I ordered the Chooka women's rain boot for $35. They shipped Western Chief rain boots. Western chief boots retail around $30. This is a complete bait and switch. I have never had an internet purchase result in a switch. This website is BS. Do not order

I placed my order a week ago. I knew I was pushing it getting the items by Christmas, but the deals were great and thought I'd take a chance. I still have not received an email stating that my order has shipped. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. I wish I would have seen these reviews sooner. I am certain now that I will not get these items by Christmas, probably not even by the new year. I will be shopping this weekend to repurchase the items elsewhere and will return the items from nomorerack as soon as I get them... if I get them. Then who knows if or when I will get my money back. This is so disappointing.

I've had the same horrible experience as everyone else. There is NO customer service - no response at all to 4 emails. Duh, can't believe I ordered from a site without a phone number! Unlike others, I did receive my order... but not in a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the products are SO substandard its ridiculous! They will all be returned. Pillows purchased are under-filled and lumpy, the 8-Piece Bedding Set: Spain Hotel Quilted Overfilled Comforter Collection is the lowest of the low quality I've ever seen. Junk - pure junk. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

My experience is pretty much the same as everyone else. I placed my order on 12/8 thinking I would have no issues getting my order in time for Christmas, how wrong was I. Customer Service doesn't exist. I sent an update request on Sunday and got a bogus tracking number this Tuesday showing my stuff had been delivered to La, I live in FL. I tried calling, sent 2 more emails, and tried the live-chat. Nothing! I didn't finally get a real response from them with a valid tracking number until today after I placed a dispute with PayPal. Never again buying from them.

I ordered a tablet from them on 12/12, thrilled with the low price. Got a USPS tracking number but I suspect that it's an invalid number because everytime I go to track it through USPS it states ITEM NOT FOUND. Waited a few days, tried tracking again and still no item found. They obviously didn't send the package or didn't send me the correct tracking number. After this I decided to google them and all I see is one bad review after bad review again and again everywhere! I am worried now that I won't even get the tablet, or if I do get it, it will be cheap and probably break within days like most products that people purchased from them, according to consumer reviews. Booo! I'm hoping for the best but it's already looking scamy. :( If all turns out OK then I will gladly update my review.

Customer Service is a joke. DO NOT order from this site. I ordered 6 things total and I live in Illinois, 4 Items went to my home, 1 to NY the other to Ohio. What a F@#$%ng joke.

Ordered items on 11/29 it is now 12/19 & they still haven't arrived. There is no customer service phone number just an email they don't answer. I am still trying to figure out how to get my money back if I can't call them. I wouldn't use this company again

Like everyone else I ordered 2 Christmas gifts from this site they claim I will receive them by Christmas it's the 19th I don't see that happening so I've got to go to Best-buy and try and get 2 tablets so that two little girls won't be disappointed and then try to get a refund. All I can say is buyer beware :( Customer service is a joke they don't respond

Pretty much the same as everyone else, haven't received my order, no response from the company, have tried a few different ways to contact them and nothing. I've been sitting here thinking it is just me. What a shock to see so many others having the same problem, I guess I'm just gonna file a complaint with my bank tomorrow, and hope for the best. I'm thinking there is no way what I ordered in the beginning of December is ever going to get here by Christmas eve, if it hasn't at this point. And as much as I can go down to best buy and get a similar item, it really stinks because that wasn't really in the budget for Christmas

Just like everyone else that has reviewed this site. I have been attempting to contact the so-called 24/7 customer support and no response in the past 4 days. I received a couple of items i ordered, but the more expensive item never shipped, and i also had one of my items show as delivered to New Jersey and I live in Texas. This was my first and last time ordering from this site, and i wont recommend anyone else buying either. I understand this the holiday season and im sure they are slammed with orders, but don't advertise as 24/7 support and leave customers hanging, while you have already taken our money for the goods.

I ordered several items from here. The ones that came were ok, except for a childrens tablet that I am trying to return as my child can't even work it. I ordered two of these said tablets and never even recieved the second one, along with another item on my order. These were ordered over a month ago. When I call, no matter what time of day, they tell me I need to email due to high call volume. I have emailed several times, and still have no resolution to this problem. I would like my money back and to return the item my child can't even use. Hopefully I will get a response now!

I have e-mailed their page 3 times now, NO RESPONSE,, says someone has looked at it (got an email about that) so why can't they respond. Probably because they know that I am EXTREMELY upset. This is my first time ever ordering online for Christmas and they have a promise that it will arrive, we it is 6 days before and it still hasn't shipped DOUBT IT will get here by then. Site is a bunch of BS, I should have read all these reviews before ordering on hee... you can bet i WON'T be making that mistake or ordering from here EVER again!

My order was sent to an address in another state even though the tracking email I got had MY address on it. Trying to get the customer service to reply to emails, personal messages on Facebook or a message on their website is impossible! If you put anything on their website that is negative or a complaint they delete it. If you look at their site it only has good reviews... that is the reason! They delete the bad ones. Stay clear of this company & hope it gets shut down.

I place my order on December 2nd 2013, it is now December 19th and I have yet to received my goods. Their phones do not pick up calls its just a recording and the return emails to my shipping request sucks with no information on delivery.

This is website is good to a certain point. They do have great deals but sometimes you get what you pay for. Customer service have been good about inquiries for me. However I had to contact them on multiple occasions due to the product not arriving, missing items wrong tracking numbers. I had ordered many items from them it only seems to be a problem with ordering more than 2 or more of an item. Example I ordered 3 of those tablets. I got 1, had to followup and inquire. They sent another one. Again only received 1. Had to followup again for the 3rd tablet. Finally came 4 days later. It's been a headache trying to get this resolved and now they pretty much threatened to cancel my account "Should a similar incident should occur for my security" Really!? Cancel my account for inquiring about why I didn't get my items purchased? Stay away while you can.

Worst website for trying to find things. I would type in exactly what title would say about product and would respond that it did not exist. After viewing an item, for me it would go back to the very beginning, no web pages! Not impressed with customer service either. I tried to talk to them about their two week return policy saying it didn't make any sense because alot of people would be shopping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday for Xmas ( that's what those days are specifically for!) and would not be able to return any merchandise after Xmas. They held by their policy of 2 week returns which is ludicrous. I have returned poor quality merchandise. One now a ring which is two-tone gold plated and silver. The gold plating has already worn off and just received less than two weeks ago. Trying to decide whether to keep it or not because an exchange would probably end up doing the same. They also are not answering their phones@#$%? Because of all holiday business-absurd.

Horrible experience!

Horrible experience! I got sucked in by the amazing prices and the Google trusted store icon, but its all a bunch of BullSH@T! 2 of the items are just lost now and no one knows where they are and I was literately told" you will probably never get it" what kind of answer is that?! I ordered 5 things as Christmas presents on the 11th, 2 of them are lost and the other 3 haven't even shipped yet. I payed for 3 day delivery on all items even thought the website said everything was guaranteed by Christmas. Now im out a bunch of money, I have no Christmas presents for anyone, and no one is helping! Their customer service is an absolute joke, they just send you automated messages, 3 days later! Horrible experience, I will be telling everyone never to go to this site because they are borderline crooks.

Do yourself a favor and don't order from this website. Their products are repackaged items (that they don't inform you about) They won't accept calls on their customer service line? Still waiting for a refund for an item I send back a month ago. It is by far the worst experience I've had on an online shopping site. They should be reported and made to shut this site down.

I am so angry with this website. I knew I should have ordered my tablets from Amazon. I placed an order on the 5th of December and it says that my order is still processing. I will never order from them again. Who shuts the phone line off during a time like this? I want to know where my tablets are and if I can't get my tablets then send me back my money! Any how I found a number where you can actually talk to a real person. Called it this morning and she said that my tablets are on the way, someone just hasn't put my tracking number in yet. Stupid and unorganized. HERE IS THE NUMBER TO ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE. *******225 please pass this number on so that others can get ahold of someone!
