's why the prices are low. Be very aware

Here's the deal: I received a Facebook message about seemingly great deals on Android tablets. Of course, having had no bad experiences with online shopping, I bought two of them with accessory keyboards to go with them. I made my purchase and received three emails: one indicating it was a buySafe protected transaction, another that they were Google "Trusted Store" and the last confirming my purchase details. Nomorerack's confirmation indicated I'd get an email with a tracking number once it shipped.
Ten days pass and I've received nothing. I call Nomorerack at *******225 and I'm assured that the order will be there as it had delivered. I get home and only the keyboard had shipped even though Nomorerack gave the same track for the entire order.

The following day, I call them back and I'm told that the tablets will be delivered today, but Nomorerack's customer service representative REFUSES to give me a tracking number. Of course, I come home and nothing's here.

I wouldn't do business with this company again EVER no matter what deals they offered. As far as I can tell, the only purpose of their customer service representatives is to lie to you in order to get to the next caller. Also, Nomorerack.com has a Better Business Bureau rating of D-.

Yeah... what they all said. Same story here. Ordered $#*! OVER Three weeks ago, have received nothing! Got an email 2 weeks ago that stated one item had shipped. Nothing yet. Checked the tracking link today. DHL had no record if the item! Tracking was bogus!

I've made 2 purchases for the tablets on 12/2... The website says if ordered before 12/9 you will receive it before Christmas. On 12/15 I received only one tablet... I tried to contact the 1800 number but of-coarse I was not able to get through, so I emailed. You are supposed to receive a response with 24hrs but of-coarse nothing. I tried to (chat now) several times, but all I get is an email back stating I was not online, which is BS I was logged in. So I got scammed I wish I would have checked the reviews first... I will never order anything again nor will I recommend this web site!

Can I give 0 stars? I've just been blocked from their Facebook page after they deleted every post and comment that I made. My order from November 24th has yet to arrive, and the delivery date just says "N/A". Going to try and get my money back, wish me luck!

I ordered three 7" tablets on thanksgiving day of different colors. Only received one tablet when the shipment arrived, I called customer care (Thelma) who assured me that the other two tablets was on there way in one shipment. She provided me with a tracking number from their supplier. When that shipment arrived it was only one tablet, tried to get in touch with nomorerack without any success. Had to use e-mail which came a system generated response. Finally reach someone today through another number I found on the web and they still could not give me any updates on the order except it should arrive five days after I received the other shipment. I will not be ordering anything from them anymore.

Worst online shopping experience. I odered 3 tablets on 12/3/13. To this date, I have never recieved a tracking # or notice of shipment. In fact my account on their website still shows, "processing." I called, was referred by a recored message to email. Emailed twice, no reply. I reported this FRAUD to my bank and they have reversed the charges and are investigating this company. Has made me very wary of shopping online again. Google should delete this site as a "trusted" one!

My mom ordered 4 tablets on Black Friday. Never received a conformation email or nothing. She checks her credit card statement and the amount is already charged. She tried calling but only received a voicemail saying the lines are busy then hangs up. She finally disputed the charge with her credit card company and they have refunded her the money.
