Placed an order 22 days ago and have not seen hide nor hair of it. They took my money like lightning, but can't seem to get my order to fedex for shipping in 22 days... feeling a little ripped off here. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor all the way around.
Posted on their FB page and it was deleted faster than they took my money. They said they hide all comments to leave room for promotional postings, the funny thing is, if the comment is positive, it is right there in front of your face. If it is negative, they delete it.
This place is the biggest scam ever. If you have placed an order, don't let it get past 30 days or it will be harder to get credit from your credit card company or Paypal.
Waiting on 6 orders... One of them ordered on Nov 29... a tablet for my son... still have not received and nobody responds to email, chats nor phone calls! Very frustrated!
I placed an order on 12/2/13... I never received an email confirming my order, but I did finally receive all my items on 12/20. I had sent emails prior to receiving my orders but no response. Customer Service does seem to be horrible; perhaps nonexistent so if I probably would not order again. C/S is a priority for me as a paying customer I expect to have an open line of communication especially when a company immediately takes your money!
I ordered a 10 piece set 7" Zeepad Android tablet, (that I got at an AMAZING deal of $49), before I read any reviews on the site. After ordering I began reading reviews and then began to get a little worried. I tried not to think too much into because not everyone is going to have amazing experiences every time. Plus, I noticed most of the complaining was about the shipping, which most of the time has nothing to do with the store. I might also add, that with a store that offers free shipping a majority of the time or a flat small $2 amount on shipping at the most... what do you really expect?!... anyway, 4 days... I got my item in 4 days and the product itself is awesome!. Seriously, could not have asked for a better deal anywhere else! Nomorerack.com will definitely be getting a return customer with me. If you just purchased an item there and are reading these reviews and come across mine, don't worry. I must admit the shipping process is quite lengthy, I have ordered quite a number of items from the site. I believe the products are shipped from China, I usually receive my items in 2-3 weeks approx 15-24 days like most international sites.
I am among the hundreds, perhaps thousands, who have been cheated, stolen from, and did not receive product ordered, Back on Dec. 1, I ordered by credit card 2 tablets for CHRISTMAS. One arrived on Monday, Dec. 16. Today is Dec. 20, the other one has still NOT ARRIVED! I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS MESSAGES by email, TRIED TO REACH BY PHONE, and have sent phone number asking for some explanation with NO RESPONSE of any kind. THIS COMPANY, THIS SITE, IS A TOTAL COMPLETE DISHONEST RIP OFF OUTFIT! I, NOR ANY MY FAMILY, WILL EVER ORDER FROM THESE SHYSTERS EVER AGAIN!. BEWARE OF THESE TOTAL, COMPLET JERKS!
I have 2 orders through them, like everyone else I have not received. Their Customer Service is a joke. I have been reduced to filing a complaint with BBB to try to at least get my money back. I wish I would of checked to notice they are not BBB accredited. That would of been a time saver and a huge tip off in to what kind of business they are. Please save yourself the frustration and read the reviews before choosing to order from them..
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered a tablet on 12-3-2013 and they still have not mailed it. Wish I had not wasted my money with them. I have emailed them till I am blue in the face. They just keep saying it will be here by Christmas. Customer Service phone number isnt even taking calls because they have made so many people mad! Never ever again I will never deal with this company again!
This place seems to me a big scam. None of the customer service people can tell me anything and I cant cancel my order. Wished I would have waited and went somewhere else.

This website sucks. I order two tablets for my kids christmas present on December 2 and it is not here yet. Try to call and left email but no answer. I swear if there was a way to shut them down iam all for it. This is probally the worlds biggest internet scam ever. Please stay away and do not buy anything from them.
Ordered a tablet it is defective and following their procedures for return cannot get them to send a RMA phone only has a message saying use email, live chat says active but is not they suck stay away
First and last time i order from this site. Order on November 22,2013 still nothing I have sent several emails although I have had return emails (worthless say the same thing over probably pre-written). They had no problem taking the money out of my account but where's my shipment certainly can not get an answer on that. Don't bother calling it's a recording after the recording they disconnect. Never again. I give this place -6 stars. Stay away.

This site is the hugest scam I've ever seen! Do NOT order from here, unless you like to pay for things that you do not receive. They will not issue a refund, only that they will contact their shipper. I ordered on Nov 27. Sent several emails, with no response. I wish I could give them negative stars!
Ordered several items on Thanksgiving. They lost my order. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS SITE.
I had ordered 2 tablets on November 28th and only received 1 of them with a totally different reference USPS Number, I have sent multiple e-mails and their phone says "due to Christmas order please use e-mail" I still have not heard anything back - I do not plan on using them ever again.
Buy a tablet that will not start, I called the number and just says to send an e-mail, I sent 10 e-mail and have not responded no, I need the return of my money and the RMA number for the return but no one answers

First time I used nomorerack and was very excited! UNTIL I started receiving my orders. Not happy! Not enough room for all that happened negatively. I am finished ever ordering from them. Big problem is a lot of articles are from China. Not what are shown or described. Then trying to get replacements/credit? Not good. Stay away from this site.
Anyone that is having issue with this company, please submit your complaints to the BBB. Also if they refuse to cancel your order while it's still not shipped, dispute with your bank or credit card company to get your refund.
Like everyone else, I am also having issue with my orders as well. It's been almost 3 weeks and Christmas is just a few days away and status of my order is still at "processing".
I had filed my compliant with the BBB and dispute the charges with my bank. My bank said they will handle the rest and already refunded my money so that I can spend else where.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
